Consists of two residential buildings. The main building of 12 floors with sea views and 3 storey building Lanai with private swimming pool and tropical garden.

Old property but great hospitality with well managed facilities. - one liner review
Best parts of the hotel would be beach access, pools and the beach bar. You could spend a whole lazy day there basking in the sun, swimming in the sea or the pools sipping some cocktails munching on great food.
The rooms as mentioned are old, with some soiled furniture but the staff have managed to do their best. Everything in the room is old but is still in working condition. The staff is super helpful and friendly and makes you feel comfortable.
There is enough parking available and you don't need to get out of the hotel for food. The breakfast spread is really good and they gave tried to accommodate all kinds of food behaviours.
Overall a decent stay thanks to facilities.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations, especially considering my previous positive experiences at other Pullman hotels. The overall experience was quite disappointing and did not align with the Pullman standard.
To begin with, the first impression was less than ideal as the elevator appeared quite old, and the same could be said for the TV and electrical system in the room. The lack of cable TV was surprising, and on the first night, there was no sound from the TV at all. This led me to wonder if Pullman had taken over this property from another hotel, which I later discovered was the case—this location was previously the Aisawan Resort and Spa. Unfortunately, the quality seems to have not been fully upgraded to Pullman's usual standards.
The bed was uncomfortably hard, and the blanket was quite thin, especially considering how cold the air conditioning was, even at the highest temperature setting with a low fan. The cold room temperature was difficult to manage, and we found ourselves having to frequently turn the air conditioning off and on to find a bearable level of comfort. Additionally, I noticed some stains on the blanket and bed sheet, which made me question whether they had been changed before my check-in. There is no iron board and shoe polish in the room. The funniest things were that there provided two cups for the tea but only one spoon available. They really didn't care into details.
The hot water system in the shower was outdated, leading to sudden changes in water temperature, which could become uncomfortably hot during use. This required constant vigilance to avoid scalding.
As for the dining experience, it was underwhelming. None of the dishes stood out, and the food was not particularly tasty. The variety was also limited, which was disappointing considering the price range of the hotel.
Overall, with the price I paid, I would consider choosing a different hotel next time.

I had an incredibly impressive stay at Pullman Pattaya Hotel. This resort boasts multiple swimming pools and is perfectly located right by the beach, offering various exciting water activities. The views are absolutely stunning.
The staff provided exceptional service, being extremely polite and accommodating throughout my stay. I would like to specifically commend Mr. Peter and Mr. Tana at the restaurant, who made my rainy day bright with their outstanding hospitality.

This is a lovely hotel with lots going on. We opted to buy the lounge access which is great value for money. With this you get to have breakfast in a more private location and there small snacks provided between 2-4.30 and 5.30-6.30. Beds are very comfortable. Shower was hot and you are right on the beach and far away from the main beach in Pattaya. The only downfall was we had booked a 3 person room and when we got to our room at a late arrival time of 9pm, the room was not set up for 3 people.

The location of the hotel is great, and the beach is not too crowded. There is a platform that connects to the beach, which has brick steps so you can easily go to another tourist spot without sand getting stuck in your shoes. Two recommended spots nearby are "The Glass House" restaurant and "Secret Beach".
We booked both the deluxe room and the family room. We absolutely loved the family room, especially the bunk bed. However, the beach pool was a bit cloudy, but there is another pool at the front building.

The only good thing is the location, beachfront. Their service is just okay as they treat foreigners with tips way better than others i reckon.
Facilities:
Room - too old. Big stain on sofa. Smelly bathroom. Mould on curtain.
Gym - fully equipped though each machine for each muscle workout.
Pool - pretty much second best.
Service: since I rarely received one, can't really say.

Absolutely great location, with access to a private beach and a delicious breakfast spread.
Spent 4 nights here, loved every minute of it. The rooms are a bit dated, but doesn't take away anything from the experience.
The beach is on the shallow side, with gentle caressing waves at most times. The room we got gave a partial view of the sea, the pool and the spa.
