The staffs are friendly. Got hair dryer & the hotel near to shopping center & next to laundry. Definitely worth it..

The value and location is hard to beat. Right off the most prominent shopping belt in KL. Few mins walk to shopping malls means you won't get sweaty under the hot sun.
Pros-good location; room is clean; WiFi speed is fast; hot shower pressure is good; air con is cool and reception gives 2 cards so you can come back to a nice and cool room; has room slippers and safe; can check out later at good rate of RM15 per hour.
Cons-air con a bit noisy at strong fan speed (so I turn down the fan speed when I am about to sleep); no tissue provided (not expensive item).

Be careful too book this hotel, spent 1 night, missing my Bluetooth device from the room while I was out.
The check out time they deducted 150 MYR for smoking penalty.
I didn't smoke at the hotel . They just claims that they found smoke dust in the toilet 🚽.
About the smoking penalty I don't mind.
But how possible i Iost my Bluetooth device, That's make me worried

We spent 5 days in this hotel. What I like about this hotel is that the AC is very cold, and the hotel is quiet.
What I don't like is that the referigerator is not cold, and the bathroom is very small.

The location and the price wins me. Easy to park if you drive your own car (street parking or public parking on opposite side). Easy access to prime KL location. Room size is fine and the design is good.

Small and quaint hotel along Jln Imbi. Just behind Fahrenheit 88. Near to all the shopping malls in Bukit Bintang. Staffs are friendly. Rooms are clean and well-maintained.

The hotel was okay for the value for money. The room has no special charm and is not particularly large. I found it a pity that the window could not be opened at all. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom could have been cleaned better. The location of the hotel is certainly perfect. Since there is no reasonable restaurant in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, in my opinion the hotel is wasting further sales potential with guests, namely integrating a nice, small restaurant or café near the lobby. That would certainly be appreciated by guests. But if you then offer absolutely nothing in the food and beverage area, as is currently the case, vending machines with drinks or small snacks, chips or sweets would certainly make perfect sense.

We stayed in this hotel over 10 days and we really enjoyed our time there. It is a very central hotel within walking distance of KLCC. The room is very clean with a comfy bed and hot water. Amazing and professional staff, with positive attitude and politeness. During the morning shift the reception girls gave us many tips on where to eat delicious dishes and useful informations to make our stay wonderful and unforgettable.
We were very lucky to stay in KL during the Chinese new year’s eve as we won in a raffle organized by the hotel an extra night free of charge!!! It was such an amazing news for us. We will definitely come back to InnB park hotel if we travel to KL.

The good:
Last minute booking this hotel on a weekend yet the price is still reasonable, had a nice sleep in a small cozy single room, the aircond in the room is easily adjustable and had a nice breeze, overall the room is pretty clean without any funky smell, all you need for a good night sleepover in the city, staff are quite friendly and helpful
The bad:
Upon checking in, the deposit was RM200. Thankfully I had just enough cash for it. Parking seems to be a troublesome thing for guests in the hotel. The cafe doesn’t seem to open and the construction area nearby the hotel makes it pretty dusty and difficult to get around by car or by foot
Suggestion: the hotel should perhaps invest on its external environment to improve the outlook given that the room is already pretty decent. Maybe a nice and neat cafe with coffee smell would be a nice touch at the lobby. Or perhaps cleanup on the alley next to it as walking past it at night, you will see lots of rats accompanying you

The hotel is beautiful in the way the staff treats the guests..I stayed in this hotel for 23 nights, and what I liked about the hotel is the presence of a very elegant employee in his dealings with the guests. Mr. Marwan is a very wonderful and helpful employee who loves the guests and offers his ability to help the guests as I noticed him as an employee. Administrative, energetic and always smiling. I wish him all the best in his work. I hope that in the coming days he will become the CEO of this hotel. There is no need to talk about the characteristics of the hotel much, but what bothered me was the lack of cooperation of the hotel manager, Mrs. Kelly, with me in reducing the price after such a long stay. As well as the rudeness of the employee Farid at the end of the stay, his manner was very inappropriate and impolite. I also thank the employee, Figa, who always smiles and greets all hotel guests, as well as being helpful. I also thank the employee YoYon for his calmness and kindly waking me up at 4 am to go to the international airport due to the end of my stay in Malaysia, and I also thank the worker Kishan, a very respectful and elegant service worker in dealing and honest in his work and guest service.

very clean 4 Star room, looks newly renovated, very close to pavilion, lot10. Downside are: hard to find parking ( good to pay RM6 for 12 hours at open car park across the road),for room facing the main street, light sleeper may have issue with traffic noise, the glass walled shower room has no privacy. Overall a great value for money hotel if you can tolerate the flaws above. I may choose the hotel again next trip.
