We visited the resort during peak vacation season and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience. The room was extremely clean and well-kept alongside looking modern and what you’d expect from a 4 to 5 star hotel.
The hotel has such a large variety of amenities and facilities with a gym, kids club and a massive water park. The scenery on the property was divine, keeping the theme of nature ever so present. The staff were extremely friendly during the trip and provided outstanding service.
Food during the trip definitely wasn’t a problem with so many choices in the hotel. We went to the seaside restaurant and the food was simply amazing.
My only complaint for this trip would be the wait times for breakfast (this was expected), they can be relatively long but the staff managed amazingly and kept the flow as fast as they could.
Overall, an amazing experience and something I’d definitely recommend!

Stayed with a group of friends with small kids. We have seen some negative reviews so we kind of braced ourselves.
The good: access to the beach and the water park. The kids had a good time.
The bad: so many things not working for us that we never felt at ease.
- checkin was slow and disorganized. no queue management. we waited over 2 hours. want a welcome drink? Nope you need to checkin first.
- we requested bed rail for small kids during booking. Nope told all are taken. No one in our group got one.
- 2 elevators to service 17 floors. Stop at most floors and you may not be able to get in.

This visit happenes during Christmas holiday peak vacation season and is (last day tomorrow) ongoing and the resort stands out as an outstanding experience. The room was in excellent and cleaned condition all through, cleaning staff followed through in a nice kind way asking if there was anything extra needed and made sure we were happy and the room was well-kept alongside looking modern and all you’d expect from a five star hotel.
The hotel has such a large variety of amenities and facilities with a gym, kids club and a massive water park and private beach access. The scenery on the property is divine, keeping the theme of nature present. The staff are friendly in a respectful and relaxed way with a peak during a birthday dinner that was organized together with staff and at the top 19th floor resulting in a memorable extra happy birthday song with cake and candle lights - and staff singing and taking the photos all supported with fireworks from Pattaya City ahead of New Years celebrations! Lucky? Sure. And the staff helped make it happen.
Breakfasts included everything you may ask for, managed amazingly by staff keeping the flow as fast as they could.
Over all a great stay supported by the finest of staff friendly and kind on all levels and areas leading up to an amazing experience and something I can strongly recommend!

Hello. The hotel was really good with beach access and location. Staff was friendly. Only one point to note: I asked for late checkout and I was given 1:30 checkout. I got a call at 13:00 saying that I have to leave and that it is passed my checkout time. This was not nice at all. So I explained that i got it confirmed until 13:30. Also another point, I was asked for the card room back and that If I dont give it back I would be charged 200 baht. First time I see a hotel that charges for that. I told him the card is in the hotel room. So he didn’t charge me.
Food at oasis was normal. I would love to have better food in the hotel.
Water pressure from showers next to the pools was not great.

We’ve been returning to the Centara Mirage Grand Resort in Pattaya every year for a short family getaway, and it keeps getting better. The recently renovated rooms are a huge improvement—thoughtful layout with a separate toilet, great design, and a really fresh look. The updated pool area is also fantastic, with new slides that are a bit on the daring side but still a lot of fun.
The beach here is probably one of Pattaya’s best: clean, well-maintained, and great for relaxing. Breakfast offers a solid variety—Thai, Russian, and Indian options—alongside plenty of fresh fruit, so there’s something for everyone. The rooms are always spotless, and we love that the international team at the kids’ club is back, making it more enjoyable for the little ones.
All in all, this place keeps us coming back year after year, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay.

Our stay at Centara Grand Mirage was absolutely fantastic! The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices for such a prime location. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, making us feel comfortable and at ease throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, Thank you Pammy from Front Desk, she is always going above and beyond to assist us. The facilities provided exceeded our expectations, offering everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. Overall, we highly recommend Centara Grand Mirage for anyone looking for a wonderful experience in a great location!

We had a wonderful stay here, just a lovely hotel- the pools/lagoons/slides are beautiful. Nice new room, which was cleaned well each day considering we have small kids! The staff are friendly & especially Eye at the swim up bar was fantastic with our boys!

This is the first time we visit Thailand with family. The hotel is really kid friendly with lots of activities to join, my kid enjoyed the bag painting, cookies making, henna tattoo and swimming pool activities, you won't be boring at all here. The activity owner David is so kind and energetic.
The breakfast is so rich and delicious that you can choose Thai, Indian or Chinese dishes, we received nice hospitality from service team, especially Pookie, they are so kind and professional. In overall, it's really nice experience.
