Vienna House by Wyndham Andel's Cracow

First of all i want to thank the beautiful Monika for everything . We enjoyed every moment in this hotel! A great view and near to the old town, great staff too! We stayed here twice and cant wait to come back.

Stayed for a weekend and I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Very helpful staff, spotlessly clean and in an excellent location for shopping and transport. Great value as well. Would definitely recommend and will return. Thank you.

First of all I would like to highlight here an amazing customer service. All staff from cleaning services to the reception are very nice and friendly and willing to help you as much as they can. Our room is very nice and the clean bathroom is very modern. I would highly recommend this place as it's not only a great place to stay at but is in great distance to the train station and all tourist attractions.

The hotel is located just 5 minutes away from the main square, town centre, and railway, making it the perfect location if you prefer a quieter place to stay at night. Additionally, it offers a small gym and sauna, which were never too busy. Personally, I loved using the sauna after a day of plenty of walking. It provided a good rest before heading out to eat and explore the nightlife in Krakow.

The room itself was spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel also gives you the opportunity to choose how often you want your bedding changed and your room cleaned, allowing you to create a safe environment according to your preference.

However, there was one occasion where the housekeeper forgot to make the bed and tidy up the room and bathroom. Despite that, the overall experience was great.

In terms of dining, the hotel offered a fantastic breakfast with a wide range of options. My favorite was the honeycomb, but there were plenty of other choices available. The staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

If you're in the mood for a little bit of shopping, you're in luck! The biggest shopping mall is located right across from the hotel, making it convenient for some retail therapy.

Very good hotel. Old town is near. It's in a close vicinity of a large shopping mall. Not noisy at all. Great staff. Nice restaurant with great food and bar with excellent cocktails. I could only recommend it. Very stylish bathroom with shower and bathtub. Outstanding bed comfort.

Pleasant place. A bit too hard bed. Super expensive bar (for PL standards). Very friendly staff, clean and new bathroom, super nice location.

Very friendly and supportive staff. Great view. I like that they left small lovely gift if we choose green choice (skip room service one day). Only minus is that the breakfast is quite the same everyday.
