Bed mattress is definitely the best I have experienced so far. Slept very well. Buffet breakfast had a huge selection which I really enjoyed. Swimming pool was also well kept and clean. Vodka museum was also amazing. Overall, one of the best 4 star hoteIs I have ever stayed. The only minor thing which I noticed is that 2 complimentary bottles of water were on the table, but I could not find bottle opener in the room. So I just left both bottles unopened.

Hotel is lovely, in a quiet area away from hussel of city centre with different restaurants located within it. If you want to book trips, you have to find the ones willing to come and collect you and bring you back if required but it's doable. It's a nice 40 minute walk to city centre but there are trams you can catch but we preferred to walk to see as much of the different parts of the city as possible

Great venue with a lot of facilities. Rooms were stunning and cleaning than anything we have seen before. A lot of great restaurant choices.
If there was one downside it was that the swimming pool and gym are open to the public and therefore crowded most of the time. But the quality of it was also extremely good

Great hotel in a great location in a lovely city. I just wish I'd known about the two twin beds joined together beforehand. It's just a nightmare to cuddle up to your girlfriend in bed because one will have to fall in the space between the beds. Otherwise the superior room was fine.

The Hotel is really really good and has everything you need ! Away from noisy streets and close to the old city by car ! The people working there were kind and helpful and they answer at any question ! I read at the comments that some people were not satisfied with the services, it's really hard to believe!!! I recommend this Hotel and it's super facilities ! Pool , parking , bar and breakfast place are awesome and brand new! We loved our accommodation!

Me and my family totally loved the place, it’s modern set up, loft kind of look, design, comfort and vibe. Staff was very friendly, warm and smiley, and highly professional overall, that is quite exceptional in Poland I would say. The junior suit os awesome choice for a family with kinds, 2 floors give space and most privacy feasible in one common space. The bars and restaurants sharing the same space with the hotel are creating the atmosphere you will definitely enjoy and miss afterwards! The pool and breakfast are beyond compliments, enjoyed every minute, literally! If you can afford that stay - seek no further!

I really enjoyed my stay at Mercure. It is not close to the centre but it is close to the Offices in the new area of town and you can still walk to the centre in about 30-40mins or take a quick bolt car.
The free gym is a nice bonus and I didn't fid it too busy even during the "busy times".
The restaurant and breakfast seems a bit overpriced compared to the Krakow standards and the quality of food offered for breakfast wasn't exactly very high.
Staff is always friendly and attentive. I would definitely come back on my next business trip to beautiful Krakow.

I’m on the bit more expensive side when it comes to Poland. But their service and rooms are great. The facilities here are really good as well with possibility for swimming and spa. Also, a lot of good restaurants in first floor including breakfast buffet at one of the restaurants.

The hotel is very well located and has stunning design. However, usability of the hotel is very poor as well as it feels low quality as well as not well maintained. For example, in a room with bathtube there is no mount for a shower handle so basically you cannot have a shower, only bath. The shower furniture is very cheap and already broken hence malfunctioning. Or another example - there is no ironing set in a room. You either need to go through the whole hotel to a separate ironing room or request one to be brought to you that was never available during my stay. Or one more - the fridge ventilation in the furniture was not done well and it was crazily worm and not usable. In summary, one of the best located and modern but poorly managed Mercure.
