Mercure Fabryczna City Hotel

The hotel is very good, the breakfast is amazing.
I like the location because it's quiet and not crowded.

I recently stayed at the Mercure Krakow and I have to give it a full score! Whether it is the location, service or facilities, it is far beyond expectations and fully worthy of the quality of the Mercure brand.

**🛎️ Thoughtful and thoughtful service**
The front desk staff is professional and enthusiastic, fluent in English and patiently answer all questions (special thanks to Anna for travel advice!). A welcome drink coupon was given upon check-in, the room was prepared in advance and luggage storage was provided proactively. The room was cleaned meticulously every day, and even the skin care products were neatly arranged for me, full marks for details.

**🏨 Comfortable and modern facilities**
The room design is simple and stylish, and the soundproofing effect is excellent, and the hustle and bustle of the street can't be heard at all. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, with sufficient water pressure, and the exclusive Mercure toiletries have a high-end fragrance. The hotel also has a gym and a quiet office area, suitable for both business and leisure.

**🍴 Amazing breakfast! **
The buffet breakfast is so rich that it is dazzling: freshly baked waffles, Polish sausages, fresh fruits and organic yogurt are my favorites. The freshly ground latte from the barista is the perfect start to the day. If you don't want to go out, dinner in the hotel restaurant is also worth a try. I recommend trying the upgraded version of traditional Polish dishes!

Whether it is a business trip or a vacation, this place can meet your needs. I even received a small souvenir when I checked out. How can I not love such a thoughtful hotel? I have recommended it to all my friends who plan to come to Krakow, and I will definitely choose Mercure next time!

Comfortable and clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Variety of breakfast. Multi choices of restaurants at hotel. Walkable to the tram station. Grocery store nearby hotel too.

Bed mattress is definitely the best I have experienced so far. Slept very well. Buffet breakfast had a huge selection which I really enjoyed. Swimming pool was also well kept and clean. Vodka museum was also amazing. Overall, one of the best 4 star hoteIs I have ever stayed. The only minor thing which I noticed is that 2 complimentary bottles of water were on the table, but I could not find bottle opener in the room. So I just left both bottles unopened.

Hotel is lovely, in a quiet area away from hussel of city centre with different restaurants located within it. If you want to book trips, you have to find the ones willing to come and collect you and bring you back if required but it's doable. It's a nice 40 minute walk to city centre but there are trams you can catch but we preferred to walk to see as much of the different parts of the city as possible

Great venue with a lot of facilities. Rooms were stunning and cleaning than anything we have seen before. A lot of great restaurant choices.
If there was one downside it was that the swimming pool and gym are open to the public and therefore crowded most of the time. But the quality of it was also extremely good

Next to the supermarket, convenient

Great hotel in a great location in a lovely city. I just wish I'd known about the two twin beds joined together beforehand. It's just a nightmare to cuddle up to your girlfriend in bed because one will have to fall in the space between the beds. Otherwise the superior room was fine.

The Hotel is really really good and has everything you need ! Away from noisy streets and close to the old city by car ! The people working there were kind and helpful and they answer at any question ! I read at the comments that some people were not satisfied with the services, it's really hard to believe!!! I recommend this Hotel and it's super facilities ! Pool , parking , bar and breakfast place are awesome and brand new! We loved our accommodation!
