Best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Will be coming back every year. Staff are extremely well trained, nothing is too much trouble. The actual hotel is very well kept, they’re always doing small work on something to keep it looking great. The manager is obviously doing a lot of things right…other five star luxury
hotels in Phuket, and around the world, could learn a great deal from the Surin-special mention must go to Bat and Chris, but to be honest all the staff deserve a special mention!

Spectacular. Fabulous little cottages set in beautiful greenery right by the most gorgeous private beach. The sunsets in particular were amazing. The breakfast was varied and delicious (the avocado toast and bagel were in particular really good). It also has a spa and an out door pool. You can eat inside but also on the beach, even for dinner. The location is really good. Right by Surin but also a.shrot walk to Bang Tao Beach if you wanted to visit a beach bar. Hugely recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at the Surin for 5 nights in July. The best service, delicious food, fantastic location, quiet beach. The crew from housekeeping, front desk, restaurants, to beach attendants are all hard at work and always full of smiles. It was definitely a hike to go from our cottage to the lobby/breakfast area, and the breakfast choices could feel repetitive after a couple of days, but my quads thanked me and I got to eat delicious chicken pad kra pow every morning. We will definitely be back!

I stayed at this resort in October 2021 and it was absolutely beautiful, elegant, and had a stunning Japanese-inspired design. The staff were wonderful - their service was excellent and they were very professional and respectful. The breakfast was delicious. The resort is part of the Amanpuri resort and has a high-end Italian restaurant on site. The entire resort exuded luxury. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Surin and I have not forgotten the experience. I would love to return to Phuket to stay there again as I miss the ambiance of the resort and the wonderful feeling I had there.
The only thing the resort lacked was more fitness and recreational activities, as it was quite peaceful to the point of being too quiet. I also would have liked to have had complimentary yoga and meditation classes, as I expected to be able to practice these regularly during my stay, especially at my preferred resort.

Fantastic breakfast which is currently a la carte with amazing options. Eggs Benedict, Norwegian Salmon on Rye bread, Surin Porridge and Duck Noodles, all excellent choices. Daily changing Juices.

We stayed at the Surin for a week under The Phuket “sandbox” & we really had a fabulous time there. The staff is super friendly from the GM to the bellboy, the room was amazing, the Spa provides one of the best treatment we experienced in Thailand. The food is very good & good variety between western & Thai cuisine. Being a guest at the Surin also provides you with your own “private beach” as the hotel is located in a cove. We highly recommend the hotel if you like to be in a quiet place ! If we ever decide to go back to Phuket, we ll definitely stay at The Surin again !

Beautiful hotel with a super beach that may as well be exclusive to the hotel. Celebrated our wedding here and could not ask for more from the staff. Just a great time for our entire party.

I have had a shortlist of resorts that looked appealing and send it to my friend in Phuket. The Surin it should be and it was decided. I was in Phuket on business and wanted a relaxing place to stay and that is exactly what I got. Everything was perfect from my arrival till departure. Room was in perfect condition, staff was welcoming, friendly and helpfull. The beach and the pool were absolutely beautiful, gym facility was good and the a la carte menu as well as the included breakfast were diverse and delicious. I did not want to leave to go back home when business was concluded and my stay was up. I will be back very soon!
