Thank you for a pleasant stay. The owner and staff were very friendly and communicative. The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-maintained. We recommend the Stonka restaurant, for its delicious potato pancakes and homemade fries. Delicious breakfasts. We will definitely be back.

The location is great, close to everything, yet quiet.
The rooms are clean, but the bathroom is tiny.
The rooms are really cold, with lukewarm radiators.
The sounds of our upstairs neighbor's snoring made us laugh; we could even hear conversations from the room upstairs.
The restaurant downstairs is the best.
The service is fantastic, friendly, and always smiling.
We'll definitely visit again, but we'll probably get a different room; maybe this one wasn't soundproofed enough.

I can definitely recommend the Ariston Hotel and the Stonka restaurant to everyone. The rooms are neat and clean, and the location is very convenient for both walking into the center of Karpacz and for further excursions. Breakfast and lunch are delicious. A huge plus is that the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful; the manager was very helpful in advising on what to see in the area. I'd also like to emphasize the incredible professionalism of the waiters, who created an incredibly friendly atmosphere during our evening outings for a beer. 😁

The staff were very friendly and each member of staff could speak English or German, so we could always communicate. The location was also good and the rooms were clean. We had a very pleasant experience staying here.

Very friendly staff and very good breakfast. The rooms were clean. The room was small. The balcony and shower place was quite small. The toilets are really small. There were not any room service / cleaning for 4 days we stayed. There are only single beds available and beds are comfy.

A great place with a family atmosphere. A huge plus of delicious breakfasts and location. Rooms clean and bright, well-equipped, very comfortable mattresses, tiny bathroom, but it was enough :). Very friendly and helpful staff, we've been twice now and will be back for sure!
