Room is spacious and location right at the middle of old town. Wooden floor with lots of scratch marks very dusty and bedsheet is in yellowish, same conditions after request to change. Room with unpleasant stuffy smell.

Very good location very convenient. Overall it's an old hotel, outdated facility, poor noise insulation, come to kk for marathon and stay 3 nights, can't sleep well every night due to all kinds of noise and AC not cold enough. Shower water temperature is very hard to control. Provided breakfast is so cheap, I eat only once and rather eat outside, don't pay extra money for the breakfast if you can.
