Exceptional Service and Unforgettable Stay – Thanks to Katerina and the Team After a terrible experience at another hotel, we were relieved the moment we walked into the Intercontinental St. Julian’s, thanks to the incredible service provided by Katerina. Katerina went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I were not only comfortable but truly happy during our stay. Katerina’s attention to...
What a wonderful stay. One of the best part of the trip. You can spend the whole day just staying in the hotel because it has everything. Waterbiscuit restaurant serves amazing food (though desserts is the weak point). I would not forget Smoked duck breast. Nice and comfortable room. Very nice personal. The view from balcony would be perfect without construction (Plant here need to be watered). I highly...
The staff at the hotel could not have been any friendlier. I booked a weekend stay incl free night (platinum perk) and we got a fabulous upgrade to a lovely suite. There isn’t much of a view but given that the street outside is quite ‘lively’ we didn’t mind. The small private beach has small stones not sand but there is not a lot they can do about this. The sea side Italian seafood restaurant was excellent...
We've just spent 5 days here and overall it was good. The staff were all superb. Always a smile and a friendly greeting from the cleaners to the managers. We had a meal at the Al Fresco restaurant, on the 7th floor. 100% could not fault it. The staff, food and atmosphere was great. First time eating rabbit and loved it. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the swordfish was delicious. Overall...
Amazing property , it's one of the best intercontinental hotel I stayed, it is perfectly located and the staff at the reception were super helpful and friendly, I was able to check in early. Whenever you cross a staff from breakfast restaurant to housekeeping in the corridor, they wish us a good day with a smile and ask us if we need anything !!! I will surely recommend this property
We attended Sky Beach at the Intercontinental in Malta and may I say, It was something special. The view was incredible, overlooking the beautiful Malta, the food and drinks were luxurious and very much so worth the value. Our amazing waiter Edwardo was phenomenal and a true role model to how service should be. I wish you all the best my friend and please if you get the chance, visit Sky Beach.

What a place. Hotel is very nice and in an amazing position right on the beach, where you can easily swim in the sea. Leisure facilities are spot on, towels provided for leisure/beach/pool. Food is amazing. You are made to feel very very special by the staff members. It's literally a 4 min walk from the hotel reception to the heart of everything in Paceville. A 10 min walk max to Sliema. I've given...
I really wanted to like this hotel, but my stay at the Westin Dragonara in St. Julian’s, Malta, was deeply disappointing. As a Marriott Gold member, I chose this hotel expecting the usual perks that come with my status. Unfortunately, we received none of them. When I inquired about a room upgrade at check-in, the staff acted as if I was out of line for even asking. I then asked for a late checkout...
Beautiful hotel, cosy and calm! Offers you everything you need, if you just want to stay inside the resort and rest! You have the beautiful sea, lots of space by the pools or by the sea, even during high season. You have the gym with lots of different courses....if you feel like working out. Restaurants for everyone and every taste... Complete relaxation even during the night, no noise, so you'll sleep...
Service is excellent. All the staff and the manager are welcoming and helpful. There were no issues I faced. We stayed in a room with a hot tub and it was clean and easy to use. The facility is quite large but the layout is simple, so although complicated at first, you easily learn your way around. There is a private beach, and the pools are heated and there are indoor sauna and hammam. I don't have...
An absolute gem of a resort in Malta. Everything about this resort and our stay was absolutely perfect. The rooms were very spacious and the staff were excellent. I would like to give special thanks to Lama who kindly gave us an upgrade as we were celebrating our anniversary and Josef who provided us with all the information required during our stay and going around throughout our stay. Dining options...
We normally do smaller, more local hotels. But we wanted to do something special at the end of a wedding trip. We did three days after our wedding to have a bit of glam, and it was worth it. The hotel employees were SO helpful, kind, and went over the top to help during a bit of a tough time finding a cab to the airport. Excellent hotel if you like swimming: indoor pool, hot tube, outdoor pools (two...

