Wyndham Grand Old Town Hotel

Amazing experience, our room with balcony we asked for was stunning (big and comfy bed, clean bathroom).
Parking - a little tricky but staff was very helpful.
Breakfast - no words needed, large selection, great taste ❤️
Staff - fresh, young collective. Everyone was really kind.

Great location and beautiful rooms. My only real complaint is this hotel has the smallest gym / fitness center I've seen. Great indoor pool, sauna, etc. But fitness center is barely more than a closet. That being said, location alone makes it a must stay!!

Staying at Wyndham Grand Krakow Old Town was nothing short of exceptional From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile ,The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the Old Town, just steps away from Krakow’s main square and historic sites. Yet, the hotel feels peaceful and private once you step inside Our room was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful details that made the stay feel luxurious ,The breakfast buffet? Absolutely amazing fresh, varied, and beautifully presented , The spa and pool area were the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Truly a 5-star experience that lives up to its name.

We are presently staying at the Wyndham Grand and are very pleased with our choice of hotel.Location is perfect and the rooms are impeccable. Breakfast is plentiful and has everything you could want and more, including freshly prepared hot items that you can order each morning with the restaurant staff. The staff are attentive, polite and very helpful. This hotel is definitely a 5 star and I hope we continue to be impressed for the next few days of our stay. Thank you Wyndham Grand

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food at the restaurant was top-notch. The hotel itself is very luxurious, with high ceilings that give the space a grand and uplifting atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. While the fitness facilities could use a bit more variety, everything else was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay with great service.

This hotel is fantastic! Nestled in Krakow’s historic center, it’s the perfect base for exploring the city’s top attractions. The spa is excellent and provides a wonderfully relaxing experience.

However, the staff could be more welcoming, as they often didn’t greet us unless we greeted them first. It’s a shame, given the high standards of the hotel overall.

Fantastic hotel located 2 blocks from the main square in Krakow. The rooms are spacious by European standards. My room had a mini couch for watching TV and a nice desk for working. The spaw and pool in the basement is pretty nice.

A great location, a short walk to the main square. So many restaurants and shops nearby.

It's approximately 15 mins walk from the train station.

The spa is great. The pool is a decent size. Also enjoyed the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.

Hotel situated in the heart of the beautiful old town.
Be prepared if driving by car as there is very little parking available… 3 spaces next to the hotel!
The lobby area is very narrow and we were left to wait a long time before being attended to because the check in process isn’t fast and we were in a queue. With forms to fill, some digitalisation would be a good investment. Check out was much quicker though.

After this the service was great, lots of greeting and the staff were very kind and helpful.

The room was in a good standard, but there was a dried stain on the carpet which resembled a coffee spill. I tried myself to clean it but it wasn’t shifting. No harm caused though and otherwise everything (including the carpet!) had a luxury feel.

Well stocked bar, and fairly large for 2 adults.

The shower experience wasn’t very pleasant as the cold water would dip in pressure every now and again causing a short burst of hot water coming through.

The spa treatments I felt were a little over priced, especially as there is a competitor just across the road
