I recently had the pleasure of spending two nights at this incredible hotel nestled in nature, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a serene atmosphere that instantly made me feel relaxed.
The surroundings are absolutely breathtaking – the hotel is perfectly situated amidst lush greenery, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. My room was spotless and thoughtfully designed, offering stunning views of the natural beauty outside. Waking up to the sound of birds and the fresh air was a real highlight.

Our stay at The Spah Koh Chang Resort was simply fantastic! We were picked up as soon as we arrived, which made the start of our vacation super pleasant. Our room was a dream - super clean, beautiful and with a small pool right outside the door. The facilities were top notch: a fridge, a Smart TV and a shower that led to the pool.
Two bottles of water were placed outside our door every morning, which was a nice touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, we immediately felt at home. The restaurant/café had long opening hours and offered a vegan selection, which was nice for us as vegans.
The massages we were able to book on site were excellent - you could tell the staff were experienced. The small gym and the excursions on offer were also great. The lady at reception was very supportive and even organized our return trip to the other accommodation.
The views of the jungle and mangroves were breathtaking. We were able to rent bicycles and kayaks free of charge. We also took part in a yoga class led by a super great and friendly teacher.
Overall, it was a quiet, clean and welcoming place where we felt very comfortable. We can highly recommend The Spah Koh Chang Resort!

Wonderful cozy spa hotel in the middle of the nature. Surrounded by mangrove forest and jungle, the garden is full of flowers, butterflies and wooden pathways. The food in the restaurant was excellent with ingredients grown in the hotel garden that you can see from the terrace. The room was clean and spacious and very beautiful with magnificent views. The staff was super friendly and always helpful. All and all a wonderful stay.

The perfect place for relaxation with many activities leading by true experts such as massage, stream, forest bathing, yoga etc.
The room and resort have unique nature character. I stayed in the room that has jacuzzi decorated by bamboo.
The staffs are really polite and helpful.

Utter bliss. The spa is in such a beautiful location surrounded by mangroves and their farm to fork garden. The staff are so helpful and kind. All the food and drink in the cafe is so yummy. I did the detox programme and the morning yoga was such a great way to start the day and the massages were divine! Such a relaxing stay.

After running a fraught job, doing a lot of "internal work" and needing a significant break from my normal pattern of life, The Spa Koh Chang over-delivered.
I took the opportunity to "digitally detox", physically, emotionally and psychologically detox, focusing on a 8 night 9 day fast and cleanse. It was totally amazing.
Coupled with resetting of the vagus nerve, incredible therapeutic massages, slowing down, forgetting the device and just taking the time to "be", I've started sleeping 6-7 hours a night (after 20 years of not sleeping more than 1.5 or 2 hours), my brain fog has largely cleared and it was in an environment of love, service and nurture.
It might be daunting but it's totally possible. Armed with my plan to disconnect and reconnect to self, it could not have worked better. The employees are amazing, the resort beautifully maintained and a great place to restore. The mosquitoes also enjoy the environment.... so take care! :)

A few weeks ago I spend 3 weeks in the magical kochang spa… Every moment was a gift…. From the detox program to the vibrant energy all around…. The treatments were of excellent standards…. The food was absolutely delicious….. I experienced wonderful accommodating staff…. Loved my room with a beautiful view…. Booking soon for my next year stay…. Gea van Dijk.

From the moment I arrived here, I felt a professional, effective, and caring team who loved their job. If there were any problems, they fixed it quickly with a smile. The best massage and facial you can get in this country is here. All this building, furniture, sheets, and towels are environmentally friendly. All the staff treat you like they know you. The yoga sessions are with the top professional instructor. The restaurant has hired young staff from the village nearby to give them education and better opportunities. They really put an effort into making superdelicious food and cocktails and serve them so politely always with a smile. I'm going to miss this place.

We loved our stay at The Spa Koh Chang. The rooms are absolutely lovely, the staff is very nice and the food and drinks in the restaurant offer a great selection with lots of vegetarian and even vegan options.
The place is on the calmer side of Koh Chang and perfect to relax and unwind.
Some people found the prices of the massages too high but we disagree with that. We paid 800 THB for 60 min which is around 20 EUR so in our opinion and for the massage that was offered still very affordable.
We stayed there 6 days and would stay there again!

If you are looking for a few days to unwind, relax and recharge then you must stay at The Spa Koh Chang. I stayed for 4 nights and did a 3.5 days fast. The staff were attentive and caring and really checked in with me during my stay. I upgraded my room and they gave me a discount too. The care I received during the fast was incredible - the juices, massages, steams and colon cleanse were exceptional. It was a truly incredible experience and I will come back every year.
