We’ve been here for five days. Everything is amazing. This has to be one of the best values on Koh Chang. Most of the rooms have been renovated, the pool is gorgeous, staff wonderful and easily one of the best beaches on the island.

We stayed at the Nature Beach Resort for two nights as a family of five. The service at the reception was very friendly and the guy there went out of his way to help us. The rooms we stayed in were quite small and would only be comfortable for no more than two people. The food in the restaurant was very tasty at dinner but they need to improve the cleanness of the dishes and condiments . The breakfast was modest and the coffee machine only produces espresso, when it worked.

I wasn't staying at Nature Beach Resort, but I was still welcomed when I went in for breakfast. salmon on toast was 10/10! and maybe the best iced cappuccino I had on the island.

Very family friendly laid back resort on the beach. Not as big as all the other ones, which gives a more personal experience and the staff are great, especially with children. We want to say thanks to “Tat” who gave our son William a lot of attention by being playful and eager to get to know him. Was very nice, especially since our son took some time to warm up and he didn’t give up. We saw that he did the same with other children.
We stayed in a front bungalow a bit more in the back which was nice with more privacy. (108). Clean and nice. A bit small and not much space for clothes etc. if you stay longer. Water pressure in the shower was bad.
Lonely beach is very nice, but a lot of stones before you get out in the sand. Not in the main tourist area so you need transport to get around since not many restaurants, shops etc. We mostly ate at the resort restaurant, since it was easier with two young children. Very relaxing place. Wonderful first stay in Koh Chang away from the crowds. Great massage on the beach

We stayed here four nights. Excellent stay for the cost.. The staff and restaurant staff are great, they provided good service. The onsite beach massage was also very good and we enjoyed daily treatments.

Best resort of the island for sure. Well maintained. IMPORTANT Swimming pool is clean and no broken tiles also good maintained

Nice Thai beachfront resort. Our room #113 was a bit basic but enough for us to enjoy. The water pressure was very weak but it was during the dry season so I guess nothing they could do about.
Staff are dedicated and friendly. They work tirelessly almost around the clock!

Its on Rock beach not sand, No phone is the rooms and you have to walk all the way upto receptionist, Rooms are very small like railway compartment. Staff is not helpful during our checkout we request to start complementary breakfast just 15 before at 7:15kr but they denied and told they will start at 7;30hr and we missed breakfast also!!

We stayed one night in the basic villas and checked out the following day, probably our fault for not checking the rooms properly because the clue was in the name ‘basic’. The Villa was situated right next to a creek which was not great to look at and attracted a lot of mosquitoes. The room was tiny and very bare, the bathroom was like a shack and the shower was awful, toilet was stained and the towels were old rags. The new bungalows looked nice but when we asked to upgrade we were told it was fully booked, so we checked out as soon as we could and stayed in a much nicer, with a bigger better pool and beachfront, literally next door for the same price. I thought for the price Nature Beach charges, the accommodation should be a higher standard, especially considering there are much better options either side. Overall disappointed with our stay, won’t stay there again.
