Enjoy Beach

Terrible hotel. Ran out of water for over 12 hrs and staff didn't want to know about it. Couldn't use any facilities and when we asked for a partial refund we were told to contact Agoda "not our problem" I have read it is common. The place also needs a lot of maintenance. No TV, remote broken, door handles falling off, floor tiles broken and lifting. Location is good but that's it. Nothing like the photo's.

This is for the restaurant. Staff were nice but the Thai "Wagyu" that they charged over 900 baht for was the second worse steak I've ever had. So bad, that my girlfriend and I both decided it wasn't a good idea to take back and give to the stray dogs because it could get stuck in their throat. The two sauces were equally as bad and those potatoes that you see, they're supposed to be Potato Gratin. Ended up eating a burger from Prime Burger afterwards.

Quality of their service can simply be described as PATHETIC. Rude and arrogant staff. We ordered for a mocktail and it was utter rubbish. We waited 45 mins to 1 hour for the food we ordered. Later we had to cancel the order as it wasn’t even ready.

Three hungry people were looking for a breakfast place at Fisherman's village. First place we noticed was this one. My daughter said "how badly could one screw up a breakfast? Let's eat here". My daughter is always right, except when she's wrong.
We ordered the breakfast that included coffee, a juice (prepared when you order, announced the menu), a baguette and eggs.
First to arrive were the juices. The mango was obviously freshly made but the orange was from a box. They said: all our juices are fresh, except for orange juice. We sent it back and asked for mango. Here's the thing: we can't surely be the first ones who were promised a fresh juice and sent back the artificial concoction. So, why not specify it on the menu and better yet why not have fresh orange juice? Every other place does.
Next arrived the coffees. Just ok but an Americano in a Lungo cup is not really the standard.
The baguette was an insult to anyone who ever had one, and a good reason for French people to kill themselves. Just because a tasteless bun is made to look like a baguette doesn't make it one. And, it was toasted. When we asked for an untoasted one we got something that was kept in the fridge or freezer before. Now we knew why they toasted it.
The napkins in this place are of a good quality.
