Location: in the Northern part of Pattaya Bay, 1 km from the city centre, on the shore of the sea, 127 km from the airport, on the beach of Pattaya Bay.
Consists of one 8-storey building (3 wings).
The hotel has 457 rooms, including 263 with sea views.
The total area of 68000 m2.
Beach: own sandy beach in 50 m from the hotel, the first coastal line. Umbrellas, mattresses, towels – free of charge.

The location on the beach is amazing. All three pools provide amazing views. Rooms could use a bit of updating (carpet, paint) but very good size. Bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. The lobby is one of the most beautiful I’ve been in. Customer service was great. Breakfast buffet had lots of options.

Very nice hotel overall. Excellent location. Well equipped gym. There is a big problem with rooms. The ones we saw - 302 and stayed in - 687 and 689 - are a bad shape. Especially wall to wall carpet needs replacement - it is very dirty. Apart from that the hotel is to be recommended.

Location: The location of the hotel is prime as it is near the Pattaya beach, Terminal 21 and Tiffany's Show. Also it has two 7 Eleven within a 500 meter radius. It is a corner property on the beach.
Beach: It has direct access to the beach. The beach is almost private and can be enjoyed. The gate to the beach remains open till 7 pm.
Local Activities: All the local activities like Snorkeling, Paragliding, Speedboat to the island are available on the beach.
Room: The deluxe room which we selected had a partial beach view and swimming pool view. The room was big enough with all the generic facilities. The only thing missing was the hand faucet with WC. This I found as the major disappoint after paying such a huge amount for the room whereas as other hotels we stayed during the tour provided that.
Staff: All the staff were really helpful and respectful.
Food: We only had the breakfast buffet provided by the hotel. The items in the buffet were all good and fresh. The food was being refilled even before it finished. This I liked the most.
Satisfaction: I am satisfied with the hotel and its environment and I would recommend this.

Nice hotel with resort ambience. Location is fabulous being at the north end of the beach away from the hustle and bustle however you can walk down to walking Street if you need or want. The breakfast was great with daily changes of some meals however on the fourth day of breakfast we did find some hygienic issue however the hotel did a nice good recovery service. The pool is great with the depth of 2 m which also connects to the beach. This seems like the only hotel on the street that connected to the beach. I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed at the hotel for couple of nights with my family.
The location is great, having the private pools and free access to the beach. Also the mall is just 5 min walking from the hotel.
The rooms need to be renovated but they are large and well equipped ( except for the water boiler which was not available).
The hotel is quite big so we did not feel being in a busy place. The Pools and the breakfast room had always available space.
Overall it was a pleasant experience with value for money.

Nice place, Nice people
I recommend this hotel for those who prefer a peaceful place to rest. It's a bit old but still decent. It's conveniently located near the expressway, making it easy to travel back to Bangkok and other places. The hotel has a private beach near the swimming pool. The pools are beautifully adorned with flowers and trees. The room is spacious, even more than I expected, which I absolutely love. I also appreciate the hotel's central garden, which I believe would be perfect for photography enthusiasts. The staff are friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options suitable for people of many nationalities, and it is delicious, just like the other restaurants in the hotel.

Overall, the hotel is quite old. The rooms are also fairly outdated. One of the bedside lights didn’t work, and the air conditioning wasn’t very cold. The reading lamp is very old-fashioned and protrudes out; I hit my head on it once when I got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. The air conditioning system uses a manual dial without a remote, and it takes a long time to cool to the set temperature. The TV is an LCD but very small, and the picture quality is quite poor. The sofa in the room also had some dirty stains. Overall, compared to other places, it doesn’t really offer good value for money and was quite disappointing.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It’s perfectly located close to central Pattaya, but far enough to avoid the craziness of the nightlife. The staff was extremely nice and courteous. When we had an issue with the room safe, they resolved it promptly. The rooms are spacious and clean; we stayed in a king-sized room with an ocean view. While not a new hotel, the facility is well-maintained. It’s also relatively close to the Sanctuary of Truth and the Big Buddha Temple. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and peaceful stay!

Had a great experience. Stayed here for 4 days and enjoyed every day of it. The view from Ocean view room is worth every penny. Hotel property is sprawling and there are plenty of places for relaxing. The pools are good fun with one pool having waterfall. The people are friendly and helpful. Terminal 21 is just across the street for shopping and the hotel has beach access also. Breakfast has good options, even some Indian options. All in all a great place to stay in Pattaya.
