Wonderful hotel with very patient and kind staff. The breakfast each day was delicious.

Multiple tram stations nearby. A stunning market just right at the front door wirh many amazing restaurants and pubs.

Very easy to travel to the main bus/train station or walk to the centre.

They let me store my luggage there before and after check in/out

Recommended! My girlfriend and I were here for breakfast today. Beautiful garden and delicious shakshuka, I can confidently say this is the best breakfast I have ever had! Also, the service deserves a big plus. Ms. Natalia made the visit to this place perfect. Everything is top notch! I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to have a delicious breakfast and have a good time :)

We had our son's christening party at the Estera - everything was top notch, the food was delicious, the service was great and friendly. We didn't have to worry about anything, everything was organised in a comprehensive manner (which is important, as with a small child you know how things are with time). I highly recommend it for all kinds of family or business meetings. If I was from outside Krakow I would definitely be happy to stay at this place - the whole hotel is stunning, beautiful decor! The location in the centre of Kazimierz is also a big plus. Thanks again for a great party!

We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel, it’s quite newly renovated and everything was fine. The head in my shower was slightly damaged, it didn’t spoil my experience, but is something that needs to be spotted by the hotel staff and rectified. There was a bit of building work taking place during our stay and some early disruption from clearing and deliveries, which, in all honesty is well out of the hotels control. Nice bars and cafe/restaurants in the market square adjacent. I would happily stay at this hotel again.

Nice hotel in the jewish getto. well soundproofed rooms, great location. We had breakfast once: nothing exceptional for a 4 star. Not very active staff, many dirty tables when we arrived in the room and very little variety of products. from a 4 star you expect much more! The two girls on staff did not replace the finished food. It’s a pity!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mostly pleasant experience. The location is fantastic—right on the main square in Kazimierz. The reception staff were very welcoming and accommodating. My room was spacious, nicely decorated, and had large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The air conditioning unit in my room made a dripping sound when it was turned on, which was quite distracting, especially when trying to go to sleep. I reported it to the reception, but unfortunately, the issue persisted.

Additionally, the breakfast left something to be desired. The food was good but the selection was limited, and the small buffet area became quite crowded, making it difficult to enjoy the meal comfortably.

Overall, while the hotel has many positive aspects, there were a few areas that could be improved to make the experience even better.

Stayed at the hotel for three nights in August. I need to sing the highest praises for the hotel's beds. We prefer a soft matress and this hotel had just that. Felt like we were sleeping on a cloud everynight and the bedding was extreamly soft. Often you have hotel sheets that are overstarched but not here.

The resturant onsite is fantastic as well with a mix of fusion cusine, heavily leaning on Spanish and Polish flavors. Great wine list featuring Polish vineyards.

The staff were also great and always helped with every request.

You can not beat the location either, right off of Plac Nowy in Kazimierz. I was slightly concerned that it would get loud at night but the windows did a great job at shutting the noise out.

There were a few things I think could be improved on though. While the room was clean the kettle had build up inside and there was mildew around the tap in the bathroom. There was also a desk in our room...but no stool or chair?

Overally this place is a 4.5 for me but I rounded it up. Would absolutely come back!

They recommend you expensive parking option. Near by we got better price. Hotel has multiple coffee machines, but they don’t work or work incredibly slow. Made me mad every morning having to deal with that.
Hotel has slow elevator, but anyway, to get to room you need to climb stairs. Was uncomfortable to my 75 year aunt and with our luggages.

i’ve stayed in 7 distinct rooms here and only one smelled terrible. highly recommend. Perfect location downtown

I have stayed here twice now when visiting Krakow. Perfect location in the Jewish district. Rooms are large and clean with great value for money. For us the rooms were a bit too hot, but this seems to be the case in many Polish establishments, so just open a window and you should be fine. The breakfast is really good with lots of options. It was also very convenient that their reception is open 24/7, so no problem if you arrive late.
