The hotel is in a great location and the staff are very friendly. We found that the bed sheet was stained after we checked into the room. The staff came to deal with it very quickly, but the stain was still there after changing the bed sheet. The staff came to change it again and the stain disappeared. However, there was a layer of stain on the kettle in the room, which shows that the cleaning was not done well.

There are many Chinese tour groups. Go out and walk to the right, then turn right and walk straight for three minutes, there is a 24-hour bread shop. Opposite the bread shop, take the 9A free bus to the New Belgrade Bus Station, half an hour. Navigate to the Impression Lanzhou Gate, walk for 8 minutes, take the 72 free bus to the airport, 45 minutes.

The hotel is conveniently located and has good facilities, but the breakfast is a bit monotonous, but after all, all meals abroad are like this. The overall travel experience in Serbia is good, but the taxis and black car drivers at the airport are too bad. Now Belgrade's public transportation is completely free, so there is no need to take a taxi. Friends who need a taxi can contact the hotel front desk to call a taxi for you, and the price will be discounted. If there is nothing urgent, there is no need to take a taxi on the street, as it is easy to be ripped off. Just walk around and take it as a city walk. It is also very convenient to take the bus to various attractions. Google Maps can show the real-time arrival time of the bus at each stop. The key point is that it is free, free, free. Taking a taxi for more than ten minutes will easily charge you thirty or fifty euros. Be sure to avoid scams.

From the staff to the hygiene of rooms everything was awesome .No need to talk about the location though.Close to all transports and center .At breakfast there was so much choice and all of them was delicious.Such a nice experience 💯

The location is perfect due to being close to the city center and the pedestrian street. The room service,the breakfast were amazing. The staff was always kind and helpful! And they talked in English which made communication a lot easier! Thank you for everything!

Incredible hotel, beautiful rooms and the stuff was really helpful! They could communicate in English with no problem! The location is about ten to fifteen minutes away from the port and the central squares, but there are some really good restaurants and bars near it!!
