Overall, the atmosphere is great, quiet, and peaceful with good service from the staff. It’s a perfect place to relax and has a 7kW EV charger. The room prices are reasonable. However, the food is not very fresh and not tasty, but finding good food on the island is not difficult.

Everything here is just perfect. If you would like to have a nice time, spend some more money and enjoy the luxury. It's worth every penny. If I ever come back to Koh Chang, I will be staying here again.

We recently spent 10 days at The Dewa Koh Chang during the beginning of the rainy season, and it was a truly lovely experience. As a gay couple, we felt completely safe and welcomed from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly and always eager to help, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The resort itself has a charming, serene atmosphere that’s perfect for a relaxing getaway. While some parts of the property are a bit outdated—like the wooden window frames that are starting to rot—the overall ambiance more than makes up for it. It would be nice if they added some modern touches, like a Bluetooth speaker in the rooms, which would have made our stay even better.

One thing we found a bit challenging was the lack of dairy alternatives for coffee. It was surprising they didn’t have coconut milk, which would have been a great option. Hopefully, they consider adding this in the future.

On the bright side, the food and cocktails were fantastic, and the massage options were excellent. We loved the beachside location for massages, although it was a bit disappointing that no massages were available when it rained, even though the area is protected from the rain.

All in all, The Dewa Koh Chang is a wonderful place to stay. The welcoming atmosphere, great service, and peaceful setting made our vacation memorable, and we’d love to come back again.

Beautiful hotel located in a centre of Koh Chang. The beach view is stunning especially in the evening for sunset and dinner with fire show. There are several activities you can do during your stay, also can enjoy happy hour for cocktails too. Very impressive place for my vacation.

2 nights stay at this place. Nice resort feeling. Near beach and could see sunset. The pool is clean, and the breakfast selection is many. The room is big and has separate bath facilities. However, no toothbrush and paste were provided. All other amenities are available.

Beautiful hotel, great pool and clean rooms with super nice bathrooms. The beach area is clean and the hotel has the best location at this beach strip. The location of the hotel is well positioned to see all sides of the island.
Attentive and kind staff, big variety for breakfast (kudos to the breakfast crew) and beautiful dinner set up right at the beach. The evening restaurant was rather expensive and average (in comparison) personally I think you are better off at restaurants around the area but nonetheless dining right at the beach for sunset can be stunning!

We would have given 4 stars but after seeing resorts at the White Sand beach Dewa deserves better. We definitely could visit again.

Architecture and design are great, mixing concrete, wood, and plants. Pool and beach are relaxing, and the surroundings are relatively peaceful. We enjoyed nightly singing live music at the restaurant. Service was good and the resort was clean. Drinks were good.

What we did not enjoy:
- One of the evening portions, noodles with shrimp, tasted old.
- Resort is bit worn out
- Villa room terrace did not have privacy as other terraces were 2 meters in front of it.

Such a beautiful hotel in a perfect location with their own private beach. The pool is beautiful and really big and the design of the hotel is amazing. The breakfast is great and has loads of choice. The only thing I would mention is the cleanliness isn’t up to scratch for a hotel of this standard. The sheets had a few holes in them and the bathroom was quite dirty on arrival. Also when we left the hotel tried to charge us 500 baht for a broken shower gel container which put a sour taste in our mouth after such a lovely stay here. The food and drinks at the hotel are very expensive so we didn’t eat here, but there is a gorgeous beach bar a few hundred metres up the beach which has the most delicious food and amazing service.
