One of the most famous hotels in Pattaya. Beautiful grounds and large pool. On the beach with view of the temple of Truth. Hotel for a relaxing holiday. We recommend travelers, spending most of the time on the beach.

Location: North Pattaya, 5 km from the city centre, on the beach, Crescent Moon Beach, on the coast, 126 km from the airport.
Consists of a 5-storey building Main Building, 8-storey building Deluxe Bay Wing and 7 one-story and 12 two-storey cottages.
The hotel has 380 rooms.
Total area: 22 400 m2.
Beach: private with public sandy beach in 20 m from the hotel, the first coastal line. Explicit flows. Umbrellas, chairs, towels – free of charge.

Generally Thai people are very humble, polite and friendly but staff at this place were completely opposite especially of Hotel Porters.
If the management of this resort can read my reviews, please consider to change the work environment. Try making it more friendly within the staff first then they will be able to pass it on the the customers. I understand that working in the customer service environment can be very challenging but this is what the staff signed for.
I would recommend not to stay at this property even its offered free of charge.
The pool is plenty big enough and there is a lot of coastline with two small sandy areas (but beware broken glass).
We arrived at the lovely reception and were greeted by one of 6 front desk staff. When I say greeted, it seemed like we were inconveniencing them- not a good start. We had to wait until 2pm for our room; at 2pm we walked to our room (which was tricky to find- a map would have been helpful) to find the maid cleaning it and she asked us to wait 1 hour. Understandably we returned to reception and they never even apologized and just thrust us another key (rude in my opinion).
Our room was sea facing and in the garden area. Great little walk in the evening and the sound of the waves when sat on our patio area.
Bedding and towels soft, brand new good pillows.
Things to improve:
There were several unnecessarily loud events but all finished before 11pm (the speakers were rattling level of loud). Louder does not mean better...
The breakfast buffet was bland and mostly the same every day. Having and omelette station would make it more in line with hotels of this calibre. Furniture was solid and new.
Maid was over zealous and shamed me for leaving a small amount make-up on a towel.
Doors to the room were full of gaps and let the mosquito in.
Curtains let in light as they are not wide enough.
Light outside on patio is controlled by hotel not room.
Aircon smelled like foot fungus.
Furniture solid but old.
Bathroom needs a refurb desperately.
No drinks or food from outside hotel near pool. The hotel impose a fine, where most resorts simply request no glass by the pool.
I would return, due to location, if those things were improved.
No one in reception spoke English clearly at any given time. No manager is available either.
Breakfast had pigeons eating the food, and staff found that very funny.
We had a family room for 3 people, but we we're not given clean towels every day.
Beware, you will be charged for literally everything and anything.
Nothing in place for people with disabilities to enter or leave the hotel premises.
Lots of steps to the pool, no help with accessing the pool area if you have any disabilities.
Please read the review to this hotel as you will be dissaponted.
Dont book the hotel as it is nice looking from the outside, but it has no experience in serving the public with the basic customer service.
Their is a tuk tuk service to utilise within the hotel vicinity, I had hurt my foot so was unable to walk to the pool, when I asked if I could be taken to the pool area, I was told quite rudely to walk the tuk tuk was not available unless I pay.
There was no service provided, and the male supervisor didn't even try to help. The hotel itself is old but at least it's clean. Buffet breakfast is good but not vegetarian friendly. We looked through what they had and decided we could have tofu. Turned out they put shredded pork in the tofu dish without mentioning it on the card. So vegetarian options are bread and fruits only.
The beach is nice and quiet though. With a view of the famous wooden temple.
