Hotels in Pieta

It is supposed to be a five star hotel, unfortunately it is showing signs of fatigue. The tiles in the bath room are chipped and has become hard to clean as a result. The carpet feels old as well. However, service remains good and the breakfast offers a good choice. There is a small private beach which allows bathing in the sea with fish swimming around you, which was very pleasant.

We visited this hotel last year and loved it. However we’ve recently been back and had to wait till well after 3pm for our room (check in 3pm)which meant we wasted a lot of our first day. Also bar service was poor. It seemed there was no one in charge even though there were plenty of staff and those making drinks had little training, particularly if we ordered cocktails. Even a beer took 15minutes...

Excellent hotel and superb location for visiting Valletta (10 minutes walk to the City Gate and the bus station). This hotel is in a tremendous location for visiting Valletta. Hotel itself is good, with comfortable rooms and beds. The pool area is excellent, with a large pool and also access to swim in the sea. Plenty of shaded areas and an attentive bar staff. The indoor bar areas and public areas are perfect for meeting or to grab a small meal and a drink. After booking to come, I saw numerous negative reviews of this hotel which made me quite skeptical. However, our stay on the whole was pleasant. The hotel is in a great location; it’s a 10 minute walk into Valletta (although there are a lot of steps) and we enjoyed numerous trips and dinners there throughout our holiday. This hotel is in a good location, not far at all from central Valletta. This is definitely the hotel’s biggest selling point. One point to note is that there is a lot of uphill walking/ steps to get anywhere from the hotel so bear this in mind if this could be an issue for you, particularly in the heat/humidity. Unfortunately, the service is absolutely awful. Staff are incredibly slow and mismanaged...

The location was great with a supermarket and bus stops close to get to Valletta, and the hostess was very generous with her time and hospitality during our stay. The beds were comfortable, and there's lots of storage space in wardrobes and shelves/draws with cutlery, as well as a fridge. In the room there was a heater if needed and an extra blanket.

The room was clean, very confortable beds, spacious, close to bus station, the host was friendly.

Great location, and wonderfull host...

The place is very welcoming, clean and tidy. The host gives you a warm welcome and also the breakfast she makes is super. I recommend that if you are planning for a holiday in Malta to go there.

It is good place to stay... surroundings are not noisy...supermarket is near. Room is good too. I enjoyed my stay here

The host goes above and beyond. She's great at giving directions to get around the city, she recommended a really affordable and good cafe. We were leaving at 5am in the morning and she still prepared our breakfast to takeaway. So friendly!

We had a brilliant time staying here. The hosts were very lovely and the apartment was very clean and spacious. The view from the rooftop terrace is stunning, the church is absolutely magnificent to be able to see in all its glory and the 360° panoramic view tops it off. There is also the private downstairs terrace. The transport system in Malta is fantastic and the bus stop is just a couple of minutes...

A great place to stay! Incredibly nice hosts who are available. You are very welcome and immediately feel at home. It is very useful to get expert tips from a local :-) The view from the shared balcony is breathtaking. The breakfast is neatly served. I wasn't missing anything. The room is sparkling clean. Even here in Germany I haven't had any cleaner rooms. The equipment is completely in order...

Super nice hotel and very clean it feels like home. Chiara and Nick are very friendly hosts. Super close to the tal pieta bus station which will take you everywhere. close to Valletta doable on foot (despite the climbs lol). I highly recommend. Do not hesitate to ask questions to these hosts they will answer you with great pleasure.

Very nice place near Valletta. The Center can be reachd by bus within 5 minutes. Room is clean, luxurious and comfortable. The breakfast is "like at home" .Chiara and Nick are always helpful and friendly. Best choise !!

the B&B is very clean with a convenient location. The host is very kind. Good breakfast, shower and air-condition.

Everything was super clean and the host was always available and very helpful for every question we had. He even let us stay longer the last day because we had our return flight late in the evening and he didn't have check-in the next day. The furniture is new and we had everything we need.

The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, the staff very friendly ready to help and always available. Although we left the room at 10 a.m. we were able to leave our luggage until late in the afternoon. A place to recommend, we would love to come back again.

The place is great. It has everything: good location, really kind people working there and providing you with lots of helpful information, and clean rooms and bathrooms. It also has a fan, toilet paper and shower gel and shampoo, towels. Recommend!

A little bit disappointed about the location, because even if close to valleta, in the evening we didn't found a restaurant nearby, jist some Asian food. But the room and personnel were really nice. They have a small dinner on the roof top and a small jacuzzi.

We spent 3 nights in Chapter 5. The location is 10 mins distance with bus from the center of Valetta and 30 mins walking distance to center of Silema. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and air condition was working perfectly in such hot weather. Access to the roof top which includes a free jacuzzi. Staff was really helpful and friendly especially Gabriella. Definitely recommend!

Spent 4 nights here. It was really clean and quiet. The room had lots of space, its own bathroom, good wifi, air conditioning, and black out blinds. The shower pressure was strong so it was a really nice, modern bathroom. The room also had a fridge and daily maid service. The room had a kettle and blow dryer. The elevator worked well. We stayed for 3 nights. Rooms were clean and very well maintained. Gabriella at the reception was really nice and helpful. She exclaimed everything when we checked in, gave us plenty of recos and explained us how to get to places and what to see. Only one con is that there are no drinking water bottles in the room. We had to get them from outside everyday. Ta-Xbiex is not a very attractive location...

Totally recommended! Such a lovely place to stay in Malta. Very central, you can walk to Valletta or take a range of buses, the bus stop is just across the street. It's a modern place near university, there is much space inside and a room has 'only' 5 beds so most probably you can recover well. Near the center with bus! Of course they can improve small things 😉💜

Cheap, you pay what you get. Breakfast is fine and the pool area is nice.

I loved it. The staff was so nice. If you need anything they'll do whatever they can to get it. The only problem I see is that the lockers didn't actually lock.

Lovely hostel, great atmosphere, animation team work hard and are great as well as extremely friendly, the same goes for the rest of the staff. a fair few kids around as they go to learn English.

100% recommend. 23 Boutique is an incredibly unique and pleasant accomodation - I would say it's combines the experience of a guesthouse, traditional B&B and an AirBnb all in one, with a modern twist! Not only is it in a quiet neighbourhood just outside of busy Valletta, the area it's in has much character to it. Close to public transport and some great restos nearby. Fantastic hotel. Ryan has created a truly beautiful and homey location. The room was big, but it felt very comfortable almost like being at home. The bathroom was nice and had plenty of space for two people to easily be in there. The location is great and about a 10 minute walk from the old Town and about 3 minutes from a bus stop. Will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Malta.

This establishment is amazing! Extremely detail oriented from the lobby to the room. Ryan, Mia, and Tiffany were so helpful from booking to check out, made me feel like family. The customer service was above and beyond.