For me was most important the location. Location is Top. Reception 24 hours. Sadly towels were old. Zimmer also was a bit old. But for 1 night was good. I took economy room. I could check in for half hour earlier.
Extremely friendly stuff, I booked my room for 4 nights and they always cleaned my room, I got always fresh towels, it was really nice. I got always a smile when I left and when I came back. Thank you for everything!! Next year I am coming back for sure!!! 🤗
Great location! Friendly and professional staff, always happy to help and provide support. Clean, spacious room. 24-hour reception, daily cleaning, shop open to 11pm in the loft part of the hotel entrance. Super close to attractions (night life, bars, restaurants, pool, etc), we walked around during the road connection. They got vending machines on the ground floor with water, soft drinks, cigarettes...
Just finished a five night stay at St Julians Bay Hotel. I did not look at reviews prior to booking. I did read reviews afterwards and arrived nervous not knowing what to expect. I can honestly say, I had nothing to be nervous about. We didn't experience anything negative as detailed in previous negative reviews, other than I will admit the rooms are a little tired and could do with updating,...
Great sea views but the room we stayed in had a very bad smell. The lady I spoke to was not friendly and was disappointed to say the least. Shame because it could be a great hotel with the correct people running it. Customer service is key
Very cheap and we'll located bed & breakfast. Rooms are well cleaned and equipment of the room is new. Bathroom are modern and big. Reception crew are always kind and helpful.

An incredible hotel nestled in a beautiful location. I stayed in the deluxe room and therefore what I experienced such as the outdoor balcony with a sea view can unfortunately be enjoyed by a few. The attention to detail is what I appreciated about this hotel, as an example the pictures of some of the lights in the room. The food was incredible. Wow! The service by the staff and chef were awesome
A lovely hotel and the service was exceptional from arrival to departure. We had a sea view room which was awesome. The hotel was a real haven to escape the business of the area and with a number of great restaurants close by and easy access by bus, ferry etc. a great place to base yourself. The staff were great at arranging taxis when needed and suggesting places to eat etc. The facilities were superb...
Pros: Three nice pools, 1 indoor and 2 outdoor pools (1 for adults only). Well decorated rooms. Decent location. Rocco the customer relations manager is really helpful if you have any issues. I'd advise raising the issues with him as he will sort it out. Cons: They may provide you with a sea view room with 95% buildings, 5% sea (see attached picture of what I got!) it should be sold as a partial...
We spent a week at the Hotel, if we would return to Malta one day, we would choose this Hotel again , it's just amazing. I would like to highlight the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness all over the whole Hotel. Rooms are spacious and bright. There are 3 different pools - one of them is for adults only on the top of the Hotel, one area is for the families (with bar, restaurant, sunbeds...
This was one of our favorite hotels while traveling in Europe for 5 weeks. The room was spacious, clean, and the staff was amazing. We were pampered and well cared for. Thanks to the guest services manager for improving our experience and assisting us with an error that was made with breakfast. You also have to check out the spa area, the pool is beautiful and well heated. We will definitely stay here...
love to give it a 5-star rating, and it's almost there. One complaint I have of the room we stayed in was the toilet being in a different room from the bathroom was very inconvenient. There was also not a sink to wash hands in the toiler after you’re done, so you just have to walk out with dirty hands to the bathroom to wash hands. Also, the fridge is locked and will only be opened upon request. Apparently...

