The staff were exceptionally attentive, professional, and always went above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. Whether it was the personalized service, friendly greetings, or the thoughtful recommendations, their hospitality made me feel very well taken care of.
The food and beverage selection was excellent, with a variety of light snacks, refreshing drinks, and a delightful evening cocktail service. Everything was of high quality and well-presented.
Overall, the Club Lounge added great value to my stay, offering both comfort and exclusivity. I would highly recommend it to anyone staying at Amari Pattaya.
The bathroom was clean and stylish, with both a shower and a bathtub, making it perfect for unwinding after a long day. The balcony offered a beautiful view, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
Housekeeping kept the room spotless throughout my stay, and their attention to detail really stood out.
I booked a hotel room for three people—my wife, my 15-year-old son, and myself—and paid accordingly. However, upon arrival, the room only had two single beds. The hotel staff insisted that since I booked a twin room for three people, it was expected to have only two beds. I explained that three people cannot comfortably sleep in two beds, and after some discussion, they eventually agreed to provide an extra bed.
In addition, I had booked a sea-view room, but the room we received was actually facing the pool and looked nothing like the pictures shown during booking site. When I raised this with the staff, they said that they classify this as a “sea-view” room, and that the actual panoramic sea-view rooms are more expensive. Not wanting to spoil my holiday, I agreed to pay extra to upgrade the room.
Lesson learnt: Be careful with ‘ocean view room’ when performing booking. It is not accurate and the room price is more expensive.
Note: this is local brand hotel and lack of professionalism in problem solving of customer grievances. It does not matter whose fault but at least show some enthusiasm to provide the best service so that you have return customer to your hotel again.
We also got free room upgrades which is very nice.
All the staff were adorable and helpful.
