The hotel's super close to the city center, so that's a big plus. Rooms are huge, cozy, and totally clean. The staff is nice too. You get what you pay for, and in this case, it's a good deal.

Stopped here for lunch, portion size was great and food was great. Very affordable too.

The hotel is in great location, really close to the main attraction. Hotel have really nice rooms, personnel try to take care of the guest. The breakfast was really good with great service.
Only small thing for management team, help your staff with English. Secondly, if they help a guest they shouldn't play a game, or watch a movie standing next to him. Batter it would be if they try to do small talk. But if I came to Mongolia again, I would still definitely choose this hotel

It's a little bit old fashioned but I absolutely love that. It's like travelling back in time to the soviet era. The rooms are also absolutely huge. Location is good too.

An aging aristocratic hotel, with plenty of charm from a bygone era. For its price bracket the Platinum Hotel is perhaps the best in its class. And it's central, with easy access on foot to practically anywhere you'd want to go in EB.

Rooms look good, service is very nice and polite, really good location. Hotel is currently under construction. A few things could be improved, like not insulated cables, broken toster or level of English of staff.

They charge you for the water in the room. Good service staff but lousy management. Not enough food at the buffet, ultra strict timing for meals. We were told we were eating too much, including the teenagers, hence there was not enough food. This was at the buffet... Stingy with toilet roll - always give you a quarter roll and you have to keep asking. Same with the soap. We went there as a team and pour team constantly had to argue with the manager to get anything done. The manager even threatened our team leader to a point where we decided to move out of the hotel for our own safety. The hotel was already paid the full price of our ten day stay but refused to refund the balance. We moved anyway.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Good water pressure and hot water. Kettle was provided but no tea/coffee sachets. Easy to go to the corner store and get supplies. Receptionist spoke English and was friendly and helpful. Location is very good, easy to access the hotel and walking distance to many attractions and shops.