Stayed here in late October 2024. Great location, great outdoor pool areas, but boy o boy those pools are cool in Autumn. Breakfast is lovely, everything is fresh, tasty, with lots of options. The bread is to die for The live Jazz band was amazing, going to the Blue Elephant Thai tonight and will review later.
I recently stayed at Hilton Malta and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, making me feel right at home. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and every team member I encountered was friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to assist. The room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable...
The rooms were clean, though I was expecting an upgrade but received a fairly standard room with a somewhat limited view of the marina. However, the closed balcony doors ensured the room was very quiet. The hotel offers an excellent breakfast, a very good dinner, and a more average lunch. The service at the hotel was pleasant, but I found it slightly disruptive to be asked twice whether my room was...
It's the Hilton. Food and service was good. It's a very big hotel so expect breakfast to be busy. We went out to the neighborhood for dinner so I can't comment on that. My biggest complaint is the pool hours...no night swimming is just a crime when one is paying these prices. Very busy neighborhood... extremely touristy, so don't expect anything to be cheap. Very kid friendly. Too many kids for me...
Everything about this hotel was exceptional. Staff were very professional, friendly and welcoming, always greeting you whenever you’re around the resort. Staff were able to find a lost item which they dealt with very well. Room was very clean and comfortable and facing the sea, waking up to sunrise every morning. Service was excellent all throughout. Strongly recommend this hotel to anyone staying...
I stayed in the Hilton Malta for 6 nights. The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met promptly. The location is unbeatable, offering stunning sea views and easy access to beaches and local attractions. The rooms are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. I stayed at this hotel in the past because I enjoyed the sea view and the food. In my last visit, I was not lucky. The room was not what I expected; small, with 2 single beds, limited view, it was without problems but not privileged. Breakfast was only a la carte. I did not claim for anything. Next time, I will try something else.
We stayed for number of days, recently. The spacious room with sea facing balcony provided a wonderful view and comfortable stay. Above all, the staff all around from reception, cleaning to restaurant, very polite, helping, accommodative and responsive. The excellent location on the bank of bay is handy for walking and visit important places and restaurants. Upholstery, furnishings in room, little...
Loved our (me and my sister) stay at The Corinthia! Fabulous staff, who were all very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely large suite with ample storage and two bathrooms! We even had a choice of 2 balconies and a large roof terrace! Outdoor pool was a little nippy!! Hardly surprising in November 🤣🤣 Malta is stunning!!
Wonderfull hotel with great location, excellent service and very comfortable beds. As I was staying with my baby i received and email with a list of the amenities I could ask for my son and everything I asked was ready in my room at my arrival. They have everything for babies so it’s very appreciable to have all needed for kids at the hotel. They also have a baby club from 10am to 1pm and my son loved...
Stayed a week from 8th July. Hotel was lovely, rooms spacious, cool and had a great view over the bay. Some lovely restaurants on site too. Downside was although there were numerous pools, only 2 were exclusive for hotel guests, the...

Really nice hotel in the center of St. Julian and perfect base for a roadtrip in Malta. Hotel is offering free parking in the shopping complex garage adjacent to the hotel. The service was excellent and the room was super clean. Special thanks goes to Matthew who was super caring and always open for a small and friendly chat. Fully recommended when staying in Malta.
I stayed 10 nights in Sept 2024. It was a good experience and I feel positive about the whole thing. I tried the pools (great), the gym - adequate (squeeky, clunky bicycle, too few weights), tried the spa (another company but also very good), staff are well trained and attentive. Breakfast was OK - actually it is a bit of a bun fight in there, cramped, the logic of the buffet needs rethinking (cornflakes...
We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency. The staff were all very welcoming and so helpful. Being two gay dads with an 11. month old you never know how you will be treated, Malta is a welcoming and very gay friendly country and that also goes for this hotel too! Breakfast was very good. The only thing I’d say...
Fabulous stay even if just a nite. Didn't make use of the hotel facilities bar the breakfast buffet. Busy as it was the hostess Marisa was in point. Manning that desk wholly independently even if I think that there should have been 2 people given the volume of guests. Yet if you watched her comings and goings you'd have seen a beaming warm welcome, an enchanting introduction to the restaurant and...
This hotel needs to up it's game to be a 5 star rating. Pool in shade most of day. Buffet food mainly cold salads and meat. Hot food only ever lukewarm and hardly any choice. But much nicer hotels nearer facilities. Lots of building...
We loved the hotel and had a fantastic stay. The food was excellent, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Above all we thought the staff were excellent. Excellent - rooms clean and well presented. Staff generally attentive but breakfast service needs to be sharpened up. Staff outside by the pool needed to be asked for tea/milk etc. Food of very good standard and enjoyable Nice pool areas. Location reasonable away from the noise of the main area but walk to bus stop challenging if you have issues. We had a good stay - thank you.
I was staying in an apartment in St Julian’s with my friends, and we were looking for a good spa centre near by. We choose the spa in the Radisson blu, and it was amazing. We had a massage, use the sauna, hot tub, indoor and outdoor pool. Everything was great, the staff was really pleasant and happy to answer all our questions. I would really recommend it, and I will definitely come back.

