The hotel has 353 rooms.
Consists of two residential buildings. The main building of 12 floors with sea views and 3 storey building Lanai with private swimming pool and tropical garden.
Beach: private sandy beach and adjacent to the public beach 50 m away, the first coastal line. Umbrellas, mattresses, towels – free of charge.

❌ Mattress too hard — felt like a 2-star bed in a 5-star hotel
Mixed feelings overall
Breakfast was plenty but simple. Easy transport with grab to nearby mall and eateries.
Room feels dated. Sea view was partial sea view. There’s a direct seaview room with I feel is much better. Balcony was clean as well. Warm water isn’t as consistent. It’s either too warm or too cold suddenly. Superking bed is great.
Hotel has a lot of steps down to the pool and beach.
, dirty and dark the floor and bed were a bit wet. Remote TV difficult to use. TV is too old version. This room type could not deserve to be 5 star hotel 100%. Also too much Mosquito. I parked the car and waited in front of the main gate for a long time before a porter came to pick up the bag. No welcome drink, long check-in time. It is the worst 5 star hotel I have ever stayed in. Really Disappointed with Pullman Brand!
First we got a room with non-cool AC. So we called and the hotel sent us to another room. Quick action!
