Staff lovely and room very clean. All areas of the hotel were too noisy for me. There was nowhere peaceful. Also the water dispenser was out of order all week.

We stayed April 6th through 19th. For an all inclusive resort it’s a fail. I understand a deposit for pool towels and robes, but a five euro charge for cleaning the robes? Though there are water dispensers available you must bring your own containers. No soda or juice for you in room refrigerator, if you want the available you must pay a 24.95 euro per person per day for an upgrade. Most just go to...

The saving grace to this property is that the rooms were very quiet. We are a couple and had 2 single beds pushed together, each with its own set of single bed sheets and blankets. The food at the buffet was mediocre. The coffee was great. All the common areas were so busy and extremely noisy. The lobby, bars, coffee shop, buffet restaurant, elevators, pool, gym (which is also open to the public)....

Cats in the Carpark Hotel great - only issue was cats on my roof of rented car in underground car park

Hotel spotlessly clean, rooms serviced daily, Restaurant and Bar staff all exceptional. Pool area lovely shame the roof area was closed I had pre arrival questions which were not answered prior to our arrival causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. To date I am still awaiting a response from the Hotel even though I have emailed twice during my stay.

An absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel exceeded all my expectations – beautiful facilities, friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, and a very relaxing atmosphere. The pool and spa were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely come back!

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious, the staff very friendly and helpful, and the indoor pool was a great perk. The atmosphere was pleasant, and many little details made the stay even better. There were only a few minor things that could be improved, but overall we were very satisfied. We've had a good stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the TV worked without any problems. There was a relatively good selection of food at breakfast. Not as bad as some of the reviews, I read, our room, overlooking the pool was lovely, brand new mattresses and pillows. Bathroom was very clean, hairdryer didn't work. It is an easy-to-find and quiet hotel. The staff who welcomed us. They are kind and provided the necessary things. but just one thing that's unfortunate is that the bathroom was visually clean, but I don't think it used germicide or cleaning detergent.

My room on the 6th floor certainly didn't look like the pictures i had seen online, it was old, it was tired, dated, and not particularly clean. Walking distance from both city centers ensures you enjoy a night out without the noisy tourist areas. A bus stop or two farther away there is a fascinating aquarium worth every minute spent there.

The hotel room we had was pretty basic even though it was an upgrade! I shudder to think what the original room without the upgrade would have been like.
