Hotel Centar No.1

The hotel is in a great location. Everything is within walking distance.
The room was very nice and comfortable. All the necessary toiletries were provided, except toothpaste and toothbrush.
We slept soundly and soundly.
The only thing that marred our stay at this hotel was the receptionist, Ivan.
From the very first minute, we felt a negative attitude, perhaps because we were guests from Russia. However, our communication with him didn't go well; he's not a welcoming person and isn't suitable for working in a hotel (I ask management to take this into account).
Otherwise, we were satisfied with everything, thank you!

An excellent hotel in the very center, everything is within walking distance. The room is clean and tidy. The breakfasts are good; I think they're the same every day, but you won't get tired of them after a couple of days. The reception is open 24 hours, and we checked in late at night, and everything was quick. I'd be happy to return if the opportunity arises!

The hotel location is perfect. The economy room has a small bed if two wish to have more place. And the inside rooms are towards the AC machines placed on the first floor so might be inconvenient for some as the sound is heard to some extent inside the room. The buffet breakfast was not available only ala carte so we decided not to have breakfast in the hotel and take one outside in the city just 5 min walk.

Hotel is very clean, spa and gym as well. Staff is very kind,friendly and helpful. Parking garage is a 3-5 min walk from the hotel, which is fair enough having in mind that it is located in the heart of the city. I would recommend.

A small, cozy hotel with a very good location.

Great location great room. One star for the service is for the front desk, helpful. Room was no coffee at all . Breakfast was amazing a lot of choices but I wish I can said that for breakfast staff. Asked on entry how many people we said 2 adults and one child ( got confused when checked in , we were told that no charge for 5 year old for room and I mixed with breakfast charge) . The staff lady got so anxious , restless start calling front desk like not once , several times. Couldn’t enjoy the breakfast because we were keep hearing our name in the front throughout the whole breakfast and the child eating etc . We felt so uncomfortable even though we find the bill and realised we paid for all 4 of us , and we were sure front desk told her that but that was not enough for her to stop mentioning our name and giving us a look like we came to eat for free. Very unprofessional, never felt unwelcome in anyplace like that especially we are talking for 5 year old that was the “issue “ and ate one egg only .
