Natai Beach Resort and Spa - SHA Plus

My wife and I stayed here for 8nights. The staff were very friendly, the facilities were good but far from new. The resort was very quiet with only a small number of guests. This was nice but took away from the atmosphere a bit. The location is relatively remote. The restaurant was good with a good range of choice.The weather was overcast and raining so they only opened to pool bar one of the days we were there. If your looking for a quite place to chill out and relax then this will be good fit. If you want something with more energy and excitement then there may be a better fit.

Peaceful and luxorious experience by the sea. Great property, clean and large rooms with very good condition, probably the best staff ever, tasty fine dining experience of local and international foods at the restaurant. And also many other facilities. 10/10

Absolutely stunning resort in a quiet location. We arrived in wet season June/July, but still managed to have a few sunny days. The resort is nice, needs a bit of work in a few areas. Huge shout out to Jenny at reception who went above and beyond to help us with so many different things like getting in to town, showing us all the different amazing adventures we can go on in the area. She even helped us on her days off! Thank you for the love and care shown.

The food was good for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff was nice and friendly every single day. We were celebrating our 10 years anniversary, and it was a perfect place for it to be by the beach too. I felt sad leaving on my last day because the restaurant staff was so nice and friendly to us the days we came to eat there. There was always someone at the front desk to help you with a taxi or schedule a massage or any question or questions you needed to ask them.

Giving 5 stars across the board because it was just honestly that good!
The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious and absolutely worth it! They have some options that would change each day too which was cool.
The beach is beautiful and kept very clean (as were the rest of the resort grounds). There are 3 cool little snorkeling areas right there available to you which I personally loved! They also have masks and snorkels available for folks who would like to check them out.
I only took one star off service because sometimes the wait for food and drinks at the pool bar wasn’t worth it. That’s more just something to keep in mind because I would 1000% love to come back and stay here.

Overall I recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area!

What a fantastic resort, we stayed for 10 days and it was so relaxing, the location perfect if you are wanting a nice chilled,relaxing holiday. The beach was so quiet and clean, the staff would be out cleaning any debris that the tide might of brought in overnight, I made use of a sea kayak (free) for a couple of the days. We indulged in a spa treatment (body scrub/massage),which took how relaxing this place is to another level.
The breakfast offered a great varied choice and eating at the beach was such a great way to start the day.
The pool was great,a good size for some morning laps, or just for a nice relaxing cool down,cleaned every morning.
Most days we would return to the pool bar for a couple of cocktails at happy hour, I highly recommend the piña colada’s.
Sometimes we would dine at the hotel in the evening, the Thai buffet was a great way to try different dishes, the food we ate was always cooked really well.
The location is away from the hustle and bustle of Phuket(40 mins south) and Koh Lak (50 mins north) which suited us perfectly, I hired a car to visit both these places and to do a scuba diving course down at Nai Yang, it was great to get about but it was also nice knowing I’d be returning to the relaxing atmosphere of the resort.
For me the thing that really made my stay so good was the staff they were fantastic , always greeted with a smile,always super helpful. I wouldn’t usually visit the same place more than once for a holiday but I think I’ll be returning here in the future

Have breakfast/dinner by the beach.
Quiet, big pool. Nice facilities.
Rooms are bit old but of great value.
Friendly & professional service here.
They even arranged scooter delivery to hotel with local (khok kloi) rental.
