We especially loved the incredible breakfast on the seventh floor, as well as both the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, which were fantastic for both relaxation and family fun

Julian’s, thanks to the incredible service provided by Katerina. Katerina went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I were not only comfortable but truly happy during our stay

My wife rarely wants to return to the same place twice, but after such an amazing experience, we’re already planning our next stay for next year

Katerina’s attention to detail and warm hospitality made a massive impression, not just on me and my wife but also on our children

We liked staying here during winter, and I believe it’s amazing during summer. The only thing we weren’t very impressed by was the indoor pool/spa space. It felt slightly outdated and in need of refurbishing

Pool was the perfect temperature and restaurants were great after a long day, especially if you just want to enjoy something with effort. Restaurants and shopping is just a block away

We stayed at The Westin in February for 3 nights as a weekend getaway. The first thing that impressed us was the service, every member of the staff was very lovely, kind, and helpful

We used the indoor pool, steam and sauna rooms which were all clean, well-kept and well-maintained. The lobby was very busy due to the Christmas season but the hotel is large enough to handle that

5 out of 5 stars! Absolutely brilliant stay at The Westin Dragonara Resort, Malta. We stayed there for 1 week on the Christmas break and had a great time

We were offered a big room with 2 queen beds, so we enjoyed the spacious room we had. We had lunch at the restaurant in the lobby, and enjoyed that too

We tried to make there life easier by assisting them to not clean our towels every day and make our own bed, but Alas they changed our towels and made our bed

Stay was very good, staff was super kind and quick to react. Worth the money and the outdoor pool is gorgeous

That may sound like a problem for someone but trust it isn’t because you cannot hear any noises from the shopping centre and it brings you the advantage of having everything you can even think of at a walkable distance (clothing shops, supermarket, restaurant, take away food etc

) The rooms are very comfortable and modern but maintain a cozy atmosphere. The amenities are amazing and a welcome kit with a traditional maltese snack and a drink is a great example of an exemplary customer care

To start I have to say only one word which describes this hotel perfectly and that is brilliant. The hotel itself is in a very interesting, yet very convenient place - inside a shopping centre

The hotel is in a great location, the staff is helpful and efficient. Loredana for their help with a special request - preparing a birthday surprise for my partner. We really liked the outdoor and indoor pool

We had a massage, use the sauna, hot tub, indoor and outdoor pool. Everything was great, the staff was really pleasant and happy to answer all our questions. I would really recommend it, and I will definitely come back

Very good location and hotel, with nice private beach, clear water, good pool area with great view and nice adults only pool for quiet option

Yet if you watched her comings and goings you'd have seen a beaming warm welcome, an enchanting introduction to the restaurant and facilities but above all a charming lady whom certainly took pride at what she does

Observant was she that she noticed a guest having just a salad and some fruits she went over and offered a salmon plate with some avocado as an alternate. It was surprising but much appreciated by the guest

Management one on one! Barely see managers do that and here you have the hostess making sure her guests are pride of place. This was the highlight of the breakfast for me

Manning that desk wholly independently even if I think that there should have been 2 people given the volume of guests

The hotel was full but still the room cleaner gave us crazy flexibility, the barman at the pool was always with a huge smile, the manager allowed us after checking out to spend the entire day in the pool, and then let us a last minute spare room to take a shower prior the departure

St Georges Park area is beautiful the hotel is right next to the beach, restaurants, bars as well as shops so you don't have to travel miles just for the basics

TRUE DEFINITION OF A PROFESIONAL CARING HOTEL

The facilities of the hotel are exactly as they offer, a stunning rooftop pool, a varied free buffet, spacious, clean and modern rooms, and even quite expensive shampoos! But what they have not indicated is how dedicated and professional their staff is

Really lovely hotel, beds are comfy, pool is beautiful (but very limited sun beds so make sure you get in early) and reception staff were all really nice

The room was not what I expected; small, with 2 single beds, limited view, it was without problems but not privileged. Breakfast was only a la carte. Next time, I will try something else

The excellent location on the bank of bay is handy for walking and visit important places and restaurants. Upholstery, furnishings in room, little tiring, would need up-gradation to enhance the joy of stay, further

We had a lovely large suite with ample storage and two bathrooms! We even had a choice of 2 balconies and a large roof terrace! Outdoor pool was a little nippy!! Hardly surprising in November 🤣🤣 Malta is stunning!!

Downside was although there were numerous pools, only 2 were exclusive for hotel guests, the rest of the bathing areas were open to non residents which resulted in chaos at weekends, hundreds of screaming kids and no loungers available in the residents area

We stayed for number of days, recently. The spacious room with sea facing balcony provided a wonderful view and comfortable stay

Above all, the staff all around from reception, cleaning to restaurant, very polite, helping, accommodative and responsive

I think It was low season so there weren't that many guests, but maybe they were a bit shy because we weren't European or so? I saw them look at our table several times and check on us but no action

We were ushered into the restaurant and seated at a table by the window on our second day, but no one came to take our coffee or tea orders, so I had to go find hot water myself

Rooms are modern and simple, there is a club lounge on top floor and an outdoor area, indoor pool located next to a well equipped gym and a spa. Overall breakfast was good and tasty, staff and helpful

I was so grateful to the hotel for upgrading us to a suite room with a stunning view, and I felt so well rested in this beautiful country that we didn't want to go home

Swimming pool inside and outside are great but the jacuzzi was ooo and the steam bath only if you request

However, the breakfast restaurant in the morning had a conveyor toaster that was too hot and the sliced toast was burnt, the fruit was not that fresh, and there were even mosquito-like small flies

