The room was a bit dark as the light was insufficient. Very unfortunate during my stay as we experience clogged toilet and need to move out to other room.

Take advantage of the RM5 flat rate parking on weekends from 7PM-7AM if you're planning to go to Avenue K / Suria KLCC. The only drawback is that you have to use the stairs.

The light too dim. Bath room too small. Tissue available inside the toilet only. Not place to put my wife make up items or tooth brush items at washing basin.

Room is clean, though not the most welcoming. Not sure why, when you enter it has this not so pleasant smell lingering. Things get a lot better once AC is on and all is well, the room is much better than I had anticipated

Service is good though the reception doesn't seem to be one that's most friendly but I am OK with that, they got my room ready very speedily.

Location wise the place is superb, walking distance to all the key spots around and restaurants around, however the location meant this place is subjected to noises.

When I say noises I don't mean just traffic, I've uploaded a video along with this review to show you how even my room on the 6th floor had subjected me to the torturous vocal exercise of the untrained. Things get a bit better with the drapes closed however you need to be one that's able to sleep with an uncommon lullaby, I slept well however since I was already dead tired.

The bed is comfortable, they provided only 1 pillow so if you're used to more than 1, maybe ask them for extra. Dental kit and what not are available upon request.
