Hotel Atrium

We would highly recommend this hotel. All the staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring the best quality stay. They provide a high quality buffet breakfast, with plenty to choose from and re-stocked as needed. One morning we had a very early start for our planned excursion so they kindly provided us with a packed lunch as we would miss breakfast.
The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable.
Being just a few minutes walk from the Old Town is an ideal, quiet location. There are plenty of nearby shops and cafes for snacks etc.
We will definitely book this hotel again for our next visit to Krakow.

We stayed here as a family and had a really comfortable stay. There were a few small hiccups at check-in, like the AC not working in our room, but the staff took care of it after a bit of follow-up. The hotel’s location is excellent—just a few minutes’ walk from the old town.

We had read that many guests loved the breakfast. We thought it was decent, though not exceptional. For warm dishes, there were only sausages and scrambled eggs, but everything was well presented and constantly refilled by the attentive staff. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a very comfortable bed.

We stayed across the road in serviced apartments but ate breakfast at the Atrium. A good buffet, kept well stocked by the diligent and friendly staff: excellent value at 60 zloty per person. The vibe of the place was welcoming, and the hotel guests we spoke to seemed very content with their rooms and the service they received

We were greeted by the loveliest smile and welcome from Paulina. She arranged our tour of Auschwitz with a lovely hotel driver who was amazing.
Room was lovely and handy with a small fridge in the room. Hotel was spotless and all the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a lovely local produce market at the end of the street well worth a visit the smell of fresh strawberries was out of this world. A beautiful bakery around the corner as well as the bunny cafe. A short walk into the centre.
Krakow was an amazing city clean and friendly we never felt unsafe. Amazing friendly people. A must city break and worth the stay at The Atrium

Great location. Short walk to the train station and old town. Great service and good breakfast.

The reception team:
Professional, friendly, helpful, and kind. Great team of women. A special shout out to Agnieszka and Brygida who i saw most. I need to say friendly again, as I felt we were friends by the end of my stay.
There was a very loud 2 night Batchelor party going on after my very long travel day. It was resolved by those 2 wonderful women. Thank you.
1st room was OK for the price. 2 twin beds. Coffee/tea in room. Nothing to watch on small tv. 1st floor.
2nd room was away from the batchelor party, was very nice. And wonderfully quiet. On 4th floor. App TV, channels are broad. Skylight. Could get warm in summer tho, and AC is just ok. Fridge. There is a fantastic market less than 5 mins. walk. Stuffed cabbage there to die for. Brought food back for later.
Breakfast was included for me. The selection of offerings was varied and delicious. Every morning I was there there was something different. Incredible food. Not the typical included breakfast of cold cuts and pastries. So much more and very delicious. Staff was professional, and on their A-game. Food was full and fresh, and tables cleaned right away.
Can't forget housekeeping. Very clean hotel overall too. Highly recommend. Thank you all.

This hotel surprised me positively, I will recommend it to friends and I intend to stay here if I return to Krakow!
I have no negative aspects to point out, the receptionists are very friendly, always with a smile on their faces.
One day we had an excursion at 5:45 am and the hotel prepared a box with breakfast. The room was huge and clean.
The breakfast was very good, the eggs were well cooked and the bread was crispy, there were many options and typical Polish food. The location is also good, close to the train station.

We loved our stay, I hope they have much success in business and keep up the good work!

Highly recommended. From start to finish this hotel comes Highly recommended. I had an issue with my TV in the room and got an upgrade at no extra cost. All the people in reception were absolutely fantastic and extremely friendly willing to help in any way they could. I will be back soon. Thanks again for making my holiday such an easy transition

A lovely 3 night stay here for my boyfriend’s birthday. This hotel is stunning and should really be a 5 star!! All of the staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is brilliant for accessing the Old Town and for convenience of pick ups/public transport. They even provide you with little sweets in the reception which is a lovely mood booster when you’ve been out walking all day. We would definitely recommend and would come back in the future!
