We stayed at the beach front zone but I think paradise zone is nicer. There is a horizontal lines swimming pool and the view overlooking the bay and the ocean. Staffs are friendly but not very helpful. Service still needs a bit improvement.

To describe in one word: AWFUL. They are sold as a resort, but it only has the name and the pool, do not be fooled by the images. Cold water, leaks in the room, dirty... On the last day we had to go back to the port to catch a ferry and they wanted to charge us 100thb per person when they told us it was free to return! (like when we arribed) A robbery, nor to compensate us for the bad conditions. And let's not talk that if you arrive later than 10pm you have a very steep 1km climb and walking a lot!!

This resort was epic! The most amazing resort I've stayed at in Thailand. Staff was lovely. Room was great. Pool was devine
