Stayed for the weekend, good location, there is a parking lot downstairs but you need to pay, the hygiene is OK

We were only at the hotel for one night for a flight, a comfortable mand, about 20 minutes from the airport. The hotel is located in Kraków. Industrial Zone. Suitable for people who have a car. There is paid parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful.🙏

The room is spacious, the service is very thoughtful, the breakfast is also very rich, there is a bus stop behind the hotel, it is very convenient to reach the old city center, not far from the train station and the airport

Modern, clean and beautiful hotel in a great location. Spacious room, great view from our room and comfortable beds. Kids play area, green space, friendly and very helpful staffs. We were offered a late checkout at no extra cost as our flights was later in the evening. They also keep our luggage safely. Plenty of options at breakfast and we really enjoyed having dinner in the the restaurant, it was quite reasonable price and great ambience. I would highly recommended staying at the Novotel Krakow City West. Five stars 🌟

General cleanliness is good, room size and usability and equipment are very good, the view is open area and beautiful, having coffee and tea set up in the room is great (free), there is also a cold water (sparkling water if desired) machine on the floor which is very kind. The staffs was calm and fast.
