The rooms are clean and nice and the staff are great. However, the hotel itself is severely lacking in amenities compared to other hotels in the area of a similar price. No coffee in the room, no business center. The rooms are basic but nice. After staying in several hotels in Krakow I'd only recommend this one if you wanted to be near the mall or train station.

Outstanding.
Clean spacious rooms, amazing location. Beds were great. Zero complaints. They offered an upgrade to a suite based on our Wyndham status. You are within a short walk to the square, the mall, the train stations I’d give it ten stars if I could. I hope all Vienna houses are like this one.

An excellent stay for 4 nights located next to the railway and bus station, and shopping mall. Very professional, easy checkin. Service from the bar staff and breakfast staff was fantastic. I stay in a lot of hotels for business, and this rates up there.

I was so happy with my stay at the wonderful Vienna House by Wyndham Andel's Krakow. The team there were kind, polite, helpful and always greeted me with a smile. I especially liked the location, as one could SAFELY walk easily into the Old Town and the various shopping areas and also take any public transport needed to other parts of Poland, including the train to the airport. The conservation implementation was especially noticed and being able to "adopt " a plant during my stay was delightful. I felt like I wasn't traveling alone. To note, the food during breakfast service was superb and everything was delicious. When I travel to Poland in the future, I hope to stay at Vienna House once again!

One of the best hotels that I ever been. First, the breakfast is awesome. If I could rate it more than 5 i will give it a 10. My husband and I are a brunch person, so we eat a heavy breakfast everyday and we enjoyed their delicious breakfast that they served. Fresh baked breads, vegetables, sausage, ham, fruits...everything is great. Second, the location is pretty close to everything. Walking distance to Krakow Old Town Square, easy access to the tram, the mall and all restaurants. The customer service is great. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The front desk recommended great restaurants and places to visit. Most of all, the room, very clean and everything that we need is provided. We will definitely come back again and highly recommended. Thank you staff for making our stay one memorable stay.

First of all i want to thank the beautiful Monika for everything . We enjoyed every moment in this hotel! A great view and near to the old town, great staff too! We stayed here twice and cant wait to come back.

Stayed for a weekend and I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Very helpful staff, spotlessly clean and in an excellent location for shopping and transport. Great value as well. Would definitely recommend and will return. Thank you.

I would rate this hotel as a decent 3 star business hotel, since I expect more from a 4 star hotel.
Pros:
1. Great central location: just 5 minutes walk to the Old Town and 10 minutes by tram to the Old Jewish Quarter.
2. Good breakfast in a nice breakfast room.
3. Cool bar at the ground floor.
4. Helpful and friendly reception stuff.
5. Spacious bathroom.
6. Welcome plate of fruits and sweets was a nice touch.
Cons:
1. One very small closet for two people, no drawers in the rest of the room. We had to keep most of our clothes in the open suitcases in the room and there wasn’t enough space left for us. Only the bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The size of a double room is perfect just for one person.
2. The cleaning service should be better, the toilet wasn’t cleaned properly when we checked in, there were some dirty spots on it 🤢 that I easily removed with antiseptic wet wipe… also they didn’t refill the tissue box in the bathroom for two days in a row, they just left it empty...
3. Our room had no view, it faced the mall across the street, but there must be rooms with a nicer view at the square.

I stayed three nights in the Hotel (Monday - Thursday). The room was nice, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good with a lot of different things. Most of the staff is very nice and always happy to help.
Unfortunately, my impression of the Hotel changed in the night from Wednesday to Thursday. There was a big Party on the 1st floor (my room was in the 2nd floor). Music and noise was loud as hell. Sleeping was not possible. Even complaining at the reception leads to the answer „It is like it is“. No other room was available. The party lasts till 3am. I had three hours of sleep. At all not professional. Overall a nice hotel but I will definitly avoid going there again and I will not recommend it.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect! Within walking distance of the train station, mall, and old town. The rooms are very spacious and pretty well equipped. Unfortunately, house keeping at the hotel is rather poor. They didn't clean the room well, didn't always empty the trash, forgot the complimentary water bottles, and never changed the bed sheets. The cleaning staff is totally cutting corners.
A few recommendations I have to improve the experience would be: train your house keeping staff better, provide a larger blanket (the one given barely covers the bed let alone two people), some shelving in the bathroom, body lotion, and facial tissue in the room. Also, some sort of ventilation for the bathroom would be great too.
All in all, it's been a pleasant stay though given the extremely good location.
