Mellieha, Marfa Road 🧭 Map
Overall it was a nice hotel/resort. The grounds are well kept. There is plenty of places to sunbath and the drinks are pretty good. The pool itself is small for the size of the hotel and was always a little crowded. Several staff members stood out as excellent (Igor specifically) and the location is great. Close to the beach and other nice places to visit. My main complaint and why I'm not rating...
Great pools all very clean plenty of sun beds. Opposite beach. Service very good. Food in a lacart restaurant’s much better than buffet managed to book into all 4 over our 1 week stay. Housing keeping maid Wilma very good kept room clean every day despite kids bringing tons of sand back. Great for families
We are staying at the Seabank and been here a week. All inclusive basis. There’s a really good choice of foods in the restaurants for both adults and kids. The “on tap” drinks are ok. Passable is how I’d describe them. If you’re a wine / Spirit or beer connoisseur you’re probably looking at 5 or 6 out of 10. We are in a group of 26 people of varying ages. One comment a lot of the parents are making...
The hotel team was accommodating. Especially the room service was very friendly and clean! Thanks to Sunny for the great service! Sunny was also very friendly to our boys, which is not a matter of course. The service at the pool bar is fast and friendly. Also the bartender at the Sports Bar is very accommodating and we had nice evenings there.
Fabulous hotel ! My friend and I stayed last year. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed and showed a room where we could leave our luggage and go for something to eat in one of the many restaurants. There was always a large selection of food and plenty of drinks. During your stay you can book a meal in one of the themed restaurants. We chose Mexican and there was a large selection of food which...
DB Seabank Resort. Just coming to the end of our two week holiday and can honestly say we’ve had a fantastic time. The resort has a main restaurant for breakfast, dinner and evening meals with plenty of of variety. There is also another restaurant which opens a little later where breakfast and dinner is available. On the restaurant theme there are also another 5 restaurants which are included within...
Location perfect for what we needed as attended a wedding at the hotel. Short drive from airport, opposite the sea with small bay and sun beds. Plenty of tables in the main restaurant.
Everyone was professional and nice. The facility was clean and well taken care of. I emensly enjoyed my stay at this location.
By some really good restaurants if you want outside of the inclusive at hotel. Beach is just across the street and view is beautiful.

Just stayed our first night here and the staff is very friendly and warm. The rooms are overall clean (very important for me) and light with a balcony. The kids loved the indoor swimming pool. Unfortunately no sea view but street view. I hope to change that in the next days for a better view. Will try the spa later this week. Edit: street view is a bit noisy. Edit: we went in the evening to reception...
I stayed here for 6 nights in February, after previously staying here for 10 nights in August 2024. In August I could not fault the service, the staff, or anything this hotel was perfect, However upon returning in February with my parter I had found a few issues with this hotel. Upon checking in there was 2 amaizing staff members who helped us check in, they were so welcoming! However on one of our...
Enjoyable stay, parking on site was interesting, even challenging! Parking outside the main entrance is restricted, so when they say you can park free on bays with white lines, not always! We had a lovely room with a balcony which turned out to be unusable because of the mostly day long pneumatic drilling on the construction site opposite. We were on the eighth floor, noisy at night, either lift noise...
This is a great hotel. It It started with the journey to the hotel. The X1 bus, straight to, outside the hotel for 2 euro. Check-in was a breeze. We were lucky to get a room upgrade to a garden room, overlooking the outside pools and garden which was great. The spa and pools are definitely a bonus and worth the extra. The position of the hotel is great. A good selection of restaurants, all in walking...
Our initial thoughts on the hotel were mixed. The double room we were given had an adjoining door to the next room which had no sound proofing and we had a few disturbed nights of sleep, before we had to complain (people checking in, TVs, banging!! Fortunately Anna on reception was understanding and quickly provided a solution. Our new room was great, and we are grateful for her help. The roof top...
Thank you for a wonderful stay. It's the best hotel we have stayed in. Location was perfect, rooms were lovely (bed a little hard), great bath and shower with fabulous water pressure. A balcony to watch the world go by with a stunning view. Breakfast was amazing and the selection outstanding. Thank you to the housekeeping staff who were always so efficient and friendly. And as mentioned in another...

Very welcoming staff, food is delicious, hotel is very clean and rooms are comfortable and well equiped. We even received an upgrade when booking through their application and they gave us a cake when we told them it was our anniversary ❤️ will definitely visit again!
I've lost count of the number of weekends we have spent at the Radisson Blu throughout the years. We have never left disappointed. This is a beautiful hotel with large generous rooms set in truly beautiful surroundings. Imagine waking up in the morning to see the crystalline turquoise blue sea lapping onto the red sand of Golden Bay, a truly beautiful beach. The staff are very attentive and helpful...
Great location, food and rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff. Many things to do in the hotel, but expect to pay for any move. Even game room is charged. Improvements to be done in cleaning of wet sauna and indoor pool. Every time I went to both they were not clean as you would expect for a hotel like this.
A very pleasant stay, the attention of the hotel staff has been unbeatable, very grateful for it. Great services, from breakfast to the programmed activities in the swimming pool. And the restaurants are all highly recommended. If I come back to Malta on holiday, I will surely repeat. Thank you.
We stayed here for a week and I have to say it was superb. Excellent staff who are always polite, professional and willing to help. Lots of bars and restaurants serving a variety of foods At excellent standards. 3 great pools including an adult only one. Superb rooms that are well maintained. We were upgraded to a suite which was immaculate. Great location with a private beach to boot. A very relaxing...
We stayed here for a week and it was absolutely amazing. The staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. The hotel was great, lots of bars and restaurants to choose from and the food was delicious 😋 It was our first time in Malta but it won't be our last. To top our holiday off, we watched the turtles hatch on the beach....amazing!

