Excellent room cleaning. They put a bouquet. Our maid Cherry is very friendly and neat.
Delicious food, a lot of national, but there is also something for children and those who do not like spicy food)
The breakfast is so rich and delicious that you can choose Thai, Indian or Chinese dishes, we received nice hospitality from service team, especially Pookie, they are so kind and professional. In overall, it's really nice experience.
This is our second time staying here and it’s an absolute delight wonderful staff lots of pools and activities for the kids and beautiful food and amazing service from all staff around the resort.
Would like to specifically mention Dream the duty manager very helpful and kind.
And a huge shout out to all the staff at Coast restaurant what wonderful people who organised a birthday for my daughter.
Beautiful newly renovated five star hotel if you want good service and luxury facilities please do yourself a favour and come stay here.

Even the renovated rooms have issues with drainage.
Please avoid this hotel, unless you're ok to accept a mediocre property and some heavy taste of construction.

I appreciate Mr.Vanc for his warm and great support during my stay with underwater scooter. My son enjoyed a lot and the scooter service is precious and grateful. Hope to enjoy again here!
We and our kids enjoyed every minute here from the time we checked in til we checked out, including room, great view, the pool which a few steps away from the beach, the beach front restaurant, kids club, and Zulu family club. The hotel is huge. There are lots of spaces and activities. There is always a space for everyone.
