A quiet hotel located close to Karon and Kata beaches. Also within walking distance the shopping street and shops, cafes. The hotel is unpretentious relaxing holiday.

Location: 48 km from airport, Phuket town, 20 km from the centre of Phuket town, 4 km from Patong beach, between the Bay of Karon and Kata.
Consists of two 4-storey buildings with ten 1-storey villas.
The hotel has 148 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach, 500 m from the hotel (3 coastline). Umbrellas, sun beds - fee, towels from the hotel free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach road runs.

Excellent location. Could be a bit of a hike (at most 0.2km) to your room, but the front desk folks are more than happy to give you a ride in a golf cart. The rooms are very well appointed, clean, and cleaned/visited daily by housekeeping. Breakfast is lovely w buffet and pancake and omelette bar. Very good value. Will definitely return.

Dada and the other staffs were incredible. Very kind and efficient. Had a problem with taxi booked with DC, and she went above and beyond to get us a new one right away. Staff service was great. Spacious rooms. Breakfast was good. Clean rooms. Transport to the rooms are fun on caddies (hotel is built on slope). Location is awesome. 5 min max to main areas. Quiet hotel. Recommend it. Decent hotel and in a great location near both Kata and Karon beach, close to shops, restaurants etc. Only reason 4 star for location is just the hill to get up to hotel from main street. Staff were lovely and helped when needed. Rooms were not bad however could use some updating to be a bit more modern, the balcony pretty small for our room and the room was a bit foisty smelling when we arrived, room was very big.

Its a bit old but spacious rooms, beautiful view, and a lot of swimming pools. The place has a great vibe overall, the breakfast was also really nice and is located in main Kata.
They don't have lifts but compensate via golf cars.
The only problem were less plugging ports and reception wasn't the best, they would sometimes vanish at night, not inform when someone drops anything for you and are well not the most efficient.
Other then that all the staff and things were on point.

Loved the location of this beautiful hotel, we had a pool access room which was the highlight of our stay.
The staff were amazing and very helpful, and always went above and beyond to ensure we were happy.
We accidentally booked a room for our teenagers on the other side of the
property and the Manager was super helpful and arranged to move them closer
and upgraded the room at no extra cost.
The only downside I can think of is the mattress was not so comfortable and a little hard for me.
Breakfast options were plentiful, and fresh no complaints.
I would definitely return to this hotel!

We were very disappointed by the food. The portions are small and the choice is very limited for half-board. The pool was fine and the service was good. Moreover there was construction work going on during our stay which was quite disturbing.

The room was lovely, the staff were very friendly. The pool was gorgeous. Not quite as private as we would have liked, perhaps net curtains would be good.

Thai tropical style resort with cozy atmosphere. The location is nice, not far from beaches and restaurants. Anyways, the room is quite old.

Nice hotel near both Kata and Karon Beach. The breakfast is mostly Asian style and not the typical breakfast westerners are used to. The personnel are very friendly and accommodating. The downside is that you need to use stairs to get to the restaurant serving breakfast and to certain rooms. It was a big downside for us traveling with small kids and would be a huge problem if you have physical problems or a disability.
