The Dewa Koh Chang - SHA Extra Plus

Beautiful hotel with a very complete breakfast. The beach is beautiful as well. Nearby, you will find a few shops, massage places and restaurants. It’s also easy to find taxis and rental motorbikes. However, if you want more dining options or bars, you will need to take a taxi for a short ride (around 5 minutes). The staff is very nice too. We had the “Villa” room, which we really enjoyed.

By far our favorite hotel of Thailand, and maybe the best one we’ve ever had ! Really good service, the staff was soo nice, the place so clean, the breakfast was delicious. They organise activities and make this place alive. Good cocktails, nice beach, nice pool, nice…everything !

Hard to find anything negative really... Staff so service minded and friendly. Location is perfect, and if you don't want to eat at Dewa (which naturally is more pricy), walk along the beach and find numerous places at low cost and HIGH value! We hate several times at The Family restaurant next to Dewa, which had meals from 80 baht!!

The overall atmosphere of the hotel is lovely. We stayed in the villas for four days, the room was spacious and luxurious. The only discomfort was that water drainage was not good in the shower. The staffs were pretty helpful and special appreciation to the lady at the reception, she was great with service.

Absolutely the best hotel at Koh Chang that I discovered until now. We stayed here 8 days in total and every day was a pleasure. My partner loves the pool and the beach bar with life music and good cocktails every night. The coffee shop is a nice place offering good coffee and a comfortable place to stay connected with work. Several shops and restaurants are within walking distance with my favourite being LIN's Bungalow within less than 5 minutes walking on the beach. Last but not least, all staff are extremely helpful and super friendly. I will certainly go there again.

Overall, the atmosphere is great, quiet, and peaceful with good service from the staff. It’s a perfect place to relax and has a 7kW EV charger. The room prices are reasonable. However, the food is not very fresh and not tasty, but finding good food on the island is not difficult.

Everything here is just perfect. If you would like to have a nice time, spend some more money and enjoy the luxury. It's worth every penny. If I ever come back to Koh Chang, I will be staying here again.

We recently spent 10 days at The Dewa Koh Chang during the beginning of the rainy season, and it was a truly lovely experience. As a gay couple, we felt completely safe and welcomed from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly and always eager to help, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The resort itself has a charming, serene atmosphere that’s perfect for a relaxing getaway. While some parts of the property are a bit outdated—like the wooden window frames that are starting to rot—the overall ambiance more than makes up for it. It would be nice if they added some modern touches, like a Bluetooth speaker in the rooms, which would have made our stay even better.

One thing we found a bit challenging was the lack of dairy alternatives for coffee. It was surprising they didn’t have coconut milk, which would have been a great option. Hopefully, they consider adding this in the future.

On the bright side, the food and cocktails were fantastic, and the massage options were excellent. We loved the beachside location for massages, although it was a bit disappointing that no massages were available when it rained, even though the area is protected from the rain.

All in all, The Dewa Koh Chang is a wonderful place to stay. The welcoming atmosphere, great service, and peaceful setting made our vacation memorable, and we’d love to come back again.

Beautiful hotel located in a centre of Koh Chang. The beach view is stunning especially in the evening for sunset and dinner with fire show. There are several activities you can do during your stay, also can enjoy happy hour for cocktails too. Very impressive place for my vacation.
