Wyndham Grand Krakow Old Town

Here for 2 days on business.
Hotel situated in the heart of the beautiful old town.
Be prepared if driving by car as there is very little parking available… 3 spaces next to the hotel!
The lobby area is very narrow and we were left to wait a long time before being attended to because the check in process isn’t fast and we were in a queue. With forms to fill, some digitalisation would be a good investment. Check out was much quicker though.

After this the service was great, lots of greeting and the staff were very kind and helpful.

The room was in a good standard, but there was a dried stain on the carpet which resembled a coffee spill. I tried myself to clean it but it wasn’t shifting. No harm caused though and otherwise everything (including the carpet!) had a luxury feel.

Well stocked bar, and fairly large for 2 adults.

The shower experience wasn’t very pleasant as the cold water would dip in pressure every now and again causing a short burst of hot water coming through.

The spa treatments I felt were a little over priced, especially as there is a competitor just across the road

We’ve stayed at the hotel 3 times and every time we’ve thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The spa and rooms and incredible and the hotel has a really relaxed feel. Would recommend the hotel to anyone.

We decided to book our wedding here and it was incredible, we are from the UK and the communication with Anna and the team was easy and open, the team made our day very special and nothing was too much. The meal was 5 stars and the hosting was amazing. The team made so much effort to make sure we had everything we wanted and I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about the staff and the team who looked after us on our wedding day. We can’t wait to come back.

The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. While we experienced a minor inconvenience due to noise, management was very quick to offer us a change of rooms among other things. Centrally located within Old Town Krakow, there will be foot traffic and the sounds associated with it.
Overall, our experience has been very pleasant and I can't say enough good things about the hotel staff and management.

We are currently spending our holiday in Krakow, once again staying at the Unice Palace Hotel. We would like to thank you for your professional reception as usual. Fast and efficient service with polite and professional employees. The manager, Mr. Robert, who is close to our hearts and came from Wrocław, deserves additional and even special attention - he is dedicated to his work, energetic, polite, friendly - his energy and willingness to act are infectious - it makes you want to go down for breakfast just to meet him - it really is a person worth imitating and you can see that he loves what he does and he does more. We would like to thank Mr. Robert for his work and help. A family from their hometown of Szczecin

Super location, very nice rooms.
The pool is amazing.
They even have a parking.
Overall great experience.

The breakfast is beautiful but seemed a bit overpriced so we only took it once. They are many other options around ( Starbucks 2 minutes away).

Amazing hotel! The staff are very friendly and the rooms are great. The swimming pool complex is amazing. Perfect location too. My partner also left her necklace in the room, and the staff mailed it out to us in another country, can’t speak highly enough of the service!

Friendly staff and a very clean and lovely design and layout and you can see there is attention to detail throughout the hotel.

The location is excellent it is two minutes’ walk to the square and there is a fantastic doughnut shop a few doors down towards the square.

You have all you need in the bedroom like an iron, iron board tea coffee making facilities, water so on.

Fantastic spa facilities on the lower floor, again very clean and tidy attention to detail with the design, it has a small gym area, steam room, jacuzzi sauna, swimming pool, pail cold shower and loungers. It is a very nice area and one of the best I have had in a small hotel.

A fantastic hotel with extremely helpful staff who couldn’t have done more for us. Extremely knowledgeable of the local area and did that best to accommodate our transport needs when visiting. auschvitz and birkenhau. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choice of Continental and hot dishes in the morning. The rooms were beautifully appointed and clean and it was a fantastic location for getting round the city. Would highly recommend😃
