The service here is excellent. Because I had some issues with my room I was upgraded. The breakfast offers a wide variety of fresh offerings reflecting local and international tastes. You can't beat the location, right near Old Town facing a park. The side street offers markets and an array of foreign restaurants.

A lovely hotel that we stayed at for multiple nights on the extended Poland leg of our Viking cruise. Beautiful hotel in a fantastic part of town with the university park across the street and Wawel castle up the hill. My wife and I adored walking in the peaceful surroundings and green spaces.
I must say that the food served in the lounge was some of the best food that we had on our trip from Germany to Paris. We talked about this hotel and its food and compared it to everything that we experienced on the rest of our tour. Poland is a gem and so is Krakow and the Radisdon Blu hotel! We definitely will be back one day!

Probably my favourite Radisson in Europe. As a VIP member, I’m allocated a room on the VIP floor, with a dedicated area of the restaurant for breakfast. Staff are all so helpful, approachable and friendly, especially Magdalena Mnich in reservations who ensured our group celebrating a 40th birthday were extremely well looked after.

Very professional and courteous staff. Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Mattress felt new.
Minor qualm is breakfast not open earlier, an issue for booking early tours. Also personally I prefer a shower stall and not a tub-shower. But on whole this is an excellent hotel.

Comfortable, spacious and good rooms. Very nice staff. Room service menu is not the best. Can be definitely improved. Decent bar with very nice decoration in the lobby. Very rich and good breakfast. Quality ingredients.

Fab location, 5 minutes walk (flat) from centre. Lots of shops, cafes etc nearby. The hotel arrange taxis, tours and have a massage service too. The rooms were comfortable although if your room is at the front of the hotel the traffic/trams/horses can be a bit noisy with the window open.

The room was spacious, clean, and well appointed for a short business trip. Staff were friendly, and spoke excellent English. Location is perfect! Close to public transport, easy to get a taxi from too, and within easy walking distance of many restaurants, bars/pubs/clubs, and other tourist attractions

I have rarely experienced such a nice and courteous reception as at the Radisson Blu Krakow. The receptionist immediately had my booking ready and was able to upgrade me to a junior suite based on my VIP status with Radisson. Wine and snacks were provided as a welcome gift in the generously designed suite.
Sometimes it's the little things that make the difference. For example, a good night wish was placed on our pillows in the evening along with a chocolate.
I was positively impressed by the service in the hotel.
Generally speaking, the hotel is not the newest, but it is definitely not run-down. Nevertheless, everything has a very high quality and I will gladly book it again.

Very nice short stay in the heart of the city center.
Excellent facilities, the staff from the front of house, very helpful.
We could not find any fault, amazing cocktails in the bar, efficient service and wonderful relaxing atmosphere,
We are planning another trip back in Kraków soon and will definitely stay here again 10/10

Bad overall experience due to the lack of kindness of employees:
I was told by one of them that I could have breakfast around 10 am as something needed to be fix in my room at that hour but when I went for it I was poorly welcome because breakfast was until 10. So I was basically charged 105 zloty for... nothing...
Situation evolved in a good way and even if it starts bad it ended up nicely. So I can't say it was perfect but it was satisfying.
