The hotel was centrally located yet not in a very busy area, you could walk to both Karon and Kata Beach, 5 minutes from the Kata Walking Street. You get transport - buses and taxis right in front of the hotel. There is a Airport Bus Stop within 100 meters. You could take that bus to come here. They serve you a great breakfast with both continental and local options. The coffee was awesome!! We did not need lunch most days. They give you separate towels to take to the beach, which I thought was really helpful. The pool and the rooftop bar was great, you could see the sea and watch a sunset with a cocktail!

This hotel is between Karon and Kata beach which makes it a great location, and the very reason I decided to book it. The staff are very friendly and welcoming- That’s by far the only positives.
Cons:
The room had mosquitoes, housekeeping barely seemed to have serviced the rooms, the toilet clogged two times and also the toilet door locked itself unwarranted ( had to use a flat spoon to jiggle it open in the middle of the night)
I am giving the two star rating for the hospitality of the staff (they are great) and the location. Much better options out there.

The location is so nice as it is close to Karon and Kata beach! The hotel staffs were also lovely to work with and I truly enjoyed my time here especially with the amazing view! The room I got was the superior double room and it was quite spacious

We stayed here at KK Boutique during Songkran. It is a fantastic location just up from the Kata junction and just down from the Dino Golf park. A short 5 minute walk to both Karon and Kata beaches means you are split for choice.
The staff we found to be very friendly and super helpful. We found the rooms comfy and guests well catered for. The roof top pool area was an added bonus! A good viewing spot to look at very Karon and Kata while the water of Songkran was being thrown around d said my wife… lol
We really enjoyed the breakfast that we had, all the buffet breakfast options were laid out. We thought the value was excellent.

very nice clean hotel. it might be on a busy road, but the rooms are well insulated no noise. Nice bed, not hard. 5 minutes walk from the beach. Breakfast not over the top, but it was fine.

The room was clean and in a good location. However, the rooms are small and the hotel is way over-priced for the level of service they provide compared to the hotels of similar price range in the area.

We enjoy the nice, clean, and spacious room. The pool was awesome, and there was a great view from the terrace. Lots of shops and restaurants and very close to the beach. A big Shout to Mr. TEE AND TEAM, they made all efforts for us to have the best time while we were here.
Even Mr. TEE gave me a ride to an ATM to withdraw money. Thank you for the great service provided. Fully recommend this place.

Perfect location, 5 mins walk to 2 great beaches, plenty of bars and restaurants on the doorstep, lovely roof top pool,
Staff were so friendly and helpfull. Room was great, comfiest bed we had out of our travels

The hotel has a great location close to Kata and Karon beach. There are a lot of shops, restaurants nearby. The room is big and the bed is very comfortable. The terrace of the hotel is a plus, it is very nice to sit during the evening. It can get a bit noisy from the scooters and the cars on the road, but it is not a big issue.
