The hotel is very nicely located, the staff at reception were nice, the breakfast was good but the staff are for some reason frustrated, rooms are nicely furnished we got 2 rooms one of them was ok but the other one a little too tight.

Before this hotel, we visited a hotel with the same rating and category, so this hotel was a little disappointing. The size of the room, the view near the hotel and the constant noise from the repair work. But the hotel is designer, very beautiful SPA, good breakfast

Great location within walking distance to Krupówki—no car needed! Consider booking a room with breakfast included. Parking costs an additional 50 zloty per day. Highly recommended!

Really nice place, beautiful design, great location, good breakfast. Fantastic for romantic weekend. Nice SPA , bit small, only few beds to relax, definitely too small bath robes and towels.

Hotel is lovely but for SURE NOT A 5 STAR property. Room furniture needs updating, pillows are old and worn out, mattresses are too soft with dips. Staff is fantastic and speaks english.They ONLY have 2 saunas, no freezing water to cool off, people enter with bathing suits. No welcome drink at the reception and have to pay parking. Hotel has a potential, for now its decent 4 star hotel. But to be 5 star hotel they have much work to do.

The staff and accommodations were excellent!
My husband and I came for a 3-night getaway and we loved the spa treatments as well as the hotel’s restaurant.
The spa area is not that large for a resort, but we came during the week and it wasn’t that busy.
We’d definitely come back! Thank you!

Well located and decorated, staff is soso except one man at reception desk and swimming pool is really small, especially it's shared with the other 3* hotel. Hotel gym you can hardly call a gym.

Absolutely in love with interior design of the hotel. Majority of staff are very welcoming and friendly, although not many speak english. However, for such a size of a hotel, there is only 1 lift and tiny pool, which gets overcrowded. We also got drinks from bar and the glasses were smelly, bartender said they couldn't smell anything bad and all was perfect with their dishwasher. Must be our imagination then.. Food is okay, i wouldn't say it's a 5 star, there were good and bad days for it.

Beautiful hotel, nice location close to krupowki, service by the reception is very friendly and was very helpful when our airconditioning didn't work. The following day the mechanic came and fixed it already. The breakfast was every day the same but there were enough choices. The diner in the restaurant was of a high quality and very tasty. The service in the loungebar and in the restaurant was very friendly. The cleaning service was very very good. The only minus points were that the pillows were really too soft and in the swimming pool in the spa was really too much chlorine. This hotel is fore sure worth their 5 stars. I would recommend it!
