Nice small Hotel with big pool (+2 small for children) good service... good location to visit Patthaya. Shuttle service to Patthaya+ Airport by app.

The room on the balcony over looked the lush garden. The garden also had a pool table and swimming pool.
The staff were very helpful and friendly - nothing seemed to be too much trouble.
I chose the hotel because it was close to the port (work) but now believe that it was a better option than going to one in Pattaya.
Using an app like Bolt, you can get back from Pattaya for about 130baht.

Had a great time at Serene Sands - great value for money. Lovely staff and yummy breakfast.
Early and late checkin was available.
Very quite and spacious room.

Breakfast starts from 08.00-10.00 and food service ends at 08.00pm. Moreover the wifi is good enough. The place is silence and peacefull then great to relax and refreshment.

Even minus very (well for some) the accessibility of the town. Not a single taxi driver knows where it is, have to show.
In town only accessible by taxi, 300 baht one-way, low and drive 20 minutes to walking street. That is once again not going for a walk.

Water front with no beach, no water access, very secluded to the point of BORING.

This was once a lovely hotel but not so much anymore due to new management. Despite requesting, my bedding did not get changed at all in the week's stay. The cleaning standard is now subpar; sand and dust on the shelves and grime in the bathroom. There are no shades or umbrellas around the pool anymore so I suggest you bring lots of sunscreen. It used to feel like a three star accommodation but now I would say it feels like a two star.

staff is nice but hotel is quite out of the city center. Transport cost approx. 500 bath to the center. Breakfast is also quite weak. beach is dirty and there are too many small crabs. not funny place
