We had a wonderful stay at this upscale hotel. The location was fantastic, and the area offered plenty to explore.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing exceptional service and attention to detail.
The facilities were top-notch, making our experience very pleasant.

Clean room with reliable wifi. Staff were very friendly. There was a fire show on the night we stayed (not everyday, recommend to check the schedule with the staff). Good location. Lots of restaurant and marts nearby.

Beautiful resort with outstanding architecture and nice details in the room.
Even if there is no sandy beach in front of the hotel the location is still great with lots of places to eat and shop just of the front door.
The next beach ist a 10 minutes stroll away or if you rent a scooter it’s the most easy way to explore the beaches up and down the coast.
The breakfast in the hotel has a wide selection of sweet and salty dishes with an egg and noodles station as well as freshly backed pancakes and French toast.

Awa Resort Koh Chang offers a fantastic pool and a convenient location, close to restaurants and a convenience store.
Although it's not directly on the beach, the shoreline is just a 5-7 minute walk away.
Rooms are spacious with large bathrooms, though additional lighting would make the space feel brighter.

Beautiful Hotel, we had some issues with the room at the beginning. Luckily the Manager was really sweet and kind to resolve this issue in a professional manner. The whole stay here she came checking if everything was alright. All the staff members are hardworking and very friendly. They will make sure you are served very well in the restaurant and in the hotel. A few times a week they have an amazing fire show that I really recommend. The food is really great they have many choices like Thai or western food. 🔥🥰😊🌴

We checked in the hotel on 22 Aug 2021 after a receptionist explained to us that we could not stay here because electricity and water systems did not function. The hotel referred us to another hotel in its chain. We wondered why the hotel did not call us earlier nor explain to us before our check-in so that we could decide. Your action pins us down as a receptionist stated that we could not refund. If you are not ready to serve tourists, please take your hotel out of hotel applications or call tourists before they check in. We hope you can do better next time.

The "Restaurant" experience was strange. Only offered a few dishes in the breakfast room. No beach access and dark rooms but fancy modern design.

Wonderful resort with an amazing architecture. The pool is it’s own wonder as well as the breakfast. Staff is great and very service minded. We stayed in the deluxe beach view room on 3rd floor overlooking the most beautiful sunsets.
Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5+ is that the beach is better in other areas of koh Chang.
Will definitely visit again.

Pretty good the room I got was across the street from the ocean so beware of where your room is. The place was a little musty but very clean and large room. I did wake up to the sounds of a mouse in my room however. So what I paid I thought it was pretty good value
