It's such a real joy to be staying at this hotel. From the moment we stepped in, front desk staff were so helpful and professional, complimentary prosscecco while waiting for our room. Room is huge, bed so comfy, clean and well maintained so everything looks quite new (721). House keeper, bar staff are also friendly, helpful and professional, nothing is too much trouble. We are here for 7 nights to attend family wedding and feel so lucky, love Malta and this hotel makes our stay so perfect. Highly recommend hotel Valentina for location, services, ambience. We are so happy and don't want to go home 🙃

The location is excellent, and the lady at the reception with the “trainee” badge was incredibly kind and very professional. We had a few requests, and she organized everything perfectly!

Excellent staff, beautiful and wide range of food for breakfast, lovely drinks at the bars. Rooms clean, very good wifi, close to public transport and hop on hop off buses. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location of hotel very good, central but quiet during night. However, confusing for taxi to get near as some road works at the end and road closed.
Service good, we got everyhthing we asked for. Staff nice, helpful, smiling and polite.
Rooms are small, not very comfortable. We had triple room, but there was space for one suitcase only, 2 chairs only and bathroom was so small there was not enough space to keep cosmetics as we were 3 girls staying in the room.
Fridge in the room, tea, coffee, sugar.
Room was cleaned on daily basis.
Lifts only, with no option to stairs. We got stuck couple times and cards not working, every second day we had to get them changed.
Room had no window to outside view. Small window to inside of building, when asked to upgrade they said none available.
Breakfast was very good, however all the same every morning. We stayed for 7 nights, it got a little too boring at the end of the week.
Bar in the lobby with great coctails.
Swimming pool on the roof, enjoyed few hours on sunny morning. Water too cold for swimming.
In general good, but wouldn't stay again. Would look for better options with more comfortable rooms.

the rooms & service are excellent ,free safe in your room+ WiFi, lifts no problems, had a problem with the toilet was fixed straight away, would of been 5* but the noise and inconvenience of the roads and building work going on round the hotel is a bit of a pain, been here 7 days now and I have to say, we didn't get told we will be surrounded by young teens to late 20s + on the roof top through the night time in the hotel, keeping the TV on on to blank the sounds out , if you like dancing and you like the night life drinking and mingling with other people this place is perfect for you enjoy 👌

The location is superbly perfect if you're enjoying the northern part, nearby are a lot of bus stops to hop around the other cities. The rooms are perfectly clean and tidy. Even though I read some reviews about how receptionists were rude sometimes, but that is not correct, Enac and Maya , you were perfect and helped out thoroughly throughout the short stay of mine. Overall, the stay is 5/5

My wife & I stayed here for our anniversary whilst visiting Malta. It is honestly the best service I have received from any hotel I have ever stayed in. That’s not an exaggeration. The hotel itself is really nice, in a great area of St Julian’s (although alot of building work going on just next door at the moment) and the rooms are clean, modern and fresh. It also has parking which is just so so so helpful in Malta! On arrival the staff gave us a bottle of champagne as well as an anniversary present - so thoughtful. Breakfast was also great with a large variety. Thank you so much to everyone that made our stay so special!! I can’t recommend this hotel enough! 5 stars all the way.

The last week I stayed in the Valentina hotel with my sister and her boyfriend and I want to say that the accommodation could not have been better.
Even though there is a construction site next to the building (as everywhere in Malta now) we didn't here not a single noise once inside the hotel.
As soon as we arrived they welcomed us with a complimentary drink. The hotel had everything we could ask for, including an amazing roof top with a pool and views to the sea.
But over all that I really want to thank the personnel of the hotel, they have been very professional and helpful at all times.
Especially the cleaning department who did and OUTSTANDING job with our room. The best cleaning department I've ever seen in my life. Amazing job.

Had a very pleasant stay in September. St. Julian was our second Stop in Malta. And what should I say: the hotel was nicer than the 4 Star we were before!
1. Check in: Reception was super kind and friendly. We really felt welcome. We even got a Welcome Drink!
2. The Room: really clean, enough space, and beautiful little goodies to use! Oh, and the bed was EXTREMELY comfortable.

Close to the main attractions and bus stops. Very kind and friendly staff (even got a free drink at check-in), good breakfast, relaxing rooftop pool and very comfy and spacious rooms. Would definitely stay here again!