Hotel was lovely. Pool table which was reasonable, public car park at the back, great price for cocktails, good entertainment but I feel more kids entertainment would be beneficial. Rooms were clean and modern. Mini fridge wasn't great but could keep a couple of drinks cool. One of my favourite things was the free water fountains. The massive choice at breakfast time, my only negative was stale cereal...
The Best Hotel in Malta! We had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean—truly fantastic accommodations. One of the best conveniences was the nearby bus stop, which made getting around the island a breeze. Whether you’re heading to a tourist spot or just...
We had an absolutely amazing holiday less than 2 weeks ago, the only disappointment is that we wish we could have booked it for a bit longer! All of our needs were superbly accommodated, we never had to ask for anything in advance. Really appreciated the check in phone call from the hotel manager after we arrived to our room, of which we had a free upgrade for. Everyone we came across to was very nice...
We had very pleasant experience at this hotel. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Clean and spacious air conditioned rooms, although the bed mattresses are to soft for my liking. Great choice of tasty food. Very easy access to water activities and close to ferry terminal. Hotel has access to safe car park. Did not use the spa except for the sauna and steam room which was good but basic. Overall...
Clean room, lovely breakfast, friendly animation team. The fitness was not that big (only one trade mill and few equipments with weights). There are water fountains in the hotel so you can have free water all day long. Beautiful sunsets from the hotel terrace, ferry to Gozo or Paradise beach are 3 min of driving from the hotel. All in all we had a good time and would recommend to stay in the hotel
Lovely Hotel, amazing staff and ultra comfortable rooms. From the moment we arrived, until the very welcome buffet breakfast they gave us at 2.00am in the morning when we were leaving, We have never been so well attended in any hotel. The Pool was great with plenty of sunbeds available. I would certainly go back to Labranda Riviera Hotel.

Hotel is in a very remote location. Best to have a rental car if you decide to stay here as taxis cost to get back and fourth from places. The hotel is very near to the ferry port to Gozo so this is a good place to be if you want to travel back and fourth from there. The hotel itself is very nice inside and rooms are very big and spacious though it lacks entertainment in the actual hotel. It is very...
Tomorrow will be our last day at the resort and I have to say, overall it was an amazing experience here. The hotel is located at the very north, far away from the city centre but honestly, you have everything you need right at the resort also with the water sports that are being offered right next to it. On top of that, the public transportation in Malta is amazing, so you can reach any destination...
There some small things that should be adjusted and improved, like curtains, towels, gym, carpets in rooms would greatly improve being. Overall experience is good. Breakfast could be better, but the dinner is perfect - great variety and delicious. Pizza in Piato restaurant is super. Views from top floor suites are amazing.
Spacious rooms, amazing view and very good restaurants. Nice pool filled with filtered sea water which is really eco-friendly, you get access to a private sand and rock beach. The breakfast was also so generous and tasty. 👍👍👍

We stayed here for a week earlier this year and got a very good deal. For a family of four, half board and return flights/transfers cost £620. Overall the hotel looks and feels dated having been built in the late 60s. It is in need of an upgrade but instead is being demolished at the end of the year to make way for a new complex. It is in a lovely location overlooking the bay. The food was of a decent...
The hotel is contemporary in the lobby. The rooms are basic but have all the amenities you would need. If anything is missing, a quick call to reception will sort that. All the rooms have safes; some need a key deposit, others are digital. The views of the bay are amazing both during the day and at night. We went all inclusive to the resort and I have no issues with the food. A great selection of...
Lovely location, gardens, and beach, and lots of activities to try. Pools a bit on the small side. Staff could be a bit better at explaining things - like we were left waiting in the lobby with a "housekeeping will call when the room is ready" - not quite sure what to do with ourselves! Range of pool snack bar food quite limited esp after 3pm when the kitchen closes. All in all a nice place but falls...
Only used the swimming pool area and private beach as was diving on the day. Pools are clean, water pleasant. Nice paddle pool for kids with fountain, which my 3YO loved. I really enjoyed the beach. Much quieter than the public beach in the bay. Free sun loungers and umbrellas. Even a little slide for kids. The sand is soft, perfect for children.
Really really friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has large, beautiful gardens and our room had a very nice sea view. The all-inclusive option is really good value for money because it entitles you to free drinks and snacks from the bar (in addition to the 3 buffet meals a day). I would readily recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a relaxing weekend break for a very reasonable price. I've attached...
Great place with lovely views, away from the hustle and bustle. Has its own beach, where not many people stay. The sea is great. Love the food: plentiful and exceptionally delicious