Lovely hotel in Sliema. My husband was in the hospital next door and the location was ideal. I found the most wonderful and concerned members of staff on the front desk, Charles' welcome each morning at breakfast. Marvellous Penny Black bar for an evening snack. Thr room was very comfortable, and the cleaning staff efficient always helpful. Thank for making my stay during a worrying time so wonderful
Me and my family stayed here in August 2023, and it was a fantastic stay! The breakfast buffet provided plenty of options and I was always satisfied when using it. Stayed here 3 nights not long ago. Good location. Everything is within walking distance. Beach is down the street, Valletta is a 10 min ferry ride away. Lots of local shops and chemists. TRUE DEFINITION OF A PROFESIONAL CARING HOTEL. The facilities of the hotel are exactly as they offer, a stunning rooftop pool, a varied free buffet, spacious, clean and modern rooms, and even quite expensive shampoos! Really lovely hotel, beds are comfy, pool is beautiful (but very limited sun beds so make sure you get in early) and reception staff were all really nice. I love this place. Best hotel in Saint Julian’s. Lovely staff. Big rooms. Great rooftop pool with bar. Thank you for a lovely stay.
Just to say I stayed in this hotel last year and the year before I found it to be a clean well maintained hotel with very helpful staff…The first year I went I booked room with terrace which was large and it was great the second year I booked room with balcony I found the rooms to be of good condition there is also a safe to use in the rooms free of charge..The swimming pool is big and kept well plenty...
Very good service! And the breakfast is great... When we went it was all closed because of the covid19, so we didnt get the chance to enjoy the pool and the Spa :(
Great place in a lively neighbourhood. Rooms are large, many have terrasses. Love the rooftop with the amazing pool. Staff was fantastic. Ladies at reception from the Netherlands and Serbia were outstanding. Close to great food, bars. Decent prices
One bed was completely broken and couldn't be used. Extremely noisy room, had to sleep with ear plugs every night. The air condition on the wall was broken so they had replaced it with a portable one which was very loud and didn't cool the room down properly. Took a deluxe room which wasn't. No cupboards no drawers no towel hooks three small open shelves only. Small safe on floor that could be picked up and removed no bath mat. Plaster falling from wall. A bit disappointed to be honest as it was expensive. Nice view though.
Wonderful location at the sea/harbor with pool and own swimming location in front of the hotel. Was not to noisy. Of course you hear some music and traffic from the coastal road. Rooms and hotel is a little aged but okay. AC on level seven had to work hard against sun from rooftop and windows but great views!
Good location to get around the city with lots of restaurants around. Clean room with marina view and not loud at night. Hard to find room near the pool/sea area. Staff could improve on English, breakfast was repetitive, I would suggest a replacement of the lift as it was very hot and takes about a minute before the doors opened.
The room is clean and with a great view. The breakfast is very good with friendly chefs making any eggs you want. You have to be early to the pool to get a spot if you’re a friend group or a family. The air conditioning is central system, that means you don’t get it under 20°c inside your room. The gym is small, but if you are creative, you can get an ok workout. Overall a good experience.
Didnt really know how to score this stay. First the positives. Hotel in a great location. Room a decent size, very clean. Pool area nice and plenty of sunbeds even though hotel was full. Hotel was good, but not a 4*. Big room, comfortable bed, but paper thin towels!! The outdoor pool was small, no service was evident , had to look for towels. Complementary water should be left in the room daily. No info for buses and excursions, apart from a boat trip with food. Breakfast was somewhat limited. Coffee not good at all! I'm staying now in this hotel. My daughter is studying English and we are on vacation. What I mostly like about this hotel is the beautiful view on the seaside, a balcony and the pool on the roof open till 10 p.m. The sea is clean here, not like on public beaches. Me and my husband have been staying at the hotel for the past few days. Would absolutely return. Lovely room. Ideal location. The staff are brilliant and the roof top is amazing.
The hotel is located very central in St. Julians. Rooms were well cleaned and spacious. It is very close to the clubs & bars so on the weekend it gets a bit noisy but otherwise no complaints. We especially loved the rooftop pool & bar!
My Partner and I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights, we were asked when we got to our room if everything was ok, and we showed them how squeaky the bed was, they wanted to change it straight away, but we convinced them the next day was better as were out all day. This area is very young and loud. So some of room is very noisy and can’t sleep till 4am (Club music stops at 4am). We asked to change the room and we got quite room and sleep well next day. Generally this hotel has great value. Specifically the rooftop swimming pool is amazing. Beach is walkable 2-3mins as well. Most of staffs are friendly and helpful. I was bit impressive the cleaning staffs.
Disappointing start to the trip when we arrived late at night and were placed in a room that was so loud and facing the nightclubs that we could not sleep at all. We then went downstairs the next morning and were told they couldn’t change our room until 3pm which wasted our plans for the first day. We arrived back at 3pm to then be told that we came too late by someone else and that it would be hard...
Nice hotel in a mall area close to the beach and public transport in a more party area. Loredana and Martina (staff) were very helpful with moving rooms due to the shower in the first room having a significant leak on the floor. The first room was street side which came with the nightlife noise. The second room was inward and very pleasant. The breakfast in the morning was good. The rooftop pool...
We booked a room with view and when we got there they told us they were already fully booked and give us a room with yes a terrace, but it was on the 7th flor (room 755) with 0% view of anything besided a big wall. And what makes us feel even worse is that before going there, we payed more for a specific view. We were disappointed
Although the breakfast was good with a great selection of hot and cold food ,the hot section needs to be kept warmer ,it is a real shame as the restaurant is well organised and a nice way to start the day

