We booked a trip with 4 friends, but the room is a bit small and old, not like a 5-star hotel, should be 3 stars. My pillow has blood stains, I told the cleaning staff, but they didn't change the pillowcases for me. But the location is good, private beach, breakfast is ok to some extent, quite impressed.

I was staying in an apartment in St Julian’s with my friends, and we were looking for a good spa centre near by. We choose the spa in the Radisson blu, and it was amazing. We had a massage, use the sauna, hot tub, indoor and outdoor pool. Everything was great, the staff was really pleasant and happy to answer all our questions. Sleima and itis next to sea front

Hydra spa is relaxing. There are two pools one in a garden setting and one by the sea - each have their own charm.

This is not 4 star. we have been going to Malta for the last 10 years and this is the worst hotel we have stayed in. Apparently they are closing it next year according to the holiday rep and this would make sense as the rooms needed updating and the food needs improving. The front of house staff were not very friendly. The location is lovely and the cleaning staff were brilliant.

The place is closing soon for a major and much needed refurbishment. Let's hope it returns as one of the best hotels in Malta when it re-opens in 2020.

Great 5 night stay. We used the spa and indoor pool daily and the grounds and outdoor heated pool are simply fabulous. You need to book the spa but it is included for guests not charged extra like some hotels. The breakfast was very, very good. The elevator was a disaster; using the stairs was very outdated. The location was usually expensive with Uber and Bolt. The beach is far from the hotel.

We stayed here for 7 days, lovely spacious room, clean, air con worked well. Our room faced the beach so it was noisy at night as lots of people on the beach all night! A bit of a walk to town and next to a building site with 10 cranes! Swimming pools were great, breakfast excellent alright busy, pick your time carefully. It was August so peek time!

Hotel was good, but not a 4*. Big room, comfortable bed, but paper thin towels!! The outdoor pool was small, no service was evident , had to look for towels. Complementary water should be left in the room daily. No info for buses and excursions, apart from a boat trip with food. Breakfast was somewhat limited. Coffee not good at all! Change to a better coffee brand.

I'm staying now in this hotel. My daughter is studying English and we are on vacation. What I mostly like about this hotel is the beautiful view on the seaside, a balcony and the pool on the roof open till 10 p.m. The sea is clean here, not like on public beaches. You can see many kinds of fish. The staff is friendly, the food is good.

The location is great, close to the beach and restaurants. The breakfast was tasty and with lots of variety. The only downside is the proximity to bars and nightclubs, which can get quite loud at night.

Stay was very good, staff was super kind and quick to react. Worth the money and the outdoor pool is gorgeous. Their breakfasts are good too! Wish they dealt with mold in our room, wasn’t very bad but it was a bit concerning, so look out for that (the only reason I gave the place 4 stars)

Location is great if you love nightlife. If you are older, then you definitely need your ear plugs. Lovely small beach but then all the beaches are small here in Malta. You can get buses to all the places of interest from St Julian.

Took a deluxe room which wasn't. No cupboards no drawers no towel hooks three small open shelves only. Small safe on floor that could be picked up and removed no bath mat. Plaster falling from wall. A bit disappointed to be honest as it was expensive. Nice view though.

Wonderful location at the sea/harbor with pool and own swimming location in front of the hotel. Was not to noisy. Of course you hear some music and traffic from the coastal road. Rooms and hotel is a little aged but okay. AC on level seven had to work hard against sun from rooftop and windows but great views!

Good location to get around the city with lots of restaurants around. Clean room with marina view and not loud at night. Hard to find room near the pool/sea area. Staff could improve on English, breakfast was repetitive, I would suggest a replacement of the lift as it was very hot and takes about a minute before the doors opened.

The room is clean and with a great view. The breakfast is very good with friendly chefs making any eggs you want. You have to be early to the pool to get a spot if you’re a friend group or a family. The air conditioning is central system, that means you don’t get it under 20°c inside your room. The gym is small, but if you are creative, you can get an ok workout. Overall a good experience.

Highly recommended! I got the room without the marina view, but you can see the alternative view in the picture. Bathroom is clean, but as usually in Malta there is no good air vent out so after a shower all is foggy and you gotta open the balcony and bathroom doors. Great location. Food was OK if you are here for a day. They haven't changed the breakfast menu not once in the week I was here. It is ridiculous to say they have "spa and sauna". Personally I really dislike the wooden chairs, tables and beds' base. it gives out "ancient" feel. otherwise the bed mattress was comfortable. Great terrace view. Plenty of outdoor pools.

The room is not tiny, and the balcony and sea view are gorgeous. The provided breakfast is rich. But the clearness and efficiency are still needed to improve. We found the last customer’s belongings in the closet and some breadcrumbs on the table. More than that, there was yoghurt garbage in the trash can, and it didn't smell good...

I took my family and kids on vacation. The hotel prepared a folding crib in advance, which was very considerate. The kid was 100cm tall and could sleep in it!
