Absolutely disgusting people beyond belief. They'll cancel your reservation on Booking but still charge you the higher price. They take deposit they'll never return and will always find a reason for it (stain somewhere, check-out few minutes later or what not). The hotel is clean and well maintained but the human level is just abysmal. Also, the location is far from everything except the market, it's 30-60 minutes to any beach. Don't give these people any money, there are much better options elsewhere. They'll be reported to Booking.

A really nice apart/hotel complex. We had a top floor room with ample space and a balcony. The location was fine for us but other could struggle. It’s a 40 min walk to Phuket old town or a 5 min taxi. 7/11 and weekend market within 2 min walk. We wanted to rent scooters and asked the hotel for help but they just gave us a number. We didn’t have a Thai phone to call the company. Would recommend!

It's alright if you want to stay near the market espacialy weekend but normal days nothing special. Some sfaff friendly, but Some moody a lot. The room clean, but don't have coffee ,kettle. No soap, no shampoo and not change towel if you not ask. You can't get nothing at all. Quite far from the town if you don't have motorbike .

the rooms are very clean like the whole hotel! the staff tries hard and the rooms are cleaned regularly and thoroughly. If you send 100 bath to the cleaning staff from time to time, they are very happy about it!
But the room was always very clean! Towels are changed daily!
The overnight stay costs 700 baht! There is no breakfast
but for this money the hotel is perfectly fine and also recommendable!

In short: Hotel from hell. Staff was veyy rude. The pillow was damaged, but the hotel won't let us exchange it. The walls are so thin you can hear everyone talking. Hotel refused to move us to a quieter room on a higher floor, lying that the hotel is full. Asked to speak to the hotel manager but was again refused. In the end, we left the hotel after staying there for an hour and they didn't return the money. The sugar palm hotel nearby is about the same price, but has a much better service and quieter. Avoid Leelawadee hotel at all cost!!!

It's good to stay here,very comfortable and clean.its near Jao Fa Variety market or night market that open Fri- Sun night. Opposite have a local food is quite nice.

New place but don't expect much out of it. A very quiet neighborhood and a quiet place. Rassada pier is about 30 mins away and the airport an hour by taxi.

I was told by my Thai and Chinese friends that the rent per month was 7,000 baht per month. I needed a place to stay so I went there to ask how much for a month, the receptionist took out a calculator, took the daily rate and multiplied it by 30 days. Then, proceeded to add in over 3,000 baht for electricity, water and internet. The total per month was around 30,000 baht. Was the price so high because of my skin color? More than likely. Just another discriminatory act in Thailand.
