Great location close to beach and good food. Rooms were very clean and staff took are of all of our needs. Great value and we definitely will stay here again.

The location is great, the on ground staff is polite, courteous and helpful.
We stayed in a Bungalow, same was average in size, kept clean, with a decent balcony, all Bungalows have a safe and ac. Downside bathrooms a quite small and ventilation within the bathroom is poor.
Please bare in mind the Bungalows are quite few concrete stapa up the hill, sometimes fun sometimes not.
The view from the Bungalows at least few is of the beach. Kata beach is walkable, loads of food places nearby.

The only advantage of the property is the perfect location, which is really 5 min walk from the beach and the view to the sea is very beautiful. All the rest is so so. My bungalow was very dirty at arrival, a lot of dust everywhere, very dirty windows, and very old furniture. And they didn't clean the windows even after I asked them to. I think they could make an effort for 70€ per night price!
The lights on the terrace didn't work, and the technician came exactly at the sunset time when I wanted to enjoy the terrace alone! And it took him so long time to fix the lights so my last evening was really spoiled.
Be ready to go upstairs to the bungalow with your luggage.
So I think the prices are too high versus the quality.

Nanny was an awesome host and did her utmost to make my stay enjoyable. Location is fantastic and nightlife around there sensational compared with Patong - no sell boards. When I stuffed up my return flight to Bankok Nanny helped sort it out. Very clean and serviced daily.

I loved being so close to the beach, but not right on it! The manager and housekeepers were so sweet. They made us feel comfortable and gave us extra towels and water bottles. They also had towels and boogie boards to use at the beach, which was such a nice touch.

Amazing stay! The location is excellent, as the name says it's literally 4 minutes walk from the beach. Rooms were properly cleaned at all times, and staff always very friendly. Wifi could be improved though, only negative part. The owner's dog Orange is the most narak and entertaining of all

Location versus price..... Wow this is great, 50 - 70 m from the beach.
If you choose the Bungalows you live high up so you can see the ocean from you "veranda" over the other buildings.
Like anywhere you go now during the Pandemic it's a bit worn, but as we all know it has its explanations.
The staff is very helpful, trying to give that "little extra"

Extremely clean rooms and a 2 minute walk to the beach through a not so nice alley, but the rooms it self were the cleanest I've stayed in. There's loud music at the restaurant next door so ask for a room away from the end of each hallway and it'll be very quiet.

Conveniently located across the street from beach access. Loud music from downstairs restaurant until about midnight, so request room away from street if you are light sleeper. Staff are friendly and rooms are functional and clean.

Clean rooms and we were always fully stocked with bottles of water without even asking. A/C worked really well in our room