One of the most beautiful hotels in Malta! Even in the whole world. One has many possibilities: Indoor pool, outdoor pool, tennis court, squash court, gym, several bars, and. Everything very well organized

Stayed here in late October 2024. Great location, great outdoor pool areas, but boy o boy those pools are cool in Autumn. Breakfast is lovely, everything is fresh, tasty, with lots of options

I recently stayed at Hilton Malta and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, making me feel right at home

no night swimming is just a crime when one is paying these prices. extremely touristy, so don't expect anything to be cheap. but the adult only pool was a godsend with very responsive poolside drink service

This might be a local practice, but it did feel unnecessary. The pools were lovely, although not heated

Wonderful location at the sea/harbor with pool and own swimming location in front of the hotel. Of course you hear some music and traffic from the coastal road. Rooms and hotel is a little aged but okay

The location is great, own pools nice, but what's even better is the part of the bay in which you can swim. It's close to many good restaurants and bus stops

Took a deluxe room which wasn't. No cupboards no drawers no towel hooks three small open shelves only. Small safe on floor that could be picked up and removed no bath mat

The room is clean and with a great view. The breakfast is very good with friendly chefs making any eggs you want. You have to be early to the pool to get a spot if you’re a friend group or a family

Didnt really know how to score this stay. Room a decent size, very clean. Pool area nice and plenty of sunbeds even though hotel was full. Being able to get straight into the sea was great

Staff could improve on English, breakfast was repetitive, I would suggest a replacement of the lift as it was very hot and takes about a minute before the doors opened

Our room faced the beach so it was noisy at night as lots of people on the beach all night! A bit of a walk to town and next to a building site with 10 cranes! Swimming pools were great, breakfast excellent alright busy, pick your time carefully

Big room, comfortable bed, but paper thin towels!! The outdoor pool was small, no service was evident , had to look for towels. Complementary water should be left in the room daily

The sea is clean here, not like on public beaches. You can see many kinds of fish. The staff is friendly, the food is good

Me and my daughter stayed at this hotel on our 3 nights trip to Malta. It was pleasant stay, rooms were good size and cleaned everyday. I didn’t got the nice view but i guess i got what i paid for so it wasn’t bad at all

Rooms cleaned daily, tea + instant coffee provided free of charge and also replenished on a daily bases. Room very comfy and quite spacious. Hotel staff very friendly and eager to help no matter the time of day

Very well located within walking distance of many restaurants and places to visit, 2 minutes walk to the nearest Mall / Supermarket. Breakfast is amazing - I do recommend this option to everyone

To try to soften our heat a little, they lent us a noisy fan. We asked to change apartments, but we were informed that none were available, which was possibly not true, as we had some changes of neighbors during our stay

Conveniently placed (bus stop in front). Small but newly renovated rooms. Consists of two buildings so when checking in there are two receptions and you have to chose the right one. Poor choice at breakfast (buffet)

Small ice cold pool very refreshing if you dare get in it! All staff very polite and cheerful special mention for Carmen in the restaurant. Good location too for eating out but nightlife not lively

Spacious room, side view of sea from balcony, comfy beds, fantastic shower! B&B we really enjoyed the breakfasts good and plentiful variety of foods on offer buffet style. Great roof terrace with good sun beds

All in all would be happy to return and to recommend to a friend

Only one small thing that didn't work well was the kettle in my room, the lid must have been damaged as it wouldn't stay closed, if you boiled it you had to weigh it down with something or it would boil forever, it wasn't a huge issue though, I just used it a few times

Steam room functioning but there’s an damp/mouldy smell in there. Rooftop pool area also lovely with a nice sea view. Wasn’t a big fan of the breakfast though so docked a point

I stayed for 3 nights and it was a lovely experience. The room was very spacious and clean. I had breakfast each morning and was impressed with the amount of food on offer. The fresh fruit and fresh bread were excellent

I appreciated they had soya and almond milk, so I could have a nice coffee each morning too

The little gift shop inside the hotel was also handy and had some nice things. Staff were all friendly and overall this was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in for a while

Great facilities and location, close to the center of St Julian's - free parking is an excellent bonus. Breakfast was pretty much the same every day, but the variety ensured that you could grab something new at all times

I had an absolutely fantastic holiday at the Hyatt Regency in Malta, thanks to the incredible concierge, Valentina. Every recommendation, suggestion, and booking she made was spot-on and added so much to my experience

The hotel itself is really nice, in a great area of St Julian’s (although alot of building work going on just next door at the moment) and the rooms are clean, modern and fresh

It also has parking which is just so so so helpful in Malta! On arrival the staff gave us a bottle of champagne as well as an anniversary present - so thoughtful. Breakfast was also great with a large variety

The staff were friendly and accommodating. As a black person, I felt no ounce of racism. At Hugo Hotel you’re 2 minutes from the shopping centre and 2 minutes from a small beach

we really enjoyed our stay at the diplomat hotel! the room was very comfortable, clean and well equipped (smart tv, toiletteries, towels, snacks & drinks), the only downside were the thin walls

breakfasts were okay, nothing special, but there was a lot to choose from, we never left hungry. nice sea view from the balcony too! it's a bit hard to find a parking space close to the hotel though

It was such a great stay in the Holiday Inn. The room was great! Clean and just everything you need. The access to the spa and swimming pool of the intercontinental is just fantastic

You can enter it from the hotel by an internal door. The front desk was very helpful. A shout out to Leah and Anish, they are so friendly. And serve nice cocktails!! I will definitely come back!
