Kata White Villas

We had a really lovely stay here. The absolute highlight was definitely the staff and service. Everyone we met was so kind and helpful.

On our first night we discovered a cockroach in the bathroom (not unusual for Thailand, but still a shock!) – I sent my boyfriend down to ask for help and one of the staff came straight away, armed with everything needed to deal with it. He was so calm and professional while we were cowering in the bedroom!

The staff also carried our suitcase up the hill on arrival, and would have carried it down again too if we’d told them when we were leaving.

A small thing to note: room service always knocked around 10:30am, which was a bit early for us. It might be a nice idea for the hotel to introduce a simple sign or button system so guests can indicate when they’d like their room cleaned, so staff don’t waste their time knocking and waiting when people are still asleep.

Facilities provided were great: beach towels, an umbrella, hairdryer, shampoo and body wash, a fridge, and two bottles of water per day. Plus, the bonus of at least two super friendly cats who seem to live near reception – they always came to greet us with meows and playfulness, which made our stay even more special.

On our last day, after checking out and waiting for our minibus, we mentioned we were going to 7-Eleven for breakfast and one of the staff even kindly offered us his motorbike to save us the walk.

Overall, a really positive experience – the staff truly make this place feel welcoming.

Rooms are Good with all the basic amenities.
It like little private villas on slope with the sea view with cute little cats and garden.
Very near to Kata beach and local restaurant.
The owners are ready to help and are good.
They give check-in immediately if the rooms are empty.
Good value for hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the phuket.

We stayed at this hotel a month ago, and we still think about this little slice of paradise. For the price and location, it's definitely one of the best options - great value for money. Of course, a bit of luck with the room helps to get a beautiful view, but you can always pay extra for a sea view if it's important to you.

I'm giving it a solid 4 out of 5 - not every hotel is perfect, but this one comes close. The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming. I'm truly grateful to them for making me feel like a guest in their country, not just a tourist😁

Excellent location when visiting kata beach. Especially if visiting for Bikram yoga at kata hot yoga. Very very clean with lovely patio areas for sitting. Laundry service is just around the corner and beach access across the street. Will definitely return to stay here.

Stayed in this hotel twice. Great location and very friendly owner. Close to the beach, night market and smart bus stop. A lot of restaurants nearby.

One side mountains one side sea heavenly

Location of the villas is brilliant as it’s closer to market and walkable distance to kata beach, you get the whole villa with the booking so there is enough privacy and a big courtyard for kids to play in. Travelled with family and enjoyed the stay. Kata is one of the beaches to go to if you like to stay away from crowd even during peak season and this property is well suited if kata or Karon are the beaches you are going to spend most time at.

Located right next to the beach & to some good cafes. Good staff & service but there’s no food option available here. Walkable distance to find some vegan restaurant & some drink.

This place is near Kata beach (walking distance) and is suitable for those who are looking to stay near the beach. It's not a hotel, or a resort; it's just rooms to sleep in. Hence low score for service and amenities. Don't expect services like in a hotel or a resort. For what it offers the price is on the higher side. Also, it's a fairly steep climb to get to the rooms; so if you have joint problems this is one point of consideration.

Very nice place. Close to the beach but not on the main street (so very quiet). Staff is really helpful. Rooms are big and clean. Bathroom is ok but lack of water power.
