We attended Sky Beach at the Intercontinental in Malta and may I say, It was something special. Just to say I stayed in this hotel last year and the year before I found it to be a clean well maintained hotel with very helpful staff…The first year I went I booked room with terrace which was large and it was great the second year I booked room with balcony I found the rooms to be of good condition there is also a safe to use in the rooms free of charge..The swimming pool is big and kept well plenty...

We booked a last minute trip to the Marriott Malta and it was without a doubt the best hotel I have stayed in. All the staff were brilliant, and the food divine! Lots of choice at breakfast and a beautiful evening menu. The spa was small but perfect for us to take a quick dip before our evening meal. An incredible hotel nestled in a beautiful location. I stayed in the deluxe room and therefore what I experienced such as the outdoor balcony with a sea view can unfortunately be enjoyed by a few. I stayed at this hotel in the past because I enjoyed the sea view and the food. In my last visit, I was not lucky. The room was not what I expected; small, with 2 single beds, limited view, it was without problems but not privileged. Breakfast was only a la carte. I did not claim for anything. I was staying in an apartment in St Julian’s with my friends, and we were looking for a good spa centre near by. We choose the spa in the Radisson blu, and it was amazing. We had a massage, use the sauna, hot tub, indoor and outdoor pool. Everything was great, the staff was really pleasant and happy to answer all our questions. I would really recommend it, and I will definitely come back.

Wonderful location at the sea/harbor with pool and own swimming location in front of the hotel. Was not to noisy. Of course you hear some music and traffic from the coastal road. Rooms and hotel is a little aged but okay. AC on level seven had to work hard against sun from rooftop and windows but great views!

Good location to get around the city with lots of restaurants around. Clean room with marina view and not loud at night. Hard to find room near the pool/sea area. Staff could improve on English, breakfast was repetitive, I would suggest a replacement of the lift as it was very hot and takes about a minute before the doors opened.

The room is clean and with a great view. The breakfast is very good with friendly chefs making any eggs you want. You have to be early to the pool to get a spot if you’re a friend group or a family. The air conditioning is central system, that means you don’t get it under 20°c inside your room. The gym is small, but if you are creative, you can get an ok workout. Overall a good experience.

We stayed here for 7 days, lovely spacious room, clean, air con worked well. Our room faced the beach so it was noisy at night as lots of people on the beach all night! I'm staying now in this hotel. My daughter is studying English and we are on vacation. What I mostly like about this hotel is the beautiful view on the seaside, a balcony and the pool on the roof open till 10 p.m. The sea is clean here, not like on public beaches. The hotel is closely located in the party area of Malta, and so a lot of restaurants and bars are around. The room was very big, comfortable, and clean. The hotel has many amenities. The gym has some machines not working but overall it is fine. The indoor swimming pool is good. Breakfast was not satisfactory, the quality of food is low and the cooking is bad.

The hotel is located very central in St. Julians. Rooms were well cleaned and spacious. It is very close to the clubs & bars so on the weekend it gets a bit noisy but otherwise no complaints. We especially loved the rooftop pool & bar!

This area is very young and loud. So some of room is very noisy and can’t sleep till 4am (Club music stops at 4am). We asked to change the room and we got quite room and sleep well next day. We booked a room with view and when we got there they told us they were already fully booked and give us a room with yes a terrace, but it was on the 7th flor (room 755) with 0% view of anything besided a big wall. Staff incredibly friendly, the breakfast was excellent. We loved having the rooftop pool option. The cleaning staff did an excellent job every day. The only thing lacking was that the bathtub in our room kept leaking, so the floor was always wet.

Great location. Food was OK if you are here for a day. They haven't changed the breakfast menu not once in the week I was here. It is ridiculous to say they have "spa and sauna". Personally I really dislike the wooden chairs, tables and beds' base. it gives out "ancient" feel. otherwise the bed mattress was comfortable. Great terrace view. Plenty of outdoor pools.

The room is not tiny, and the balcony and sea view are gorgeous. The provided breakfast is rich. But the clearness and efficiency are still needed to improve. This is a good hotel with a great location, as long as you get into the modern side. I really feel sorry for the staff and managers trying to juggle disgruntled guests. Really nice hotel in the center of St. Julian and perfect base for a roadtrip in Malta. Hotel is offering free parking in the shopping complex garage adjacent to the hotel. Great location, main attractions of Malta are close on foot or by public transport but you can still get there in a rental car and they have parking. Staff is very nice and helpful, we had one issue we reported at night and maintenance was in and out the next day fixing it. Brilliant location, clean, helpful staff. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss, but that didn't bother me too much. Rooms were clean but could do with a bit of an update. I understand the financial pressures of the Covid lock downs so, again was not a problem for me. I don't understand some of the reviews on here as my stay was just what I wanted, and for the price a bargain.

While underwhelming at first sight, give it a few days and its strategic location and kind staff will surely grow on you. Also the wi-fi is excellent.

Only stayed for 3 days, but for the price this hotel is great value, the location was good, room was spotless and cleaned to a very high standard every day, the staff are extremely hard working and the reception staff could not have been more helpful, the breakfast was of a very high standard plenty of it and piping hot. Would not hesitate to return if in Malta again.

55€ night. First floor room. 2 separate beds and they refused to prepare them together until next day. Horrible, noisy, ugly, tiny TV from 1965, no cable, sachets of cheap gel&shampoo... Its a NO NO.

On the evening of 07th April 2023 I asked the reception to be able to call a taxi to the airport that would arrive at 4am the following day 08th April. They told me that the service costs €25 to pay there at the hotel (it was already strange like that) and that his colleague from the night would have called. For me was most important the location. Location is Top. Reception 24 hours. Sadly towels were old. Zimmer also was a bit old. But for 1 night was good. I took economy room. I could check in for half hour earlier.

Extremely friendly stuff, I booked my room for 4 nights and they always cleaned my room, I got always fresh towels, it was really nice. I got always a smile when I left and when I came back. Thank you for everything!! Next year I am coming back for sure!!! 🤗

Very cheap and we'll located bed & breakfast. Rooms are well cleaned and equipment of the room is new. Bathroom are modern and big. Reception crew are always kind and helpful.
