Took a deluxe room which wasn't. No cupboards no drawers no towel hooks three small open shelves only. Small safe on floor that could be picked up and removed no bath mat. Plaster falling from wall. A bit disappointed to be honest as it was expensive. Nice view though.

Wonderful location at the sea/harbor with pool and own swimming location in front of the hotel. Was not to noisy. Of course you hear some music and traffic from the coastal road. Rooms and hotel is a little aged but okay. AC on level seven had to work hard against sun from rooftop and windows but great views!

Good location to get around the city with lots of restaurants around. Clean room with marina view and not loud at night. Hard to find room near the pool/sea area. Staff could improve on English, breakfast was repetitive, I would suggest a replacement of the lift as it was very hot and takes about a minute before the doors opened.

The room is clean and with a great view. The breakfast is very good with friendly chefs making any eggs you want. You have to be early to the pool to get a spot if you’re a friend group or a family. The air conditioning is central system, that means you don’t get it under 20°c inside your room. The gym is small, but if you are creative, you can get an ok workout. Overall a good experience.

Really nice staff, the rooms was a bit small, so you had to watch your steps not to bump your toes on the bed. The bed was really nice though and the room had a small balcony facing the street. Staff incredibly friendly, the breakfast was excellent. We loved having the rooftop pool option. The cleaning staff did an excellent job every day. The only thing lacking was that the bathtub in our room kept leaking, so the floor was always wet.

For me was most important the location. Location is Top. Reception 24 hours. Sadly towels were old. Zimmer also was a bit old. But for 1 night was good. I took economy room. I could check in for half hour earlier.

Great stay for 3 nights with great food, we stayed half board. We paid extra for a sea view and it was an amazing view! Totally worth the money. The bar next door played music till 4 am but it didn't bother me, but bring ear plugs if it bothers you. Right on the sea front, such a perfect location!

We attended Sky Beach at the Intercontinental in Malta and may I say, It was something special. I was staying in an apartment in St Julian’s with my friends, and we were looking for a good spa centre near by. We choose the spa in the Radisson blu, and it was amazing. We had a massage, use the sauna, hot tub, indoor and outdoor pool. Everything was great, the staff was really pleasant and happy to answer all our questions. I would really recommend it, and I will definitely come back.

The hotel is closely located in the party area of Malta, and so a lot of restaurants and bars are around. The room was very big, comfortable, and clean. The hotel has many amenities. The gym has some machines not working but overall it is fine. The indoor swimming pool is good. Breakfast was not satisfactory, the quality of food is low and the cooking is bad.

We came to Malta for a week of remote working and got the Junior Seaview Suite with a balcony. Was definitely the right decision! The balcony gets direct sun until ~1pm, and the view is excellent. Room is large with sofas and tables and the bathroom was good with ideal water pressure and a bidet(!). Highly recommended!

This is a good hotel with a great location, as long as you get into the modern side. I really feel sorry for the staff and managers trying to juggle disgruntled guests. The owners really need to invest in the Regency side of the hotel, the rooms are small dank and at best 1Star, where the Plaza side is a modern 3 Star

The hotel is good but in the rooms it doesn’t look like a 3 stars hotel. However, the room gets cleaned everyday neatly, and the breakfast is good and varied. Weird smell coming from the sink

Visited November. We had a room with a side view of the sea, small but adequate. Toilet space was a bit snug so may not be suited to a bigger person or anyone with a disability. Room was clean and tidy. Small television, not that we used it. I was disappointed to find we had to pay for use of the room safe. Free Wifi at the hotel only available in reception, you have to pay for it everywhere else...

Location of hotel very good, central but quiet during night. However, confusing for taxi to get near as some road works at the end and road closed. Service good, we got everyhthing we asked for. Staff nice, helpful, smiling and polite. Rooms are small, not very comfortable. We had triple room, but there was space for one suitcase only, 2 chairs only and bathroom was so small there was not enough space...

The location is superbly perfect if you're enjoying the northern part, nearby are a lot of bus stops to hop around the other cities. The rooms are perfectly clean and tidy. Even though I read some reviews about how receptionists were rude sometimes, but that is not correct, Enac and Maya , you were perfect and helped out thoroughly throughout the short stay of mine. Overall, the stay is 5/5

My wife & I stayed here for our anniversary whilst visiting Malta. It is honestly the best service I have received from any hotel I have ever stayed in. That’s not an exaggeration. The last week I stayed in the Valentina hotel with my sister and her boyfriend and I want to say that the accommodation could not have been better. Even though there is a construction site next to the building (as everywhere in Malta now) we didn't here not a single noise once inside the hotel. Close to the main attractions and bus stops. Very kind and friendly staff (even got a free drink at check-in), good breakfast, relaxing rooftop pool and very comfy and spacious rooms. Would definitely stay here again!

Very good hotel! Absolutely not disappointed! The welcome was warm, the staff attentive and the services up to my expectations. The hotel is well located, close to restaurants, the sea and is well served by public transport. The room was well equipped (air conditioner, mini bar, TV, a multitude of TV channels, etc ...) and well maintained! My stay was very pleasant, I highly recommend this hotel!...

Hotel highly recommended, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money. Modern rooms, well maintained and periodically clean. Timeliness in troubleshooting ( I did not want the electronic key to access the room, I exposed the my problem at the reception and I have solved it in 5 minutes).

I stayed in this hotel for 15 days for a study holiday and I had a great time, all very kind and super helpful. Perfect hotel for those who want to stay a couple of weeks in Malta! It is located a stone's throw from Paceville, the heart of the Maltese nightlife. The room has a television fridge as well as a very comfortable bed, but above all Raphael is super helpful. For anything he is ready to help you, not only for the rooms but also for information about your stay. Highly recommended

I have traveled all over the world and their concierge Nevena is the best that I’ve encountered! She is awesome, amazing, and provided the most amazing service. Had a fantastic 4 night stay at this hotel in May 2024. All staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was included in our package. Food was good. Great location as major bus stops only 5 mins walk away. Would highly recommend staying here if visiting Malta.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency. On previous trips to Malta we have always stayed at the Hilton but felt like trying somewhere new and the reviews for the Hyatt were excellent. Nice hotel with quite good restaurant and the cocktail bar. Definitely not the best one in Malta, but I would stay there once again. Price/Quality ration is good. But check the map when approaching, taxi drivers always intend to turn early and end up in the dead end
