The staff are amazing and very helpful with whatever you need.
Breakfast- it is more asian than international lots of good chooses but if you are looking for western breakfast you will only find continental other that fried eggs premade. We did talk to the staff about making scrambled eggs instead and the restaurant manager was called in to get approval so that we could have a breakfast we know.
All the staff from Breakfast to housekeeping to front desk (Spai and Benz) and bellboys (Beer) were all very helpful thru out our stay.
Our room was a great size and perfect for a long stay we were able to stretch out and feel comfortable.
The distance from the Beach area was a bit far but the front desk told us about trucks that constantly run from that area to and from the beach area.
As a European, I'm disappointed by many things. We prefer quiet and clean accommodations and always well-functioning WiFi.
However, this one is far from that.
Large, noisy groups frequently arrive and depart and behave disrespectfully, shouting and arguing in the hallways day and night so sleep is impossible.
The building’s unfavorable V‑shape creates a strong echo that multiplies pool noise, so sounds from the pool, screaming children and loud music are far louder inside the rooms than outside.
The large tour buses that bring and pick up guests several times a day, idle with their engines running, and the noise is amplified by the building’s echo, making it constantly irritating and environmentally unfriendly. And the noise is unbearable.
Guests constantly push furniture around, creating a bone‑deep screech that travels through several rooms because the hotel refuses to install felt pads, making restful sleep again impossible
Breakfast is uninspiring, often poorly cooked and presented with no care.
Hygiene is a major concern — persistent mould in the wet areas and unclean floors make this unsuitable for hygiene‑conscious guests.
The gym is poorly maintained and only about half the equipment works, making it unsuitable for anyone wanting a reliable workout.
Unfortunately I booked this hotel for over a month — in hindsight a big mistake I cannot recommend to anyone. Management ignored my complaints and showed no effective response; requests for a quiet room were ignored throughout my entire stay. The staff’s apparent inability to resolve issues made the experience even more frustrating.
Not recommended for travellers who prefer peace and quiet.
I only have the issue that there is no earlier check in even where the rooms were available, waiting till 1:15 pm from 9:30 am.because of their check in time is 2 pm.
It's a good hotel .. everything is the same as shown in the pictures.. and more better
