Our initial thoughts on the hotel were mixed. The double room we were given had an adjoining door to the next room which had no sound proofing and we had a few disturbed nights of sleep, before we had to complain (people checking in, TVs, banging!! Fortunately Anna on reception was understanding and quickly provided a solution. Our new room was great, and we are grateful for her help. The roof top pool and loungers was a great space to relax and the Asian restaurant on the roof offered great food, view and service. The Italian on the ground floor was nice and had a discount for residents and we found the breakfast restaurant well organised. Overall we enjoyed our stay and time at the hotel.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. It's the best hotel we have stayed in. Location was perfect, rooms were lovely (bed a little hard), great bath and shower with fabulous water pressure. A balcony to watch the world go by with a stunning view. Breakfast was amazing and the selection outstanding. Thank you to the housekeeping staff who were always so efficient and friendly. And as mentioned in another review we loved dining at Al Ponte. The indoor pool and jacuzzi was our favourite spot in an afternoon. I can truly say for the first time in a long while we were relaxed. We will certainly be returning.

Stayed here between flights to cruise ship. Rooms are spacious, foyer cool with plenty seating areas. Lift from street up to ground floor for folks in wheelchairs. Food is really varied and well presented. Staff are pleasant and helpful. The only drawback for me is that it's on a steep hill. Found WWII bunker 50 Mt downhill opposite side of hotel, chap at the entrance, 90y/o has some great stories of the construction of the tunnels. Bed and bedding offer a great night's sleep.
Return to Maritim Hotel revealed more. Outdoor and indoor pools. A spa and fitness area. If we decide to revisit Malta for a third time, we will certainly consider staying here.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Hotel, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, everything was simply perfect.

Location:
The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of downtown, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants and public transport. Despite its central location, it offers a tranquil retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Check-In and Service:
The check-in process was swift and seamless. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and went out of their way to ensure I felt at home. Special mention to the concierge team, who provided fantastic recommendations for dining and activities.

Room:
I stayed in a deluxe junior suite, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and elegantly decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom was luxurious, with high-end toiletries and a rain shower that was truly invigorating. Additionally, the view from the room was breathtaking, offering a panoramic glimpse of the shoreline

Amenities:
The hotel boasts an array of top-notch amenities. The fitness center is well-equipped with modern machines and free weights. The spa is a sanctuary of relaxation, offering a range of treatments that left me feeling rejuvenated. The rooftop pool is another highlight, providing stunning views and a perfect spot to unwind.

Dining:
The dining options are outstanding. The breakfast buffet is diverse and delicious, featuring a variety of fresh and gourmet options. I dined at the hotel’s signature restaurants which serves an exquisite menu of Asian fusion cuisine & Italian .The dishes were beautifully presented and bursting with flavor, and the service was impeccable.

Overall Experience:
Every aspect of my stay was marked by attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. The staff’s dedication to providing top-tier service, coupled with the luxurious facilities, made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend the Hotel to anyone seeking an extraordinary hotel experience. I will undoubtedly be returning on my next visit to the city.💛

Really nice hotel, rooms very spacious, clean and tidy. Bottle of red on arrival, pleasant touch.
Nice restaurants, very good breakfast buffet, although the coffee from tbe machines is a bit sweet.
Nice rooftop bar and swimming pool.
Staff are friendly and helpful.

From the moment you walk in, you can tell you're in a spa hotel. The whole place smells lovely. Everything is cleaned to a high standard, and all the staff down to the cleaning staff are very friendly and well-mannered! We only ate the breakfast buffet, and the options were basic but tasted really nice. The check-in desk was very understanding when we checked out late. Definitely recommend staying here. Close to some pretty sight and the beach as well as good options for restaurants.

Really enjoyed my stay here! Great value for money, rooms were clean and the hotel has a lot of different facilities. I did not use the pool as I was travelling during the shoulder season but the gym was very big and had a lot of different equipment.

The view from the roof is also amazing!

Visited for Mother's Day and my mother's birthday. Amenities were wonderful. Housekeeping cleaned our rooms daily. We had an amazing rapport with all but one of the front of house staff. The gentleman who greeted us on arrival was the best! Thank you so much for your hospitality and making my mother's 50th as wonderful as it was.
Free car park on site. It's down about 5 levels of winding driveway. Best suited for smaller cars.
Good selection of hot and cold items at breakfast. The location was perfect; outside the bustle of the capital and bigger cities but easily accessible; 30-40 minute drive to get to anywhere you need to. Pharmacy and Supermarkets nearby as well as several restaurants, including the hotel restaurant which you can order room service from.
