Modern, clean and beautiful hotel in a great location. Spacious room, great view from our room and comfortable beds. Kids play area, green space, friendly and very helpful staffs. We were offered a late checkout at no extra cost as our flights was later in the evening. They also keep our luggage safely. Plenty of options at breakfast and we really enjoyed having dinner in the the restaurant, it was quite reasonable price and great ambience. I would highly recommended staying at the Novotel Krakow City West. Five stars 🌟

**Great Hotel with a Few Minor Flaws**

This hotel has many strong points, starting with its location—it's not in the busy city center, but there are two buses right outside that take you to Wawel in just 10 minutes (driving takes longer, so no need to bother with a car!). The parking is spacious and convenient, with an extra fee that's still reasonable. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the breakfasts are rich and varied. There’s also a pleasant, uncrowded pool, and the common areas are always clean.

General cleanliness is good, room size and usability and equipment are very good, the view is open area and beautiful, having coffee and tea set up in the room is great (free), there is also a cold water (sparkling water if desired) machine on the floor which is very kind. The staffs was calm and fast.
