After a terrible experience at another hotel, we were relieved the moment we walked into the Intercontinental St. Julian’s, thanks to the incredible service provided by Katerina.
Katerina went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I were not only comfortable but truly happy during our stay. Katerina’s attention to detail and warm hospitality made a massive impression, not just on me and my wife but also on our children.
My wife rarely wants to return to the same place twice, but after such an amazing experience, we’re already planning our next stay for next year. The standard of service from every single employee was second to none, and the facilities were a perfect 10/10.
We especially loved the incredible breakfast on the seventh floor, as well as both the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, which were fantastic for both relaxation and family fun.
Thank you, Katerina, and the entire team, for making our stay truly unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!
I booked a weekend stay incl free night (platinum perk) and we got a fabulous upgrade to a lovely suite.
There isn’t much of a view but given that the street outside is quite ‘lively’ we didn’t mind.
The small private beach has small stones not sand but there is not a lot they can do about this.
The sea side Italian seafood restaurant was excellent.
Lovely bathroom toiletries, fluffy towels and comfortable beds
The staff were all superb. Always a smile and a friendly greeting from the cleaners to the managers.
We had a meal at the Al Fresco restaurant, on the 7th floor. 100% could not fault it. The staff, food and atmosphere was great. First time eating rabbit and loved it. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the swordfish was delicious.
Overall the only downfall was that the room was not the best. Under both beds it was filthy with clumps of dust and previous residents complimentary slippers. Marks on the walls and ceiling and the curtains could do with a steam clean. I'm also convinced the mattress had gone on one bed and a deep topper was laid over it. We also noticed that the corridor never got hoovered.
Whenever you cross a staff from breakfast restaurant to housekeeping in the corridor, they wish us a good day with a smile and ask us if we need anything !!!

Strong points:
- This hotel owns half of the beach and has the best seatings, food and waiters overthere.
- Excellent service, real matching 5 star service as expected from Intercontinental hotels. Service is personal, at breakfast the waiters already remember what kind of coffee I like.
- Rooms were maintained very well. Santa took care of my room and has done excellent work, well above expectations.
- The people from the hotel really think in solutions. When leaving, they arranged the taxi, wake up call and breakfast during 03:00 AM.
- Excellent location in the middle of everything.
Will definitely choose this hotel again!
