LABRANDA Riviera Hotel & Spa

We had very pleasant experience at this hotel. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Clean and spacious air conditioned rooms, although the bed mattresses are to soft for my liking. Great choice of tasty food. Very easy access to water activities and close to ferry terminal. Hotel has access to safe car park. Did not use the spa except for the sauna and steam room which was good but basic. Overall would recommend it and would visit again.

Clean room, lovely breakfast, friendly animation team. The fitness was not that big (only one trade mill and few equipments with weights).
There are water fountains in the hotel so you can have free water all day long.
Beautiful sunsets from the hotel terrace, ferry to Gozo or Paradise beach are 3 min of driving from the hotel.
All in all we had a good time and would recommend to stay in the hotel.

Lovely Hotel, amazing staff and ultra comfortable rooms. From the moment we arrived, until the very welcome buffet breakfast they gave us at 2.00am in the morning when we were leaving, We have never been so well attended in any hotel. The Pool was great with plenty of sunbeds available. I would certainly go back to Labranda Riviera Hotel.

We had a very good time in the hotel. The staff is very welcoming. The rooms are very cozy and the balconies are large enough. The breakfast was very good. The outdoor pool is a great way to spend the day, the water is warm, there is a bar to order refreshing drinks. The location is good since it is close to the bus stop, and the buses come empty. Definitely would recommend Labranda Riviera Hotel & Spa and we would be very happy to visit again.

Hotel staff were lovely and the entertainment provided by the events staff were really great, such a nice bunch of people. There was very nice guy who would always welcome us back.

Some feedback:

- I phoned on the first night to enquire when the patio lights would be switched off which the reception staff said 10PM (it was about 2am when I phoned) and they said they’d talk to maintenance. This never happened and so the entire stay I had to put a suitcase on the floor under the curtain as it didn’t quite reach the floor and therefore lit the room up. The floor in our room was reflective so made matters worse. Just a pet peeve of mine, if you say you’re going to do something, do it.
- The room cleaning times were really inconsistent. Sometimes in the morning but mostly around 4PM when we were returning to the room. Would mean we’d sometimes have to turn away the cleaning staff.
- the bed was very uncomfortable. I believe it was a large double zipped together with a single. Unfortunately the zip was extremely hard and the heights were quite different between the mattresses.

Hosted a 3-day training camp at the hotel and we were thoroughly happy with the outcome. Aside from the fact that it has spacious facilities wherein we conducted our training, I - on a personal level - was really happy with the room (we got a room overlooking the sea) and the facilities within.

There is a decent fitness and spa area where we spent a lot of our time.

Staff service was good; particularly within the bar/cafe area.

As for the food, there was a good selection of healthy foods, which I always look for and a broad selection to cater for the group.

All in all; a very good stay.

Had a late night check-in. We were greeted by Marlon, a very friendly and helpful young man. He took good care of the check-in, information, etc,... Wish more receptionists would be like him. Thank you so much Marlon!
Breakfast was awesome. Really nice food. Plenty to choose from.
For us, the location was perfect. The ferry is close and by car you're on the other side of Malta in about an hour.
Will be back!

What a wonderful hidden gem this hotel is! Very spaceous rooms, clean, large variety of food for breakfast and tasty also. Even though we visited in February there were many guests and it was nice to meet new people. The hotel has live program every night, has an entertainer who organizes games (Thanks Snoop). On the second floor there is a quiet space where you can work from. They have a spa and a free warm swimming pool which we were using every day and was never crowded. Overall, one of my favourite hotels!

My favourite hotel and best value for money.
Amazing food selection - I have a picky eater son and the waiters also went out of their way to make him happy and cooked something just for him.
Rooms - we are a family of 5 - we had a spottless, spacious 2 room bedroom.
Facilities of the hotel - cannot complain one bit - stuff are seen cleaning the equipment most of the time - the pool is very spacious, clean and warm.
Entertainment in the evening is so nice - we once had bingo - we loved it :)

The hotel has really kind people, especially the cleaners, crew behind the bar or Snoop from the animation crew who keeps the guests enjoying their stay. They are interested in their guests. The guest relation manager was greeting us every breakfast and asking how we have been. Those are just lovely things.

The rooms were just normal. There was every day outstanding cleaning. Only our bed mattress was kind of too hard. My senior father was actually having back troubles of that.

They have swimming pools inside and outside. The inside pool was gorgeous large. Only the temperatures could be a little better, especially the jacuzzi was most of the days cold. Sauna was great!

Overall an amazing experience with good and little bad things.
