A quiet hotel located close to Karon and Kata beaches. Also within walking distance the shopping street and shops, cafes. The hotel is unpretentious relaxing holiday.

Location: 48 km from airport, Phuket town, 20 km from the centre of Phuket town, 4 km from Patong beach, between the Bay of Karon and Kata.
Consists of two 4-storey buildings with ten 1-storey villas.
The hotel has 148 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach, 500 m from the hotel (3 coastline). Umbrellas, sun beds - fee, towels from the hotel free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach road runs.

Loved the location of this beautiful hotel, we had a pool access room which was the highlight of our stay.
The staff were amazing and very helpful, and always went above and beyond to ensure we were happy.
We accidentally booked a room for our teenagers on the other side of the
property and the Manager was super helpful and arranged to move them closer
and upgraded the room at no extra cost.
The only downside I can think of is the mattress was not so comfortable and a little hard for me.
Breakfast options were plentiful, and fresh no complaints.
I would definitely return to this hotel!

We were very disappointed by the food. The portions are small and the choice is very limited for half-board. The pool was fine and the service was good. Moreover there was construction work going on during our stay which was quite disturbing.

The room was lovely, the staff were very friendly. The pool was gorgeous. Not quite as private as we would have liked, perhaps net curtains would be good.

Thai tropical style resort with cozy atmosphere. The location is nice, not far from beaches and restaurants. Anyways, the room is quite old.

Nice hotel near both Kata and Karon Beach. The breakfast is mostly Asian style and not the typical breakfast westerners are used to. The personnel are very friendly and accommodating. The downside is that you need to use stairs to get to the restaurant serving breakfast and to certain rooms. It was a big downside for us traveling with small kids and would be a huge problem if you have physical problems or a disability.

For the 11 nights we've booked we've had about 11 different issues with this resort. Not a good run at all. From hotel not registering our accommodation through a travel agent (until paperwork was shown) even then it took a couple of hours to get us a room, and still didn't get the dates right. Tried to say we only booked until 6th about 5 times before they took a photocopy of our booking confirmation. Even then several hours later they were about to move other people in! We've also experiences blocked shower plugs that won't come up, blocked toilets, the resort lost all running water for showers and toilets for about 12-18 hours, not what you want after a long day quad biking, elephant trekking and white water rafting. The staff hadn't provided the breakfast buffet vouchers (I'm assuming due to their errors with our booking) the room cleaning service didn't come one day and on another day only had bathroom cleaned and not the coffee/drinking water that's provided replaced. Apart from the drivers based at the resort to take you anywhere and are friendly, informative and extremely helpful, this really made it one of the worst holidays ever. We couldn't wait to leave. IF i come back to Thailand, diamond cottage will not even be a contender for our accommodation. And this wasn't even everything just a few sore points ?

A great family resort. The staff are lovely and the rooms are nice. A great location to explore Kata/Karon and not too far away from other locations in Phuket to travel to. A buffet breakfast is served every morning. Been here four times.

Nice hotel, but 2 minus:can a couple of times to open the door to the room and had Internet. But everything else was good. Karon beach is a 10-minute walk away. I liked it more than Kata beach. In the room remembered the original sink. And as promised free water(1l a day)
