except that ants quickly approach if you leave food, lizards can be in the room. but the cleaning is good.
they did not allow us to wash clothes, although there is a large laundry room, it was sad.
We stayed in a Bungalow, same was average in size, kept clean, with a decent balcony, all Bungalows have a safe and ac. Downside bathrooms a quite small and ventilation within the bathroom is poor.
Please bare in mind the Bungalows are quite few concrete stapa up the hill, sometimes fun sometimes not.
The view from the Bungalows at least few is of the beach. Kata beach is walkable, loads of food places nearby.

Our room had a great view (some of the bungalows didn't have a sea view), and we were able to stare at the sea in a daze.
I was also grateful to receive mineral water every day.
