Nice hotel, good service and convenient parking. Breakfast was also pretty good

Stayed here as part of a larger group touring Poland. A bit outside the main shopping area and wished it was closer at times. No air conditioning in rooms, but with large windows that open wide it was manageable. If it was humid or middle of summer I think I may have felt different. Getting to my room was a bit confusing. For example, room 377 was on floor 2 but as you went down the hallway, had to go up a set of 8 steps to reach. Elevator has room numbers marked on it for reference but each floor seemed to have some steps to navigate for some areas. Doors don't automatically close so be sure to pull shut when leaving. Beds were ok, room was spacious (2 twin beds), fridge didn't seem to work but wasn't a deal-breaker. Hotel could use a refresh as it felt dated. Hotel dinner and breakfast buffets were plentiful and varied with lots of options. Pool had a slide and there was a game room but I didn't check those out.

We had high hopes for this place as it looked magical when we pulled up outside. Not a very warm welcome at Reception. We booked with dinner included in our stay but Reception had no record of that and were quite aggressive in asserting we would have to pay. Then they changed their approach and said the Restaurant was shut. It wasn’t as we found it and ate there.. The food was actually very good throughout our stay and this was the only real positive of the hotel. The hotel itself has seen better days. It’s a proper blast from the past and charming in a way, like hotels used to be. It’s very noisy though. Walls are paper thin and the hotel was overrun with dogs that barked day and night. The location of the hotel is not great. It took us 25 minutes to walk to the Main Street not 10 minutes as advertised. Loved Zakopane but next time will stay nearer the centre.

Great location of the hotel. Breakfasts are very good. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi are included in the price of the room. You can play billiards, squash, bowling and other entertainment for an additional fee (small as for me). Personally, I lacked the air conditioner in the room or at least the fan, in hot weather in the room is stuffy.

I had a very nice massage. Daniel was excellent. He deserves a 5 rating. The actually spa environment was very disappointing. There is minimal to no privacy or area to relax before or after your massage service. The floor was sopping wet in every area. One WC with no toilet paper at all! The environment deserves more like a rating of 1-2. Felt very cobbled together. No one to help you navigate. Confusing. No robes or slippers. Would not recommend. Would recommend my massager Daniel very highly.

The hotel is located close to the city center, 15 minutes walk away. The breakfast is varied. The rooms are clean and cleaned every day.

A good hotel with lots of services: games, swimming pool, massage, spa etc. But be carefull booking this hotel like I did. In many cases I book hotels directly on the hotel site. So I opened the site hotelbelvedere pl/guestreservations which was shown first right after popular booking i termediate sites. I chose a room and paid by creditcard . It was only then that I saw they scammed me for € 150 "tax recovery and service fee" which was nowhere mentioned during the booking process. No use complaining because they keep themselves unreachable. Trying to cancel the booking gives a warning you loose sll of the hotel booking price. This said, the hotel is fine but huge which results in a noisy breakfast hall. The retaurant looks as a sort of ski hut We appreciated far more restaurant la Prima (part of a luxurious resort) nearby. The hotel is a bit out of date e.g it lacks more sockets nowadays ecessary to upload your phones, laptops etc.

Because of the war, my flight was cancelled at the last minute. I didn't have time to cancel the hotel. I contacted both the hotel and the agency in the morning. They refused to cancel the payment. They charged me the full cost of the room for two nights, although they knew I wouldn't be able to check in. And they didn't even respond to my letter. This is not humane. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Very nice hotel, though a bit older but everything is very well taken care for. very nice swimming pool, comfortable beds, very tasty food. The only disappointment were juices available at the buffet,which are actually not a real juices but kint of cheap fruit drinks ( from 4 -star hotel I expect here better performance).
