My room was in the neighboring building where the hotel occupies 2nd floor. The size of the room was OK and beds comfortable. However, the closet was too narrow, TV had a very limited selection of channels. There was a kettle and tea but no coffee. There was nothing to hang a hand towel on and put shower get aside. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of items. Downtown is 30 minutes walk away. The hotel area is not well served by the public transport. On the other hand, I really enjoyed my running along the Odra river. I also appreciated a free hotel parking.

Super perfect 🤩 place for family stay and very pet friendly. The restaurant offers fresh and very delicious meals , we have enjoyed our stay with the dogs 🐕 🐶

A quiet hotel away from the center and for that reason not really a place to stay when you're a tourist. However, it is clean and the service was courteous. It is near the river so that's a definite plus. It's a good place to hold corporate integration events.

Rather a negative experience. In addition to the main building, the hotel also uses a floor in the adjacent building, but it is not written anywhere, and staying in another building was inconvenient. You have to go outside for breakfast (winter!), the room was difficult to find (the reception didn't tell us the room number, the young man didn't know English). Unfortunately, the room was cold and dreary, with terrible blue light, a tiny blanket, and only lukewarm water from the faucet. On the positive side - the breakfast was very good. There is free parking in the yard.

Nice and clean hotel. Wonderful breakfast... But shower too small for me (I'm 1.90m) and first time in my life (I've been in 1000 hotels) that reception call me 11h15am to tell me my stay has ended since 11h00am and i need to free the room. Technically they were right but i was quite surprised...

Hotel is very clean with nice design but room quality probably vary room by room. We found our room of worst style than advertised pictures, with dated furniture and bathroom.
Unfortunately we had very bad sleep here, single beds are 80 cm width only and are very narrow, one old pillow per bed.
Good breakfest, nice surrounding but not in walking distance to city center (30 mins)
Hotel restaurant prices very high, we went to Rynek for much better deal.

We had a nice and comfy room on the ground floor. Clean and tidy. Location is very close to the zoo and about 30 minutes by walk to the centre. We used the tram and Uber, worked pretty fine with those.

Was there for an event but everything was so messy. They even assigned only two toilets for hundreds of people.
