Location of the villas is brilliant as it’s closer to market and walkable distance to kata beach, you get the whole villa with the booking so there is enough privacy and a big courtyard for kids to play in. Travelled with family and enjoyed the stay. Kata is one of the beaches to go to if you like to stay away from crowd even during peak season and this property is well suited if kata or Karon are the beaches you are going to spend most time at.

Located right next to the beach & to some good cafes. Good staff & service but there’s no food option available here. Walkable distance to find some vegan restaurant & some drink.

Very nice place. Close to the beach but not on the main street (so very quiet). Staff is really helpful. Rooms are big and clean. Bathroom is ok but lack of water power.

I really recommended this place for staying in kata beach. Nice location, 2 minutes from beach front and very well management. All staffs are friendly and always support everything as they can. No regret of choosing this villas.

Best place to stay! Clean, beautiful territory, nice sea view suits, very friendly staff. Situated right in front of path to the beach.

Edit July 2024: I'm glad to read that I'm not the only one that has been fraud by this dump place.
In their response, it's always the customers fault, as if all bad reviews comes from idiots customers.
Again, they use fake accounts to boost their reputation and good reviews.
Be ready to be fraud or mislead by those crooks.

Everything you need to sleep comfortably in a good bed in a large bright room with decent bathroom. Nothing too fancy but it feels like very good value. Staff super friendly. Little bit of a climb but perfect location near the beach and Kata crossroads. You can use it as a base if you want to de Kata Hot Yoga.
