This time stays for the 5th time and is very impressed.
Very clean rooms
Breakfast at additional cost was very good . Even the restaurant for dinner was good and very affordable
My sister had a terrible experience where the owner simply barges in into the room querying where I was (Booking is under my name) while I was attending to my wife at Hospital. They brought in documents telling that there will be in trouble if room was not booked properly and all those nonsense. Staff and owner was simply say -- cruelly rude. If they have any question to ask, they have all the opportunity to call or message me directly but they didn't.
The owner even accused us of having Covid while asking why we are there at the hospital for one day. Doesn't make any sense at all.
No clean room or beautiful interior can win over a very bad customer's experience.