We had a wonderful time at your establishment. The pools were lovely, the beach bars were well-stocked, and the staff was courteous and professional. We appreciated the fact that there were no babies present, as it allowed us to relax and enjoy our vacation in peace. Thank you for your hospitality.
Great location. Food was OK if you are here for a day. They haven't changed the breakfast menu not once in the week I was here. It is ridiculous to say they have "spa and sauna". Personally I really dislike the wooden chairs, tables and beds' base. it gives out "ancient" feel. otherwise the bed mattress was comfortable. Great terrace view. Plenty of outdoor pools.
This hotel is perfect for a holiday in Malta(St Julian's).. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with many good restaurants on site. The shining light of this hotel is the staff...from managers to supervisors to waiting and cleaning staff..they are all friendly, efficient and polite and make you feel special. Congratulations to the manager for excellent recruitment and training. You can walk to the...
The room is not tiny, and the balcony and sea view are gorgeous. The provided breakfast is rich. But the clearness and efficiency are still needed to improve. We found the last customer’s belongings in the closet and some breadcrumbs on the table. More than that, there was yoghurt garbage in the trash can, and it didn't smell good...

Hotel Juliani was the perfect base to explore Malta and Gozo. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was very comfortable. The pool on the roof was a perfect way to spend the day relaxing and drinking cocktails. We had a delicious meal in the hotel restaurant on one evening and then other nights ate out in one of the many restaurants around the hotel, there are so many to choose from
My wife and I had a 4 night stay here. Very smart modern hotel in perfect location, bus stop opposite. We found all of the staff to be very helpful and charming. Nothing was too much trouble. Very nice reception area that blended into the cafe area. They took the Covid precautions very seriously. Breakfast was very good and served by a member of staff from a buffet. We had a sea view room with a balcony...
Very good situated hotel. Clean with nice et helpful service especially one of reception host - Katherina (if I well remember her name). Big thank for your assistance with little problem in wardrobe. I spent there two weeks in nice room with a balcony and with charming view on the port. I recommend this hotel to chill and profit nice swimming pole on the rooftop.
Honestly, I cant speak highly enough of this Hotel and their Staff. Nothing is too much trouble for this Hotel. Its Clean, very tidy and has everything you need around it. Its well situated in St Julian's. The food is amazing, the Staff are just great. Sitting watching the world go by on the terrace having a coffee is also one of my favorite things to do in this Hotel. Malta is so busy and this...
We had an excellent stay at Juliani. Friendly staff and welcome reception when we arrived (including welcome drink). Rooms were excellent and very silent. Hotel is very clean and modern. Staff is very helpful when we needed information about excursions or travel information. Rooftop pool / bar is a great addition, but it was closed sometimes due to private reservations. Breakfast was excellent. Definitely...
The service at Hotel Juliani has been fantastic, the staff are friendly and helpful. We had a room with a view of the bay area, which was beautiful. AC in room was great too ?

Excellent hotel for the price. Highly recommended. Thank you to everyone who made us feel at home all the time
Really nice staff, the rooms was a bit small, so you had to watch your steps not to bump your toes on the bed. The bed was really nice though and the room had a small balcony facing the street. We thought there was no warm water, turned out there was a switch, which said NOT to turn off, but apparently it was switched off when we arrived. The room was clean, except for the lamppost and toilet-roll...
Staff incredibly friendly, the breakfast was excellent. We loved having the rooftop pool option. The cleaning staff did an excellent job every day. The only thing lacking was that the bathtub in our room kept leaking, so the floor was always wet.
Good decent hotel in St Julian's. We stayed here for 4 days. The staff were nice, however they made us pay extra for my wife as the hotel booking was for 1 person and not 2, despite there being no price difference if booking with 2 or 1
