Extremely small rooms and bathrooms. Very low light in the room and old furniture. Even after these, they ask for 1000 thb deposit in cash. Don't understand what is there in their shabby rooms that can be damaged. Strictly avoidable.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel and was deeply disappointed by my experience. My primary concern was the hotel's inflexible and unfair refund policy. Despite having to cut my stay short due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel refused to refund the payment for the days I did not stay. This lack of accommodation for guests' needs was both frustrating and financially straining.

Additionally, the overall service and facilities at the hotel fell far below my expectations. The room cleanliness was subpar with noticeable dust and a lingering musty smell. The advertised amenities were either not functioning properly or entirely unavailable. The Wi-Fi connection was extremely unreliable, which was a significant inconvenience, especially considering my need for a stable internet connection for work purposes.

Moreover, the staff's attitude was generally unhelpful and indifferent. Requests for basic services were often met with delayed responses or ignored altogether. The lack of customer service and hospitality was starkly evident and added to the overall negative experience.

In conclusion, I regret choosing this hotel for my stay and would not recommend it to others. The refusal to issue a refund for unused days, combined with poor service and inadequate facilities, makes it a poor choice for anyone seeking a comfortable and stress-free stay.
