Great location of the hotel. Breakfasts are very good. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi are included in the price of the room. You can play billiards, squash, bowling and other entertainment for an additional fee (small as for me). Personally, I lacked the air conditioner in the room or at least the fan, in hot weather in the room is stuffy.

The hotel is located close to the city center, 15 minutes walk away. The breakfast is varied. The rooms are clean and cleaned every day.

Nice and comfortable place. Friendly staff, always ready to help. Tasty breakfast, good swimming pool. Recommend!

Very nice hotel, though a bit older but everything is very well taken care for. very nice swimming pool, comfortable beds, very tasty food. The only disappointment were juices available at the buffet,which are actually not a real juices but kint of cheap fruit drinks ( from 4 -star hotel I expect here better performance).

Great stay at this hotel. Very close to amazing hiking trails. Location is a little more on the outskirts which makes it a great place to get away from the bustle of the city.

Cozy place with very friendly and hospitable staff. I've never seen a pool with fish tanks right along the edge of the water. The spa and sauna are perfect for decompressing. There is a lovely rooftop bar with scenic views. I'd definitely stay here again.

Relly kind staff, very tasty food, nice bar and a very cozy place. Would like to return. People in Zakopane are also really kind.