Firstly, we had a very nice stay. The room was nicely and modernly decorated. everything was clean and we had a nice spacious balcony. rooms are a bit noisy. breakfast buffet is just good, they had a lot of things and it was tasty. The hotel is centrally located in the center and the bus stop is a 5-minute walk
Price-quality wise, just amazing. Friendly and helpful staf, clean rooms, delicious sauna and a very pleasant indoor pool. Sadly it was a bit too cold for me to swim outdoor (on the rooftop). Very very pleasant stay. Highly recommended for the price.
Came from St Paul’s bay to use the spa on a rainy day. Lucia kindly managed to book me in for a hydro bath treatment on the day and allowed me to use the gym, sauna and pool for a very good price.. Great facilities and most importantly brilliant service going above and beyond to make sure my visit was as good as it could be. Thank you!
We had a wonderful stay at the Solana Hotel. The hotel is centrally located in Mellieha, just a 2-minute walk from public transportation, making it easy to reach all the major attractions in Malta. 10/10 hotel! We stayed here for 3 nights and the hotel is lovely! The location is great if you want a quieter stay! But transport is so easy to get around if you want to explore! The pools are nice, the restaurants serve lovely food and all staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful! We had a standard twin room and wow they were massive! We will Definitely stay again! Thank you so much!
Everything about our stay at Solana has been most impressive and pleasant - two nights were not enough. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the rooms new and aesthetically pleasing, the pool area beyond spectacular and with great service, we enjoyed also the breakfast and the gym. I stayed there in August 2024 with my partner and daughter for seven nights, and we had an amazing time! The breakfast buffet was incredible, with a fantastic variety of options every day. The pool was immaculate and not too crowded. The location was fantastic for boat rides and gorgeous beaches, and it was just a short distance from the city.
Spacious rooms and showers, Live music in the evenings really makes the day. Large swimming pool with sauna (this time it worked, yay!) Great value for money in winter. We keep coming back here every January. A few drawbacks: cracked sink and a bit damaged walls, and be careful what to order in the hotel restaurant (we got food poisoning a couple times).
All in all i am quite satisfied. Perfect location with nice bay view. The rooms are clean and spacious. Outdoor pools are great with many sunbeds. Unfortunately food was very poor quality:(
Very nice Hotel with a private beach. Rooms are very clean, very big and have a lovely view. Breakfast is okay, dinner buffet is great, especially the desserts are great! Very friendly staff. I can absolutely recommend it, thank you Paradise Bay Resort for a great holiday. :)
So, I booked a stay at Paradise Bay Resort, excited for that *four-star* experience. Upon walking into my room, I was greeted with a stunning street view and a hairdryer that seemed straight out of the 70s. Talk about retro vibes! We stayed here for 5 days - the staff were lovely and helpful. However, the room had a strange smell to it on arrival, the best way I can describe it is like acetone/nail polish remover. We didn't have anywhere to wash/dry our clothes as we didn't have a balcony so just to keep this in mind. There are...
beautiful hotel in the middle of the town. location a little further from the sea. food and pools nice. what I would criticize is one smaller sauna. nabic is open 9-19 :( and besides today I was at 9:30 and 18:30 and the temperature was 50 degrees :( I would wait for a smaller sauna rather longer for such a number of people
Currently staying at the Pergola Hotel with my daughters aged 2 and 7 - my mother and sister. Gorgeous hotel. Lovely sea view. Love how the staff work hard to keep the grounds and the pools spotless. Convenience store located here is also good for people staying in Mellieha Bay Hotel. Wide selection of food and drink. Just a short walk up the road. Restaurants are also accessible for everyone, although the Chinese was closed when we visited.
I walked around but not inside the building. Very nice place, very clean and very well kept. I would likento explore this place further one day.
Mellieha Holiday Centre is situated in one of Malta's most beautiful areas , next to one of the island's best sandy beaches.Mellieha Holiday Centre is located in Mellieħa in the region of Malta, just 10 miles from Valletta. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Free WiFi is provided . The hotel has a pool, an elegant indoor pool & Spa, restaurant and 70 m2 holiday homes.
Nice private bungalows with room to breathe and sunbathe naked. Mostly visited by families with small children or senior citizens depending on the time of year. Onsite supermarket and bars/restaurants makes eating in or out a easy option.
A nice resort for tourists which is situated in the northern part of the island, just behind the beach of Ghadira. It is easily reached by a private car or public transport. The food, especially the buffet is extremely good. There are pools, a supermarket etc etc. A nice place to stay and relax

Had a wonderful 4 days staying at Luna. Lovely complex. We stayed in one of the self catering apartments with a view of Mellieha and the lovely church. Room was lovely and clean and was perfect for us. Music in the lounge area on one of the nights we were there. Even did a bit of karaoke. Which was fun. I would definitely recommend staying here.
My hubby and I recently stayed here for 2 weeks in September, self catering. Our room was spotless and the kitchen had everything we needed. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
