Location: in the Northern part of Pattaya Bay, 1 km from the city centre, on the shore of the sea, 127 km from the airport, on the beach of Pattaya Bay.
Consists of one 8-storey building (3 wings).
The hotel has 457 rooms, including 263 with sea views.
The total area of 68000 m2.
Beach: own sandy beach in 50 m from the hotel, the first coastal line. Umbrellas, mattresses, towels – free of charge.

Love our stay but there is just the language barrier. Staff almost not speaking English. Instructions are hard to understand especially if you are coming in the first time. After a day, you get to understand what they are trying to say.
But the most complaint I have is their weekend dinner buffet. Food is great and good quality but no drinks included, not even water. You have to buy a bottled water. No service water offered. The bottle water you have to purchase is the same water they give to you for free with your room. Not good 🤨🥲.
Overall, the stay is pleasant and a lot of things arw walking distance.

Large hotel located at the beginning of the beach with great views of Pattaya Bay. The lobby is beautiful and surrounded by greenery. However, the rooms feel a bit old and dusty. The TV is not smart TV. The hotel has limited staff, so the overall service doesn’t feel like a 5-star experience. Check-in and check-out take quite a long time, even when there is no queue. On weekends, the breakfast area gets very crowded, and you may have to wait in line.

My family and I usually enjoy the buffet at Dusit very much. The food tastes great and there’s a wide variety to choose from. However, we were a bit disappointed during our recent seafood dinner buffet. The blue crabs weren’t placed out for self-service like the other items. Instead, they were kept hidden and only brought out upon request, which made the experience feel less open and comfortable.

I asked for some information by phone call, and the one who answered the phone seemed like she had never trained before. This hotel should be just 1-star hotel.
I've stayed with this hotel before, it's old, the beach is grey, only thing satisfied was service. But clearly know it's gone (you can check on other reviews).
With this kind of service, I would never choose this hotel again.
You cannot do good even just answer the call, I don't think you can do good when I stay with you.

Location is fantastic and in the center of all major tourist attractions such as beach road, shopping malls, restaurants, shops and much more.
My review as an invited visitor by a friend who resides in the resort.
Front ground is very large and utilized as a car park and greenery.
Lovely main entrance and a large lobby with plenty of comfortable seats, some shops, and a very nice cafe that offers both hot and cold drinks (coffee & tea), in addition to a good selection of mouthwatering baked items.
The center court is a lovely showpiece display a mini waterfall and lush green garden.
Great food, friendly staff, and very friendly atmosphere all around.

The location on the beach is amazing. All three pools provide amazing views. Rooms could use a bit of updating (carpet, paint) but very good size. Bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. The lobby is one of the most beautiful I’ve been in. Customer service was great. Breakfast buffet had lots of options.

Very nice hotel overall. Excellent location. Well equipped gym. There is a big problem with rooms. The ones we saw - 302 and stayed in - 687 and 689 - are a bad shape. Especially wall to wall carpet needs replacement - it is very dirty. Apart from that the hotel is to be recommended.

Location: The location of the hotel is prime as it is near the Pattaya beach, Terminal 21 and Tiffany's Show. Also it has two 7 Eleven within a 500 meter radius. It is a corner property on the beach.
Beach: It has direct access to the beach. The beach is almost private and can be enjoyed. The gate to the beach remains open till 7 pm.
Local Activities: All the local activities like Snorkeling, Paragliding, Speedboat to the island are available on the beach.
Room: The deluxe room which we selected had a partial beach view and swimming pool view. The room was big enough with all the generic facilities. The only thing missing was the hand faucet with WC. This I found as the major disappoint after paying such a huge amount for the room whereas as other hotels we stayed during the tour provided that.
Staff: All the staff were really helpful and respectful.
Food: We only had the breakfast buffet provided by the hotel. The items in the buffet were all good and fresh. The food was being refilled even before it finished. This I liked the most.
Satisfaction: I am satisfied with the hotel and its environment and I would recommend this.

Nice hotel with resort ambience. Location is fabulous being at the north end of the beach away from the hustle and bustle however you can walk down to walking Street if you need or want. The breakfast was great with daily changes of some meals however on the fourth day of breakfast we did find some hygienic issue however the hotel did a nice good recovery service. The pool is great with the depth of 2 m which also connects to the beach. This seems like the only hotel on the street that connected to the beach. I will definitely stay here again.
